Technical features:

By the great effort, HUAYUAN has developed the first biomass boiler without grate. There are three kinds of hot water boilers as following:

Longxiao Series A: blue touchscreen control system, burning any biomass fuel without dark smoke.

Longxiao Series B: colorful touchscreen control system. motor frequency control system. drain the coked fuel in the combustion procession. burning all coked biomass fuel.

Longxiao Series C: large colorful touchscreen control system. intelligent control system, internet control system. drain the coked fuel in the combustion. burning all coked biomass fuel.

Characteristics:

1. Different from tradition vertical boiler, any parts of boiler could be checked and repaired. Even the fire pipes in the boiler could be replaced without boiler disassembled.

2. HUAYUAN adopts world leading patent combustion system. Boilers without grate will need no more grate transporting to solve coked fuel burning problem.

3. High temperature in the hearth could be controlled to make sure that temperature is enough high to do biomass pyrolysis gasification and complete combustion. With specially designed

airflow spraying, tar will not be attached to the hearth after long time combustion and pipes will not be blocked by the attached tar, it will do little effect on the boiler's efficiency after long time using, this is what users will neglect. Long-time energy saving is what matters.

4. As store is directly connected to the hearth, many biomass boilers catch fire easily. Applying anti-back fire structure and back-flow prevention device, so that only biomass fuel can be put into hearth, high temperature airflow can't flow into bunker. We are equipped with safety fire protection device, even when the back-flow prevention device fails, automatic monitoring feeding system will start to force high temperature into hearth. Boiler will stop working only after cleaning all the fuels.

5. Change the traditional boiler feeding way, decrease the feeding height of bunker, increase the capacity, reduce the labor strength.

6. Traditional biomass boiler only monitor output water temperature, Longxiao series adopts touchscreen control system, clients can monitor the parameters of temperature of input water, output water, smoke, fuels in bunker, combustion in hearth etc. After the change of relevant data, it will timely remind the user of maintenance, so that to allow user to get more information about running status and energy-saving data.

Q: I have a generator rated 3000w/3500w surge was told that it would run my gas boiler OR TV fridge but not all. Is that right?: Yes the small unit you have will operate the gas boiler but I doubt it will run anything else. To run the fridge you need at least 8 amps steady draw for most units. and that is about 30% of the generator and when anything else is used the generator will lug down and soon be producing a lower voltage which will then burn out the appliance.

Q: We just had our boiler looked at and it was determined that we needed a new aquastat. We had that replaced and it worked for about a week. Well now the boiler once again shuts off before the house gets any heat. any idea what could be the issue?: USA Unfortunately, that is like asking Why doesn't my car start? There are a hundred reasons. The aquastat maintains the temperature of the water only in the boiler, not the temp of the house. It acts the same as a thermostat in a water heater - it keeps the water hot in the water heater. If the boiler is heating up, but the house is not getting warm, for some reason the circulation system is not working. Have the system checked to make sure the circulator pumps, or zone valves, or both, are working properly from the thermostats.

Q: Is the boiler pressure gauge mandatory: In fact, not only the boiler so that the requirements of other types of pressure vessels have such a request.

Q: Everything was working fine until last night when my Natural gas Burnham Series 2 boiler gave up. Lost heat and hot water. HVAC guy says I need to replace 4 zone valves and thermostats. Asking for $1250. According to him, my White Rodgers zone valve is sending some voltage back which killed the control head on the furnace. Is it a reasonable price for this job? Q: slant fin boiler furnace (gas) how do they work? Is there anywhere on net that shows diagram and explains what is what ? bought house with one lol looks old and have no clue......: basically it works like this ...the boiler part heats the water and keeps it a certain temperature . this is controlled by thermosttats that connect to relays to turn the gas valve on or off when your water gets to cold or to hot ..when your house thermostat calls for heat this turns a pump on which circulates the hot water through the piping in your house to the various registers....until your house reaches a desired temperature then pump kicks off...the house thermostat also controls whether the boiler actually heats the water or not...if you dont need heat the water cools down and the cold water thermostat tells the boiler it is ready for the gas valve to heat water but it cannot do so until your house thermostat tells the boiler to start the pump and to start heating water..the hot water thermostat is independent and turns the gas off once the water has reached the desired temperature and the gas will stay off until the cold water thermostat tells the gas valve to come back on as long as your house thermostat is calling for heat....once your house gets warm everything shuts down and waits for next heating cycle when your house thermostat calls for heat again.. there is also a expansion tank that allows the hot water to expand without causing knocking noises...here is alink to a site that explains it in depth www.usace.army.mil/publications/armytm/t...

Q: I have a gas boiler and water baseboard heater ,The boiler would turn on for about 5min then turn off even though it has not reach the tempature on the thermostat I notice that the overflow valve leaks , my psi is at about 15 ,temperature on the boiler is about 80-85.I also can hear a small humming noise coming from the return pipe .what can this be...: With gas injection, in case you would be not on time by way of a couple of minutes, positioned the transmission in park. if it is going to be longer than a couple of minutes, you could close the engine off. gas injected vehicles do no longer 'waste' gas once you shut an engine off and then initiate it returned up. The engine is heat and there is not any extra gas being dumped into the cylinders. in case you're waiting on the interstate for a wreck to get cleared, close the engine off. Any TIME an engine is sitting and idling, no longer moving, this is a waste of gas.

Q: I have just put the hot water on in my bath to have a bath and the boiler is igniting but no hot water is coming through. It is coming through in the kitchen hot water tap though....what is worng with my boiler??: You say the boiler is igniting, so I assume it also keeps going out and possibly relighting? Mine kept doing that, and it turned out to be a sensor which was easily replaced.

Q: My boiler in the basement will not distribute or pump the water upstairs properly. The pump is working fine, as far as I can tell. I am getting some heat upstairs in a couple of rooms but not a lot. There is no valve anywhere upstairs or downstairs to bleed air out of the system. This is baseboard heat. The basement is heating up very well. It simply won't fully flow through the upstairs as it should. ANY help would be appreciated.: How can you tell the pump is working properly? If the impeller is broken, the motor will run, but it won't pump any water. You cannot tell just by looking at it. You should call a heating contractor that works on boilers to look at it.
