Introduction:

The first horizontal biomass boiler in China    Brand:  HUAYUAN

High-end product---Longxiao series A, B, C

Technical features:

By the great effort, HUAYUAN has developed the first biomass boiler without grate. There are three kinds of hot water boilers as following:

Longxiao Series A: blue touchscreen control system, burning any biomass fuel without dark smoke.

Longxiao Series B: colorful touchscreen control system. motor frequency control system. drain the coked fuel in the combustion procession. burning all coked biomass fuel.

Longxiao Series C: large colorful touchscreen control system. intelligent control system, internet control system. drain the coked fuel in the combustion. burning all coked biomass fuel.

Characteristics:

1. Different from tradition vertical boiler, any parts of boiler could be checked and repaired. Even the fire pipes in the boiler could be replaced without boiler disassembled.

2. HUAYUAN adopts world leading patent combustion system. Boilers without grate will need no more grate transporting to solve coked fuel burning problem.

3. High temperature in the hearth could be controlled to make sure that temperature is enough high to do biomass pyrolysis gasification and complete combustion. With specially designed

airflow spraying, tar will not be attached to the hearth after long time combustion and pipes will not be blocked by the attached tar, it will do little effect on the boiler's efficiency after long                 time using, this is what users will neglect. Long-time energy saving is what matters.

4. As store is directly connected to the hearth, many biomass boilers catch fire easily. Applying anti-back fire structure and back-flow prevention device, so that only biomass fuel can be put  into hearth, high temperature airflow can't flow into bunker. We are equipped with safety fire protection device, even when the back-flow  prevention device fails, automatic monitoring feeding system will start to force high temperature into hearth. Boiler will stop working only after cleaning all the fuels.

5. Change the traditional boiler feeding way, decrease the feeding height of bunker, increase the capacity, reduce the labor strength.

6. Traditional biomass boiler only monitor output water temperature, Longxiao series adopts touchscreen control system, clients can monitor the parameters of temperature of input water, output water, smoke, fuels in bunker, combustion in hearth etc. After the change of relevant data, it will timely remind the user of maintenance, so that to allow user to get more information about running status and energy-saving data.

7. First one to apply internet control system in biomass fuel industry, you can monitor the boiler everywhere with internet.

8. Under intelligent control, boiler will automatically operates from start-running-stop-restart. You could be an online boiler operator with high efficiency and 6 safety protection settings.

Q: URGENT
High pressure boilers produce high pressure steam. If you need high pressure steam, you have no choice - you must have a high-pressure boiler. So you are asking the wrong question. You should be asking what are the advantages of high-pressure steam over low-pressure steam. And even then, it is generally the case that one does not choose high-pressure over low-pressure based on 'advantages' or 'disadvantages'. Instead, the choice is dependent on the needs of the process. For example, if the process is simple and requires steam only as a means of conveying heat from the boiler to a single point in the process, and if the amount of heat that is required can be met using a low pressure design, they that would be the choice since it is likely to be less expensive. Often, however, the process is more complex and requires heat at multiple points and at multiple pressures. In that instance, generating high pressure steam and then throttling it down through a series of stages of the process makes more economic sense.
Q: In a plantt utility boiler, what is the white smoke released from what is defined as a dearator? why is it as such?
A DC Heater - Direct Contact Deareating Feed Water heater This is a device used to remove disolved oxygen from boiler feed water prior to entering the boiler. Oxygen under heat and pressure is more corrosive so it is important to remove as much oxygen as possible from the water. The DC Heater is an elevated tank which supplies water to the suction side of a feed pump in a boilers steam cycle. Its purpose is to remove disolved oxygen from the water and preheat the water prior to being pumped into the boiler. Water and steam are sprayed in to the topsection of the DC heater. The steam heats the water, while the water condenses the steam. The result of mixing steam with water is hot water. Disolved oxygen has a negative solubility in water, heating water drives out the oxygen. You can see this effect when boiling water on the stove. As the water is heated gas bubbles are formed which coat the sides of the pot. the same effect may be observed when a cold glass of water is allowed to stand over night. Next morning you will see a fine layer of air bubbles coating the glass. The Vent at the top of the DC heater is where the removed gases are allowed to escape. The gasses contain alot of humidity so the white color is fog. Similar to the water particle fog seen on an ultrasonic humidifier.
Q: A. FD fanB. Steam air warmerC ScrubberD. Air heater
A...FD fan. I've worked with boilers and furnaces for many years. An air preheater has never been included with air intake heated by flue gas. Air and flue gases are controlled by Four methods... 1...Natural Draft...air intake for both Primary combustion air and air flow through the furnace controlled by air inlet 'doors' around the burner 'Throat' and flue gas dampers to the stack maintaining a slight positive pressure (Inches of water gauge draft) within the furnace. 2...Forced draft where air is fed by a fan into the system and flue gases controlled by a damper. 3...Induced Draft. flue gases are pulled out by a fan and exhausted to the stack. Air inlet doors or dampers control the draft and combustion air at the burner end. 4...Balanced Draft. Here, an air inlet and a flue gas exhaust fan are incorporated. Draft and Combustion air are controlled by dampers to 'Balance' the draft. In each case, air supply to the burners and the draft through the furnace are carefully controlled for optimum performance and combustion profiles. Keep your thumb where it belongs...!!
Q: What is the difference between a boiler and a furnace?
Actually, there is an easy way to remember: a boiler uses (hot) water to heat your home and a furnace uses warm air (also referred to as forced air). please note: this answer directly from site listed below
Q: What is the use of oxygen-rich combustion technology;
Practice shows that: when the boiler gas combustion gas content of 25% or more, the energy saving up to 20%; boiler start heating time reduced by 1 / 2-2 / 3.
Q: I used to have a double boiler but it broke years ago. Kids went on tour of a chocolate factory and came home with bags of huge chunks. They want to melt it down into molds they bought and dip pretzels and strawberries. I tried just melting in microwave but it is getting burned around the edges and tastes horrible. Can anyone suggest a different method for melting chocolate if I don't have a double boiler and don't want to use the microwave?

