This Site Might Help You. RE: Do I need to vacuum before carpet cleaning? I'm having a carpet cleaner come today because the previous renter left some nasty stains and one of my dogs was recently sick and added to it. I was just wondering, before the carpet cleaner comes am I supposed to vacuum, or is that part of their process?
Q: expression 49.94x + 27.77y + 25.82z describes the cost of producing each of the handheld vacuum cleaners. Write a polynomial in simplest
Profit = revenue - cost = 56.69X + ??y + 66.74z - (49.94x + 27.77y + 25.82z) = (56.69X - 49.94X) + (??Y - 27.77Y) + (66.74z - 25.82z) = 6.75X + ((??Y - 27.77Y) + 40.92 you did not give us the revenue for the 'y' units.
Q: i was wondering what kind of vacuum you have and if you like it or not...or if you know of any good ones with good suction for a good price.. thanks so much.

Q: Money is very tight right now and my old, old, old vacuum cleaner truly bit the dust permanently. When I went to wal-mart to look at new vacuum cleaners I became rather confused and bewildered over the selection. I have been left behind with the 1970's style vacuums. Yes, I know - it's rather pathetic.Can anybody out there make a suggestion? I do not want to spend over $150-160. I have short pile wall to wall carpeting and linoleum.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I recommend trying to find a used Electrolux at a thrift store, yard sale, or pawn shop. This the old style Electrolux, not the new ones found in department and home improvement stores. They're much better than most new vacuums purchased today, and you may be able to get one for far less than your price. I've picked them up for around $20 before, and with some repairs, still comes up to less than $150. It should last for years. You can buy cheap new vacuums, but they generally don't last long, and the warranties usually aren't as good as they sound.
Q: What vacuum cleaners would you recommend besides hoover. The price is not important ?
I'm a Vac Tech. Listen to the Simplicity person. That's a good vac. One of the best on the market. The Riccar is a sister company, both of which are manufactured in St. James Missouri. American made. The Riccar has a 5 year warranty and service plan though. The 8955 model is the best buy. Probably the best buy on any vacuum. The other Top brands are gonna be Miele and Sebo. Both German Manufactured. You really can't go wrong with any of them. Piece of advice, stay away from the hype. Most of those are toys and don't hold up. You can dump a lot of money into something at a department store that isn't worth much. You can't go yell at the 17 year old kid that recommended the Dyson to you at Walmart, but if you buy off of an independent dealer you can. Those dealers realize this and want to keep you happy, so they usually want sell you junk. Besides all those manufactures I listed will bend over backwards to make sure you get taken care of, if the dealer doesn't.
Q: He scared of vacuums, laundry baskets, chairs, dish washer, and strangers it gets so bad that he'll just sit there and shake. Like when the vacuum is on, putting the dishes in the dishwasher, and when strangers come by him
I have a dog just like it, you just have to give it time. Whether it be a few weeks or years, I have had a dog for year, it would run from me for over 50 feet, now she will sniff my fingers and she's more comfortable in the house. It's all you can really do.
Q: Where are DYSON vacuum cleaners made?
James Dyson set up the Dyson company. In June 1993, he opened a research centre and factory in Wiltshire. Initially, all Dyson vacuum cleaners and washing machines were made in Malmesbury, Wiltshire, England. In 2002, the company transferred vacuum cleaner production to Malaysia. As Dyson was the only major manufacturer in Wiltshire, this move aroused much heated condemnation in the British press. Despite promises that washing machine production would continue in the UK, that portion of production was moved to Malaysia a year later. Nearly 800 British manufacturing jobs were lost; however, Dyson's research and development (and the resultant technical jobs) remains in Wiltshire.
Q: I was wondering how mch Psi/Atm needed for the high and low pressure pool vacuumes such as The Surfer Above Ground Automatic pool cleaner.
You can never have more than 1 atm in a vacuum system. Obviously the more vacuum you generate, the better it will clean. Most vacuum cleaners probably produce between 50-80 inches of water vacuum.
Q: Does anyone have one of those quot;stickvacuum cleaners? I am looking to buy a good suction stick vacuum cleaner to do my hardwoods every day. I have a Dyson DC40 but am returning it because I do not like it. I am looking for something to do my hardwoods every day, that's not too large or heavy and I think I'd like to stay away from the cordless. I have basically crumbs and dust to pick up in the kitchen/breakfast/dining room areas. We have no pets.Can anyone recommend something? Or tell me what NOT to buy?
Funny you should post this question...I have been researching the lightweight vacuums...have seen what others own (didn't like...too noisy, etc)....and decided on sticking with BISSELL products as I love their line. I ordered a Bissell PowerForce Compact (in fuschia color, also comes in lime and plum) for $34.87 from Walmart online....was only 97 cents to ship it to my door! I absolutely LOVE it...it only weighs 11 lbs (which is less than each of my 2 cats!) and has a smaller path than a larger, bulkier vacuum. It comes with a crevice tool and a brush. It's cyclonic and easy to clean. Filter is washable. A drawback (if you think it is) is that the cord is not as long as larger vacuums...but the machine has GREAT suction power and goes from carpet to floor with no knobs to adjust. In fact, they have outstanding customer service: it happened that my machine was missing its brush, but when I called Bissell, they quickly are sending one out (no cost of course). If you want to see it...go to walmart and search for Bissell Power Force Compact. And it's not overly noisy either! My neighbor has a Dirt Devil and that thing is horrible!! Sounds like a jet engine and drowns out everything and doesn't come with tools. I put it to the test and it maneuvers nicely...and all the cat hair banished....so very pleased with it. Another alternative for you would be to check out the vacuum/steam mop for floors that Bissell has (but that's a lot more money)...but again, it all depends on what you want the vacuum to do. All in all.....stick with Bissell...my family and friends all have good luck with their product line.
Q: the workers at a factory assembled 156 vacuum cleaners in 6 hours. at this rate, how many total vacuum cleaners can the workers assemble in in 16 hours.
156 vacuums / 6 hours = 26 vacuums per hour. 16 hours * 26 vacuums per hour = 416 vacuums. Hope that helps.
