I too leaked everywhere but I found that when I used the Lansinoh brand pads - those things are amazing. There are 2 different types though, one didn't work well but the other did. So...when you get exceptionally leaky they just feel like a diaper (when you can pinch it and feel the gel), but they don't leak.