Q: hi all..just turned on my heating and had water running from the back of my OCEAN ALPHA 280 COMBI BOILER. whats happened? cant get to the problem because the leak is behind a metal back plate on the boiler.. read some things about the HEAT EXCHANGER?any suggestions?
good chance it is the aav leaking
Q: what is a bunny boiler?
2. bunny boiler 76 up, 5 down n. a woman who follows or observes her mark persistently, especially out of obsession or derangement (stress derangement). A bunny boiler's mark is a man that she has had sex with maybe one time, usually this man is hard working and strives to succeed profesionally and in life. A bunny boiler's plan consists of plan A and plan B. Plan A: The ultimate goal of a bunny boiler is to fix her mark's life by interfering and/or setting him up and blackmailing him in an effort to force him into a horrible relationship that was never meant to be. The bunny boiler's goal is almost certainly a recipe for disaster and a fate worse than death itself. When the plan begins to fail the bunny boiler then resorts to plan B: destruction. The term is taken from Glenn Close's character in 'Fatal Attraction', who after engaging in a steamy hot one time sex scene with a colleague, Michael Douglas' character, she resorts to boiling her former one time sex parter's family pet rabbit in an all out war aimed at disrupting his life, family, career and destroy (emphasis on destroy) him for not wanting a sincere man/woman (nuclear family) type relationship with her.
Q: what would be the most efficient setting for my boiler. It is an oil fired burnham 200k BTU .I live in the north east.
I am not sure I understand the question, do you mean the thermostat setting, or the temperature you should be heating the water to? Most people seem to think the best thermostat setting in the winter is 65-68 and turning it lower during the night. I prefer to run it at a constant temp, with the feeling that it is more efficient to maintain a temp rather than to keep recovering from a lower temp. If you are talking about the running temp of the boiler, just slightly above the temp you want to maintain in the house. Since it is a boiler and not a steam generator the excess heating of the water is not efficient. Steam, or even superheat is very efficient, but since you are not running industrial equipment, you will never achieve the efficiency of steam. so to run at 120-160 would be more than sufficient. Although there are many factors that you should take into account also, just saying that it is a 200,000 btu heater does not give sufficient info it has to be properly sized for your heating volume of the house, and also for the heat loss calculations. What I am saying is that if you have a relatively small house, and is fairly efficiently insulated, average amount of glass, you can operate the boiler at a lower temp than specified and actually save EDIT there are different types of temperature limit switches, some have fixed upper and lower limits, some are asjustable for both limits and range. If you have fixed switches, I would suggest installing the adjustable one and you can lower your upper limit temp.
Q: I have a Baxi Platinum 33kw boiler installed pressured up by a mains feed to 2.0 bar. When the central heating is switched on the pressure in the boiler approaches 3.0 bar and the PRV releases water through the pressure release pipe outside. When the boiler has switched off and cooled several hours later, the pressure remains high at 2.7 bar.... no PRV release. Again, when switched back on it goes back up and releases again. The filling loop remains in place but is isolated and has been checked that is is working ok.Every so often, the boiler cuts out and shows a low pressure warning as after a couple of weaks the pressure drops to 1.2 bar.Any ideas what the problem could be becuase i'm baffled. How can the system maintain 2.8 bar when cool? All radiators get hot with no cold spots. Thanks
Shut off the make up water supply valve and release the pressure manually by opening the PRV by hand after the boiler is cool. If the pressure drops, there was air in the boiler. If not, the gauge is out of caliibration. Don't forget to take static head into consideration.
