- Q: ok ive been going to the tanning bed now every 2 days and my sides are still white and someone told me i need to flip well how do i lay my face do i just keep turning my head back and forth and also i have this spray for my hair its called sun in it gives u highlights when exposed to heat or sun do u think it would be ok to wear in the tanning bed to ? any information on tanning is helpful im new to it
- to tan your sides just lay on your side, it might be a tight squeeze but it will work. if you're on your left side, keep your right arm under your head so you can tan your underarms too and then vice versa for your right side. i usually lay on my stomach for about half the time. i turn my head back and forth, and sometimes put my chin on the bed so i can tan my neck and under my chin. my hair stylist told me sun-in is a bad idea and that it would turn my hair orange (i have brown hair). if you have brown hair too then i suggest brilliant brunette (although it does make your hair fall out more.. gross) or aveda has some great, more pricey products.

- Mmmm...bed bugs are their own species, not ticks, lice, or fleas. Here is a good page that documents what they are, what they like, etc....ohioline.osu.edu/hyg-fact/2000/2105.html They are beoming more common, especially in hotels, as hotel management are not typically spraying for them anymore. However, there are telltale signs that they are in a bed, such as rust trails. If there is a bedskirt or fabric hanging down, they can climb up. However, if there is space around the bed, one can stop them by coating the bed legs with petroleum jelly-they can't crawl through it. Once infested, it is hard to get rid of them. Yum!

- I have a twin size bed and it has like 5 blankets on it, the bedding and sheets have dogs on them, they're from The Dog brand/collection thing. It's really old though. I need new sheets.. :/ But I love the dogs though, I'm gonna miss them if I get rid of them. I like the bedding, not the bed. I'm kinda getting a little big for the bed, not that big but I wouldn't mind a new bed. Preferably a king bed or full mattress, but a new twin is ok too. - make sure to set a routine. my son started sleeping in our bed at around 9 months - not because i wanted him too, but where we were living and the people we were living with, we couldn't get heat in the apartment so he stayed with us for body warmth and for the blankets. well, after we moved he never wanted to be in his own bed. hopefully something better works for you, but i would have to lay with him in his bed until he fell asleep, from 1.5 - 3.5 years old. it made for long bedtime routines. well, then we got bunk beds, and i sat in the room for a few minutes, and we had a baby so i made up excuses, mommy has to go feed the baby, etc bc (lie) daddy left to go to the store, and little by little he goes to bed on his own. now we have a routine set, and sometimes he trys to fight it, but for the most part, its 5pm calm down time - eating bathing relaxing with a show or a game on the computer bed at 7pm and that's the same for him and his 22 month old brother.
