- The bedding is by Andrea Kakel. The bedding was sold at Ikea, but has been out of stock for quite some time. Lately, there has been none on OKorder, overstock, amazon or other places similar to those. I must say, that bedding is very popular! But keep looking, you never know if you'll find it someday(:

- No, YOU WILL damage your skin. Not you can. UV is a radiation that causes skin and other cancers. It also destroys the elastin in your skin which is why you see those 50 year old sun bathers that look like they are 90 with elephant skin. It is cumulative throughout your life. So what you hit your body with today will be added onto if you do it again in 5 years. The damage done is done, elastin doesn't get better.

- My husband works for comfor-pedic - similiar to tempurpedic and the beds are wonderful. We don't have one but my motherinlaw and my dad each have one and they say that they sleep much better. We have the pillows and I can't sleep without them. Regular pillows just don't cut it anymore.

- Dust mites/bed bugs don't look like worms and they are very, very small. It was probably either a centipede or a milliipede. I doubt that having clothes on the floor would have contributed to this unless you have been out in the woods recently looking under dead logs or you tracked in some dead leaves and happened to pick up a millipede on your clothes.

- You need to take the bed out. Sometimes you just need to sacrifice somethings. You can also spray the bed with Bitter Apple which is a taste deterrent...you can by it at PetSmart or most pet stores. Another thing is to praise him when he DOES NOT eat the bedding and remove the bedding (not yell positive reinforcement works best) when he DOES start (key word START) chewing the bedding.

- You need to do something FAST! I have had experience in killing bed bugs in homes lived in by foreign exchange students. Start with the standard wash everything in HOT water and a HOT drier. Bag it in trash bags after you wash it, then go through the whole house board by board, window sill by window sill, chair by chair, with a carpet steamer. The heat from the steamer will kill the bugs. PESTICIDE does NOT kill them any more, except for direct contact. The bedbugs have developed an immunity to pesticides. Heat kills them. Also, (I haven't tried this) I just heard that dry ice freezes them dead and their eggs also. That might be worth doing some on line reading about. Use the steamer every couple of weeks 3 or 4 times you should be O.K.. Use it more than once because of new eggs hatching. Just in case the heat missed them the first time.
