FAQ:
Q1: Are electronics cheap in Okorder.com?
A: Of course. They are very cheap. The factories provide the goods. One-stop sourcing.
Q2: Why are electronics so cheap in ok order?
A: On ok order they are the lowest price. Because it is a wholesale website and factory provide goods.
Q3: Do all electronics have silicon in them?
A: No but most modern ones do. Older electronics that don't require micro chips don't have to have silicon at all, and their mother boards are made from copper. Silicon is used in micro chips as a semi-conductor in modern electronics but some other semi-metals, like gallium and germanium can also be used. Silicon is just the most common because it is so plentiful.

Q: What is the reason why the function is incorrect when the card reader is plugged in?
Card reader recognized, but prompted to insert U disk: such a failure for the memory chip failure.
Q: I have plugged it into the computer with the memory card in it but cannot figure out how to use it. help
remove the memory card. unplug the reader. plug the reader back in then plug the memory card in. It should open a dialogue that gives you options. Choose the one that says open folder then drill down into your photos. Alternatively, go to My Computer and look for a drive you have not seen before E/F/G typically (C is normally your main drive and D your DVD or CD drive). These instructions assume you are using XP or Vista, if the operating system is earlier than those then you will need to install drivers for the card reader. Try the makers website.
Q: I have a Acer laptop about 5 years old and the card reader just suddenly stopped working. Is there a way for me to fix this or should I just get a adapter so I can plug it into a USB port?
I got an adapter for like $5 :) it works a little better! l
Q: I have a usb card reader that reads all kinds of chips (Camera, phone) but when I try to use it my computer doesn't register it being plugged in.Any suggestions?
Incorrecto-mundo other helpers! There are usb card readers out there that NEED a driver believe it or not. I ran into this problem with some Kodak compactflash card readers and had a Microsoft certified engineer help me out on that one. Odd eh!? Google the product for the driver.
Q: I just bought a memory card reader and loaded it into the USB port.I cant get the darn thing to show any pictures.any suggestions? Am I not opening a file that should be? No instructions were given at all.It is an Ativa brand.
You didn't mention what kind of machine or OS you're using. Usually 1. Put memory card into reader 2. Plug reader into USB 3. Start Computer Memory Card Reader (Ex: May be something like Drive (G:) etc.) 4. Open the picture file you want to view or import all the files to your computer into a folder for viewing there. Hope this helps.
Q: i am looking for a good tarot card reader or palm reader in Dublin ireland. or is anyone can recommend a website where they email you your year long horoscope or something? Thanks
you may get rid of them besides the fact that in case you notice in high-quality condition. they're products of card inventory devoid of power, the flexibility comes from interior of your self. Tarot enjoying cards are a gadget and not something, an awl can not chop wood via itself, yet while somebody used it to cut wood, it incredibly may well be the guy slicing the wood, not the awl. in an attempt to come back on your question, you're able to do besides the fact that feels precise. If in simple terms throwing them in the trash does not sense precise, perhaps you may bury them, or perhaps burn them. advantages, Mia.
Q: I just got an 8 gigabyte SD HC card but it wont work in my old (2004) SD card reader rendering it completely useless. My card reader is an internal Dell Ricoh.
SDHC cards clearly say that you need a SDHC-capable device in order to use them. Your card reader may not be SDHC capable.
Q: As i want to install meego OS on my Nokia N900, I need a micro sd card which i have, and a card reader to write information on memory card. So i'm asking is it possible to use my N900 as memory card reader?
make certain the cardboard is pushed in wisely yet another component is to sparkling the chip on it as any moderate little bit of dirt may result it, or the really different issues is think ofyou've got formatted it in mistakes
Q: Does anyone know what a card reader is? I have an adapter but some told me I needed a card reader
hi Sheryl a card reader is essentially a device that accepts several types of storage media including sd-cards and micro-sd cards there are also different types of card readers including : 1) a dedicated card reader which only has memory card slots these accept SDHC (UHS-I), SDXC (UHS-I), microSDHC, Compact Flash, MS Cards and many more 2) card readers with usb2.0 ports these are like dedicated card readers but also have 1 or more usb2.0 ports for even more storage capability ( more expensive models support usb3.0 ) 3) card readers/fan controllers . these again are like dedicated card readers but also have controls to change the speed of your case fans finally theres also portable card readers which are probally the best choice for most home users these are usb devices and the card reader simply plugs into any spare usb port on your pc or laptop . this then allows you to read most types of memory cards . a good example of this is the Signalex Multislot Card Reader ( poundland .uk/leisure-and-e ) and at just ?1 its extremely good value . ( ive purchased several of these and they do the job very well .) I hope this has helped Sheryl. any questions let me know good luck mate !
Q: I inserted a dodgy SD card in my camera. It worked ok. When I tried to eject it, it's stuck or something. I forced it out and put my other 'good SD card on. My screen keeps on showing Card Error when I put an SD card on. Works ok without the SD card though.
Sounds to me as if one of the contacts is damaged inside the reader becaue of the force job you did. These things are so inexpensive these days just replace it and get rid of the dodgy card.
