FAQ:
Q1: Are electronics cheap in Okorder.com?
A: Of course. They are very cheap. The factories provide the goods. One-stop sourcing.
Q2: Why are electronics so cheap in ok order?
A: On ok order they are the lowest price. Because it is a wholesale website and factory provide goods.
Q3: Do all electronics have silicon in them?
A: No but most modern ones do. Older electronics that don't require micro chips don't have to have silicon at all, and their mother boards are made from copper. Silicon is used in micro chips as a semi-conductor in modern electronics but some other semi-metals, like gallium and germanium can also be used. Silicon is just the most common because it is so plentiful.

Q: I am planning to buy one but I still don't know how it looks and how it works. I have a 1gb memory stick and my cellphone is SEW850i
precise SD and micro SD could all artwork high-quality (offering you have the mSD adapter). inspite of the undeniable fact that some card readers are a sprint fussy with SDHCs, i've got had a minimum of two circumstances whilst the laptop basically did no longer realize an SDHC card, to my extensive inflammation.
Q: are u good with computers or could help me with this question? i am going to get a HP pavilion a1200 and want to do a fresh install of xp. i know i will have to get the Digital Media Plus that it comes with but will i need to get drivers for the memory card readers that are on the outside or will they just work by themselves?
No, Memory cards need driver only with windows 98/ME but Xp and greater dosn't need any driver
Q: I was just curious as it interests me. My mum is a big believer and goes to lots of card readers. I went to one a couple of weeks ago that seemed pretty bogus (she just left some cards on a table and told us to 'grab whatever' and then proceeded to say the same thing, eg moving house, going on holiday, finding love, ect), but my mum see's this one woman who she swears blind gets her cards right ever time. I've often thought, is card reading really real or do we just make the 'information' fit? Like if the reader says you're going through a difficult patch or you're unhappy with your life you just make yourself think she's right?
As you probably know, it really depends on the reader and their approach. Most of this predictive stuff I find hard to believe. The future is not set in stone. The cards aren't meant to predict some inescapable future, what would be the point if you can't escape it, right? I use the cards to offer insight into how to deal with issues in life. It's only as accurate as you make it. The cards give ideas for how to deal with situations. A good reader will be able to seperate the ideas that won't work from the ideas that might work and will present the best possibilities to the seeker. The cards can also show hidden influences and some future potentials to help prepare people for the possibilities, but they cannot predict the future. If your mother enjoys the readings she gets from this reader, what's the harm in her going? As long as this reader isn't filling her with paranoia and she's not basing her whole life on the results of these readings, then the process is probably therapeutic for her. Hopefully, your mother is learning to follow her own heart and her own gut instinct (perhaps with the occasional nudge from the cards). -Scarlet
Q: I have a digital camera and a card reader that plugs into my usb, but when I do plug it in nothing shows up on my computer. I have gone My Computer file and nothing is there. Where would it be on my computer? Can you help me?
I suggest checking if it works on another computer. If it does, then there's probably a problem with your computer. If it doesn't, then the card reader's probably faulty.
Q: i,m trying to getb the pictures from the micro card to my computer.i put the micro card in a little adaptor which fits into this usb thingee[2 inches long by 1 inch wide .the micro card adapter fits in one end and the other end has a usb fitting]
Then next step is to put your microSD/adaptor card into a memory card reader. Properly connected, the contents of your microSD card will be easily seen if you click on My Computer. Look for a new device within My Computer. You'll have to open the nestled folder you find there. Click on the View tab and choose Thumbnails, so you can see minature versions of the picturs. Then, you can copy your photos to any folder on the computer that you have or want to create.
Q: I just baught a 4GB SDHC Card for my New Digital Camera. When I put my Card in the Card Reader with the Label face Up, my PC went Bonkers, and Rebooted. When I poked around with it more, I found out the SD Slot is made, so the SD Cards have to be put in Up-Side-Down!!After I discovered this, I tried to read the Card, and my PC couldn't ID it.I tested a 16MB SD Card , and it works Fine. My PC reads it, and my Camera can use it, too. I Then put the 4GB DSHC Card in the Camera, and it came up with an Error.I took it out, and cleaned it off, and put it back in the Camera, and it NOW works fine in the Camera. All Pictures I took are there, nothing lost. But when I put the 4GB SDHC Card back in the Media Card Reader in my PC, it STILL doesn't see it!!At one piont, it said it was Empty. So, is my SDHC Card Bad, or is my Media Card Reader unable to Read from it?!?And if so, Can I Update the MediaCard Reader with a New ROM (or Driver) to allow it to use DSHC Cards?
What model is your card reader? Not all card readers can read SDHC. This is probably what is going on with your card. Your card is probably fine, but you'll need a new card reader that can read SDHC or you can just use your camera as the card reader. But I would strongly suggest a card reader over using your camera. I don't know if they are any card readers that can be updated by firmware to read SDHC.
Q: a card reader i met last month said that this wasn't my year for relationships.or even though there are any relationships, there'll be third parties involved or it'll be full of obstacles can i trust it?
sometimes card readers if there real, will give you pretty accurate readings. but i would say the best the readings come from within you. listen to your instinct.
Q: because my card reader is write protect.
i had this problem too. theres a little switch on the side or somewhere on it, make sure it is on the unlocked position
Q: Does anyone know why this might happen? Sometimes I have to re-start to have the computer read the SD card? I have gone into My Computer and refreshed the page but that doesn't help.
in this removable disk miss the device. try that : right click with my computer -properties - hardware -device manager - double click with disk drives (there is usb -cf ,ms ,sd , sm reader) - right click with usb cf reader -update driver -no, not this time - next -install from a list or specific location( advanced) -next - don't search i will . - next - click show compatible hardware - click in this hardware (to make blue) - next (continue anyway) .and that is for all (ms,sd ,sm) . if still don't work try to install from your computer cd that device . good luck !
Q: I just got a memory card for my motorola v3xx (micro sdmemory card) It comes with a big one (the size of a camara memory card) and a reaaally small one that goes in my phone. And a card reader. I'm sorta confused cause when i put it in my computer it doesn't do anything, and i read that i just have to copy/paste the music and when I put the memory card on my phone i'll have the music.I don't know what the question is myself i'm just confused could someone explain how these memory cards work???Thanx a lot for any help!!!P.S. If u need more details i'll add!
The itty bitty memory card is what goes inside your phone. The big memory card is to hold the itty bitty one. Once you've saved pics or videos from your phone to the card (my verizon phone i use ''move'' and it moves to the card). Once you have those pics on your memory card, slid it into the big one and that can be used in most new computers. They have an ''SD/Media card slot. If you go to Walmart and use the Kodak Picture thingy, it also has a slot for the bigger card to fit into, so you can print pics from there. Good luck.
