FAQ:
Q1: Are electronics cheap in Okorder.com?
A: Of course. They are very cheap. The factories provide the goods. One-stop sourcing.
Q2: Why are electronics so cheap in ok order?
A: On ok order they are the lowest price. Because it is a wholesale website and factory provide goods.
Q3: Do all electronics have silicon in them?
A: No but most modern ones do. Older electronics that don't require micro chips don't have to have silicon at all, and their mother boards are made from copper. Silicon is used in micro chips as a semi-conductor in modern electronics but some other semi-metals, like gallium and germanium can also be used. Silicon is just the most common because it is so plentiful.
- Q: can someone help please it's not write protected!!
- The MMC is typically defective when you have this symptom. I just returned a 2G SDHC Lexar Pro 133 that had this same issue. It was not the reader as I tried 3 other cards of the same type and all worked save the defective one. Contact either the vendor if you are in the 15 day window, or the manufacturer if the card is still under warranty.
- Q: I have a 3.5 bay card reader in my computer with the typical inputs (MS, SD, CF, and so on). It has served me well over the years but I now have a big problem. I recently went out and bought an 2GB SanDisk SD2 card. The card works in my Canon PowerShot A540 as did the normal SD cardshowever, when I go to put it in my card reader, it will not read it. I'm assuming this is because SD2 is a different type of structure or format that the SD slot will simply not read. I know there are the typical portable card readers that will read SD2, but are there any internal (like my 3.5 reader) that will support the SD and SD2 card formats? If I have to I will get a portable type reader, though I don't like them but would like to know if there are any internal ones out there.
- Visit SanDisk's website and download the drivers for your SD card.

- go to the hp/compaq website and download the drivers for the c700's card reader they're free, easy to find (labeled), and quick to download just run the application and it'll install for you your reader should work after this i also believe that the producer of the card reader is realtek, if you want to google other solutions
- Q: any input would be appreciated
- A card reader is a cheap ($10) but useful device that helps you transfer images from your camera to your computer. Here's how it works: Your digital camera will store images on a removable memory card. To see your pics on your puter, remove the card, put it into the card reader, and plug the reader into the USB slot on your machine. The puter will see it as an external drive. Click on the drive and you'll see a list of all your image files. You can then view them, sort them, delete them or edit them. Your camera will also come with a USB cable which accomplishes the same thing, but usually more slowly. To use the cable you'll also have to leave the camera on, which uses up batteries. Card readers are available wherever cameras and memory cards are sold. Don't forget to get one that'll accept the type of card you have. A universal one is best, as you can change cameras without buying a new reader. Hope this helps. V

- Q: I inserted a photo memory card filled with pic's and nothing happened. Help!!!!
- The card readers tend to be listed as drives in Windows Explorer because they're connected via USB (may be listed as Removable Drive). See if they are there and try to access them. You may find you are able to browse one which has your pics on it. Otherwise, you will probably have to get into the manual or contact the PC manufacturer.
- Q: Hi i need a usb 2.0 memory card reader driver for Windows XP Home 2nd Edition. I suspect the reader may be faulty but want to try a new driver file first. Anyone know where I can download one please?
- XP has built-in support for USB Flash drives and memory card readers, so you don't need any drivers. Try using another USB port or using the reader on another computer to see if the reader works correctly.
