Q:My 1982 paperback version of the Better Homes and Gardens New Cook Book finally fell apart after 30 years and I've lost my favorite Chicken ala King recipe. BHG changed their version online, it's not the same. Can anyone please help? Thanks!
This is the 1981 version, I'm sure they're the same. Sauce: Melt 6 tbs butter or margarine. Stir in 1/2 cup AP flour, 3/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp black pepper. Add 2 cups milk, 1 cup water, 1 tsp instant chicken boullion granules all at once. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly, then cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Stir in 2 cups cooked cubed chicken or turkey, 1 4 oz can of mushroom stems and pieces, drained and 1/4 cup chopped pimiento. Heat through and serve over toast points, toasted English muffins or baked patty shells. serves 4. Add 1/2 cup shredded American cheese as an option.
Q:i love dogs but i dont have a garden any idea what i can do?
I don't know of anyone who has a garden in their home. I don't understand why you want a garden for your dog? You have a dog in mind who is into gardening? My doberman is also into gardening but all these years he has been able to grow only some mushrooms!!! Moving the yard is more painful then shaving your over grown pubic hair.
Q:rats, mice, cleaning, pests, rodents, home garden, maintenance repairs, general

Q:I am doing a traveling boutique featuring children's and a few womens clothing and accessories some of which I make and some I buy. What I am trying to figure out is my sales are pretty good at the shows I've done so far but I was hoping to get outside of my friends to hold shows and have not been successful in booking new shows. What kind of incentives should I do? I offered a tiered plan based on sales some free some discounted based on $ volumn. Should I make something that is for hosts only? Any advise related to this would be helpful. Is it okay to ask the host to help? Keep in mind that I do not do a presentation--it is an open house for a couple of hours and set up like a boutique in someones living room.
Have you considered setting up a booth at a County Fair or Home Garden Show? At least check out the other vendors there and ask what kind of incentives they offer if people sign up to book shows. Some have a drawing for a free gift basket, and at the bottom of the card people can check boxes indicating that they want more information about booking a party. (Have your planner handy; it is even better if you can book them on the spot.)
Q:Websites, with blueprints or pictures of well designed gardens or parcs. Thanks!

Q:There is an ad in an older Better Homes and Garden and the other magazine that has a cake on the cover every month (I am drawing a blank on the name). The add has a womens ring on a cherry or a little red fruit and the mens rings on a walnut. If someone could tell me the designer of those rings or even if the ad states what style rings they are that would be great! It is driving me crazy, I saw it once and fell in love with the rings! The cake magazine that for sure has the ad inside has on the cover is a mint tart style dessert. Thank you so much!
i became in basic terms interpreting a piece of writing in regards to the appropriate 10 scams of 2007. paintings at homestead scams are shifting up the checklist. There are too many human beings accessible working scams and plenty too few actual places.
