Introduction:

The first horizontal biomass boiler in China    Brand:  HUAYUAN

High-end product---Longxiao series A, B, C

Technical features:

By the great effort, HUAYUAN has developed the first biomass boiler without grate. There are three kinds of hot water boilers as following:

Longxiao Series A: blue touchscreen control system, burning any biomass fuel without dark smoke.

Longxiao Series B: colorful touchscreen control system. motor frequency control system. drain the coked fuel in the combustion procession. burning all coked biomass fuel.

Longxiao Series C: large colorful touchscreen control system. intelligent control system, internet control system. drain the coked fuel in the combustion. burning all coked biomass fuel.

Characteristics:

1. Different from tradition vertical boiler, any parts of boiler could be checked and repaired. Even the fire pipes in the boiler could be replaced without boiler disassembled.

2. HUAYUAN adopts world leading patent combustion system. Boilers without grate will need no more grate transporting to solve coked fuel burning problem.

3. High temperature in the hearth could be controlled to make sure that temperature is enough high to do biomass pyrolysis gasification and complete combustion. With specially designed

airflow spraying, tar will not be attached to the hearth after long time combustion and pipes will not be blocked by the attached tar, it will do little effect on the boiler's efficiency after long                 time using, this is what users will neglect. Long-time energy saving is what matters.

4. As store is directly connected to the hearth, many biomass boilers catch fire easily. Applying anti-back fire structure and back-flow prevention device, so that only biomass fuel can be put  into hearth, high temperature airflow can't flow into bunker. We are equipped with safety fire protection device, even when the back-flow  prevention device fails, automatic monitoring feeding system will start to force high temperature into hearth. Boiler will stop working only after cleaning all the fuels.

5. Change the traditional boiler feeding way, decrease the feeding height of bunker, increase the capacity, reduce the labor strength.

6. Traditional biomass boiler only monitor output water temperature, Longxiao series adopts touchscreen control system, clients can monitor the parameters of temperature of input water, output water, smoke, fuels in bunker, combustion in hearth etc. After the change of relevant data, it will timely remind the user of maintenance, so that to allow user to get more information about running status and energy-saving data.

7. First one to apply internet control system in biomass fuel industry, you can monitor the boiler everywhere with internet.

8. Under intelligent control, boiler will automatically operates from start-running-stop-restart. You could be an online boiler operator with high efficiency and 6 safety protection settings.

Q: This seems a bit tight to me! We are about to sign a tenancy agreement for a new house and in it it states that the tenant is responsible for organising and paying for the boiler to get serviced each year.I have checked with the letting agent and they have said that this is correct and that the 'all of the landlord's properties requires this.I'm quite miffed as I always thought that it should be the landlord's responsibility seeing as it's his house and his boiler. Thing is, everything is ready to go ahead - we have handed in notice at current place and move in in 2 weeks time so we are going to have to sign this tenancy. Just seems a bit rubbish to me :(
Your landlord is appearing illegally. through regulation, any property containing gasoline boilers/fires that were put in once you moved into the valuables (ie, not put in through you) are the duty of the owner. So in case you install a gasoline cooker, then it is your duty yet boilers/appropriate heating are the landlords. through regulation, this gasoline verify ought to be executed each 12 months so he's being an tremendously undesirable boy! Get in contact with well being and safe practices and the community council and do not enable this scumbag damage out with it!
Q: I am getting low CO emission readings (40 to 60 PPM) from the gas fired boiler. It is power vented. The vent fan shuts off when the boiler cycles off. My question is do all these power vent systems incorporate a Time Delay Purge Relay to remove the last of the exhaust ? I ask because I've gotten 2 different opinions, one saying the vent fan is running correctly and the boiler needs to be cleaned of soot build up and another that says the control box needs to be replaced.
The short answer is that power-venting does not necessarily mean you have a condensing boiler. It means that you have a power-venting option so that you may vent the boiler directly to the exterior via a short vent line. A simple power-vent option runs the vent only when the boiler is firing - when the boiler shuts off so does the fan. With a condensing boiler, the fan will *typically-but-not-always* run for some preset period after the boiler stops firing to remove the last of the moisture from the secondary heat-exchanger. I suggest that you look at the installation manual for that boiler and determine the operational sequence. From that you can determine whether the system is operating correctly. Or contact the manufacturer. But in any case, not every power-vent system will continue to run after firing stops.
Q: in a steam system wich are the components that make possible to work the boir, what is related to what?
A steam boiler is defined as a boiler use heat to convert water into steam for a variety of application. In technical terms, A boiler can be defined as a closed vessel in which water or other fluid is heated under pressure. This fluid is then circulated out of the boiler for use in various processes or power generation. In the case of power generation steam is taken out of the steam boiler at very high pressure and temperature.
Q: What is the full name of the CFB boiler?
CFB boiler is circulating fluidized bed boiler.
Q: Ok im getting slightly worried that I might have messed up my thermostat. Basically I stupidly screwed a bookshelf to the wall and it was very close to where the thermostat is. The heating now will come on for about 10 minutes or so and then goes off again. I think the boiler isn't that old as the places I am staying in is only about 5 years old. I see the burner light come on when I first start up the boiler then shortly after it goes off again. There is power going to the thermostat still but I am just wondering if this could cause the problem that I am getting. Any help would be much appreciated.
nuke it.. as seen on tv the **** burns forever.
Q: The previous owners never left a manual or anything and I can't find this info on the website or anywhere. I'd rather not call out a tech if I don't have to.
The water pressure on the gauge should be @ 12-15 psi.
Q: Can I adjust this water feeder?
yes there isaselector
Q: I have a Dunkirk boiler with a Honeywell L8148A aquastat that just allows me to set the high end temp. I keep it at 180. But it won't let me set a low limit for when I want the heat to kick in. (it seems like it's been short cycling. I had an electrician come and he tested everything, thermostats, zone heads, you name it, and evreything is in working order). If I buy a low limit controller, will it allow me to do this; to set a low range and not have the boiler starting up every few minutes? Thanks for your help.
99.9% of the time, I drive below the speed limit because it's the right thing to do. The other 0.01% of the time, I'll go all the way up to the speed limit when getting on the freeway... but eventually will get back down to under the limit. People seem to think that the speed limit is a minimum. Of course, it's normal and acceptable that someone dies every twenty minutes in a car accident.
Q: I just had a new system put in 2 years ago. The heat worked last week, all of sudden, the circulator is making a humming/buzzing noise and my heat is not working. I follow the pipes and the water comes in cold, goes through the boiler, the pipe is then HOT, but then it connects to the pump, and the circulator and by that time, the pipes are cold. The circulator is also making a humming/buzzing noise. I've tried to reset the circuit breaker, but that hasn't fixed the problem. Please help...its getting cold up here in the northeast!
Gizmo is right again! I would try a rap with rubber hammer while the pump is energized. Sometimes this will free the pump. But, you should probably get a new one , just in case. Find out why it failed. Is it sized right, is the feed valve working? Call a trusted plumber and have him look for an hour! Good luck!................
Q: In the event of an electric power failure, is there any way to manually light the pilot for a gas steam boiler that has electronic ignition? If not, is a boiler with a standing pilot the safer choice in cold northern regions?
it would be a waste of time because if there's no power the pump will not work so the system will shut down and you can not ignite it. if the boiler works on main pressure water and does not give you central heating then i would have thought you would have a pilot light. dont forget that the electrics also works the safety devices and thermostats. so still no i am afraid.
