- A have plaster walls, and 90% of the stuff I hung up is held with the plastic anchors. Toilet paper holder, a 25# floral decoration, etc. If you follow the directions with them it says to drill the hole the recommended size. If you do them the right way, there is no problem

- Yes, that makes perfect sense. Hiding the wall with the solid bronze in the middle and on each end of the 2 sheers will make your windows appear larger. A nice substantial rod and finials and you are all set! Good luck!

- I did it with tension rods inside the window, also I saw in home depot they have some type of bracket that attaches to the inside of the window but gives the impression of a regular rod

- A curtain wall is a non structural outer shell for an internally supported structure. They are non load bearing as they are in masonry or wood frame buildings where exterior walls are part of the support structure. Non load bearing interior walls are not considered curtain walls, just partition walls. For example,a modern skyscraper is supported by a steel skeleton & the curtain walls just hang from it to keep weather out. Basically , you can remove them entirely & the building will still stand. - I would stick with the blue and green color palette- (I love blue with lime green!) because if you add another color on the walls it will start to look circus-y. I would go to wherever you buy paint and get a few swatches of different shades of blue and green and come home and find one that goes well with the shades you already have. Maybe a blue either a few shades lighter or a few shades darker than the floors. Or like a shade of olive or hunter would go well with the lime curtains. I would lean towards doing blue walls over green so that the blue carpeting looks deliberate rather than like you tried to switch the room over to green and are pretending the carpet doesn't exist. However, if you were to choose a shade of green instead, maybe do blue bedding or pull the blue up with some accessories to tie it all together.
