FAQ:
Q1: Are electronics cheap in Okorder.com?
A: Of course. They are very cheap. The factories provide the goods. One-stop sourcing.
Q2: Why are electronics so cheap in ok order?
A: On ok order they are the lowest price. Because it is a wholesale website and factory provide goods.
Q3: Do all electronics have silicon in them?
A: No but most modern ones do. Older electronics that don't require micro chips don't have to have silicon at all, and their mother boards are made from copper. Silicon is used in micro chips as a semi-conductor in modern electronics but some other semi-metals, like gallium and germanium can also be used. Silicon is just the most common because it is so plentiful.
- Q: I have a camera I can't remember what kind but I stopped using the cord because it didn't work and I read a lot of review on this and most people's didn't work. So I stopped using it and lost it, and have been using a card reader ever since. My question is will a card reader work to take of VIDEO. I have a number of videos on my camera that I would like on my laptop. But are the videos stored in the card like the pictures, or in the camera's memory? And if they are on the card would a reader work to get them off? Thanks. :D
- in case you have an older pc, and you're shooting severe defintion video out of your canon slr, then its very plausible that your pc isn't able to enjoying severe defintion video. i've got had the right comparable element take place to a pal whilst that they had this concern, the sound replaced into ok however the video skipped. i could propose searching for a sparkling photographs card in case you may handle to pay for it. i understand the greater moderen Nvidia enjoying cards (uncertain approximately ATI) have particular technologies to assist with severe definition video playback.
- Q: I have a Canon Rebel XTi and I haven't been able to use the chord that connects the camera to the computer in a really long time. So I bought a memory card reader which worked perfectly fine up until today. Now the card reader freezes the computer whenever I plug it in. I borrowed a friends camera cable and it won't even read that anything is connected. Any idea what the problem is?
- I believed the problem lies with your computer and not the camera since it cannot even read card reader properly. Have you tried rebooting the computer to see if it works? It is still does not work, try another USB port but you have to reboot the computer first. Additional: It is possible that the card reader itself is not working. Have you tried the card reader on 3 different computers? Do you also have another CF card to test (i believed XTi uses CF cards) if the problem is the card reader or CF card. It is also possible that the CF itself is corrupted, the computer cannot recognize the card.
- Q: i bought an SD card reader to put my 2gb camera memory card in, i plug it into the computer and it makes the sound like it has found the software, when i go into the cameras and faxers and click on the polaroid camera to download the pictures off it, it says the device is not plugged in correct. i have tried pluggin it in every plug it fits, and it still pops up the same thing sayin to make sure it is plugged in. anyone know how to get it to work??
- overlook with reference to the cardboard reader on the pc , the cardboard prints by using the digital camera , there fore in case you get a USB and plug the digital camera out of your video into your pc it quite is going to paintings no quesions , sdhc is a clean technologies , which desires extreme means readers that are attentive to the technologies , previous card readers won't properly known innovations is on extra modern playing cards , and could not even sign in write or examine to the m , your video regardless of if has the technologies , and could paintings in case you get the usb connection , and plug it into your pc
- Q: i don't see it on here. i've looked all over. where's it at? i need to put pictures on here.
- the placement is which you have put in diverse drivers which could be conflicting at the same time which comprise your hardware. in common terms be constructive you get it from the impressive suitable source. bypass to the Acer internet web site and come across the impressive suitable reason stress on your OS. you may desire to no longer bypass incorrect there. this would additionally be an same undertaking at the same time which comprise your USB ports. In precis, installation the Chipset drivers. which will likely restore each and every and each little thing.
- Q: I was wonder cos i was thinking of getting a laptop, but i want to know if it have a PCMCIA slot for an exturnal modem or it is not much use of getting it.
- A PCMCIA (in reality a CardBus) slot hardware is shoved down your throat as a standard equipment for a laptop just as a floppy drive is shoved down your throat for a desktop. There is no card reader for it the way CompactFlash, SD, etc do. It make sense to get USB external devices instead PCMCIA cards if you have the option to, modem included.
- Q: a) What does a sim card reader do?b) what is the difference between the high cost ones and the cheaper ones??c) can it recover information that has been deleted? Thanks
- I answered this a while ago with : I'm sorry but I do not know that answer, but I'm sure someone out there does. I only know it has something to do with a cell phone, which I do not own. I have no use for one. Sorry I could not help you with that one.
- Q: i just want to know about these flash card readers and find out if they are important/vital to a ps3 , if not having any will i still be able to save my progress on my ps3 games?
- I don't see the importance unless you already use flash cards. They are usually the memory cards found in camera's among other things. With 40GB to play around with I'm sure you'll be fine. If that's not enough, I understand that the PS3 is running on top of a Linux kernel and supports standard USB devices. So what you might miss in flash cards makes up for it in USB drives. Randolph
- Q: I have a memory card reader that i bought from radioshack, i have a 2GB SD card, can i use that to get my gamesave from my friends XBOX (i used my gamertag) and take that to my XBOX and use it?, i recovered my gamertag at his place because i stood over and i wanted to play street fighter 4 on his XBOX using my account, but now im home and i dont want to do it all over again, so thats why i want to get my gamesave. can i do that?
- Xbox 360 can't use those kind of memory cards even with the external reader. You need official Microsoft Xbox Brand memory cards. But you can share game saves using Memory Sticks with the Playstation 3.
- Q: Hi i need a usb 2.0 memory card reader driver for Windows XP Home 2nd Edition. I suspect the reader may be faulty but want to try a new driver file first. Anyone know where I can download one please?
- XP has built-in support for USB Flash drives and memory card readers, so you don't need any drivers. Try using another USB port or using the reader on another computer to see if the reader works correctly.
- Q: I have purchased a new USB 2.0 Memory Card Reader with all current fomats of memory. The problem is is shows Disks E,F,G,H,I and none works. I constantly get timeouts and cannot transfer photos on any of them but H tries to look operable but still does not work. I have diabled a second DVD drive thinking that would help but alas not workable access to copy photos. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks Gary
- When you plugged the card reader in the Computer assigned the drive letters. Now go to My Computer and open it. They should all show up there as drives. Right click on the one that you are trying to use and see if it shows Music Files as the default under th Auto Tab. If so just go down to the pictures and click that to tell it to read pictures. Then insert your memory card and it should read it. Ron
