- Hello, First realize that you can not keep her in her bed. She has to want to stay in her bed. With my 2 yr old twins we made a HUGE deal about their new big boy and big girl beds. I let them pick out a new bed toy and help design their new rooms. This seemed to help them understand that this is their room/bed and that they needed to figure out how to become comfortable in it. This helped my kids make the adjustment. They still get out of bed but they stay in their room and will get into their bed when they are tired. Most nights they go right to sleep. Good luck!

- I sleep on both and have had a broken back. so far no problems its more about how they feel the bed i have now was left by my ex-girlfriend its a brick so i had foam put over my side to make it more comfortible to me. I also dont like having my back open so i have body pillows that i can lean against and as for my head i have an extra firm bottom pillow and a normal one on top of that-- reminds me of the perfect couch arm-- mine is part mental and part physical and i learned how to make the bed more comfortible to me and kept the other half off my back pun intended good luck
