Technical features:

By the great effort, HUAYUAN has developed the first biomass boiler without grate. There are three kinds of hot water boilers as following:

Longxiao Series A: blue touchscreen control system, burning any biomass fuel without dark smoke.

Longxiao Series B: colorful touchscreen control system. motor frequency control system. drain the coked fuel in the combustion procession. burning all coked biomass fuel.

Longxiao Series C: large colorful touchscreen control system. intelligent control system, internet control system. drain the coked fuel in the combustion. burning all coked biomass fuel.

Characteristics:

1. Different from tradition vertical boiler, any parts of boiler could be checked and repaired. Even the fire pipes in the boiler could be replaced without boiler disassembled.

2. HUAYUAN adopts world leading patent combustion system. Boilers without grate will need no more grate transporting to solve coked fuel burning problem.

3. High temperature in the hearth could be controlled to make sure that temperature is enough high to do biomass pyrolysis gasification and complete combustion. With specially designed

airflow spraying, tar will not be attached to the hearth after long time combustion and pipes will not be blocked by the attached tar, it will do little effect on the boiler's efficiency after long time using, this is what users will neglect. Long-time energy saving is what matters.

4. As store is directly connected to the hearth, many biomass boilers catch fire easily. Applying anti-back fire structure and back-flow prevention device, so that only biomass fuel can be put into hearth, high temperature airflow can't flow into bunker. We are equipped with safety fire protection device, even when the back-flow prevention device fails, automatic monitoring feeding system will start to force high temperature into hearth. Boiler will stop working only after cleaning all the fuels.

5. Change the traditional boiler feeding way, decrease the feeding height of bunker, increase the capacity, reduce the labor strength.

Traditional biomass boiler only monitor output water temperature, Longxiao series adopts touchscreen control system, clients can monitor the parameters of temperature of input water, output water, smoke, fuels in bunker, combustion in hearth etc. After the change of relevant data, it will timely remind the user of maintenance, so that to allow user to get more information about running status and energy-saving data.

Q: model number pin5snsme2: Before you by a steam boiler did the installer size it right? Its not a easy as you think. If you use a plumbing co. make sure they have been to heating school and are NORA cert. silver or higher.

Q: on my bolier it says if over 2 call engineer but it is going on 3: If the relief valve doesn't work, it can explode.

Q: what is the role of super-heater in a boiler?: Priya, the super-heater adds power AND efficiency to the system, by efficiently adding heat to the working medium, usually water (steam). The medium will come out of the boiler at the heat of vaporisation for the boiler pressure. If the boiler pressure is atmospheric and the medium is water, that temperature will be around 212 degrees F, depending on the height of the boiler above sea level (the HIGHER the LESS the atmospheric pressure, and the LOWER the boiling temperature). The higher the temperature of the medium, the higher the power and greater the efficiency of the system. so to increase both, either the pressure in the boiler can be increased or the temperature of the medium increased through the use of the super-heater. Q: how a steam boiler works ,its machinery and safety gadgets attached -please explain: Coal fired steam boiler is wide range used. Especially it is usually used in electric power plant. Do you know how coal fired boiler works in electric power plant? Coal is densely compressed ancient plant matter. It's like a naturally made barbecue charcoal. It is a solid fuel. It has a long history that people use it. The coal is mined and brought to a power plant in large quantities by trucks and trains. It is stacked up with large equipment, like bulldozers, and feed onto conveyor belts. The conveyor belt dump the coal chunks into a grinder, or crusher, which makes fairly uniform sized of coal powder. This powder is fed into a combustion where it is ignited and as the coal if fed into the combustion it's burning become self-sustaining. There is a lot of air being blown through the combustion and flow of this air is the oxygen for the burning of the coal and transfers the heat from the combustion to the coal fired boiler. The temperatures of this 'flue gas' is over 2000 degrees fahrenheit. In the boiler of coal fired the section of the power plant is water flowing through tubes. As the heat passes across the outer portion of the tubes it transfers heat to the water and the water boil. A continuous flow of water is fed through these tubes. Once the water is boiled to steam and a pressure of steam develops. The steam is directed, through piping, to a steam turbine. The steam turns the turbine. Connected to the turbine is an electric generator. As the turbine turns the generator electricity is produced and is directed to the power grid and eventually to your house and school. This is a very simplified version, but covers the major steps of how a coal fired boiler work in electric power plant. I hope this can help you.

The recipe for the frosting requires a double boiler, I went out looking for one today and NOBODY had one. =( I have heard you can make one using two pots but how does that work? Thank you!: heyy.you can use a pot and a bowl.pot to boil d water and bow to keep on top of the pot should be bigger and should not touch the water in d pot.when the water boils,eighter turn off the range or on slow fire bcoz the steam is enough to cook d mixture..if d water is boilin continuesly u wil end up over cooking d mixture.and also keep stiring d mixture in d doube boiler. double boiler is done to cook certain foods which cannot bear direct heat.this may make it lose the texture. hope dis was hellpfull

Q: When we first moved in our house we had gas heat when electricity went out. Then I asked my husband to upgrade the old ugly manual thermostat to a modern digital thermostat and now we can not heat our house when the electricity is out. Of course we threw the old thermostat out that I was told had mercury in it. HELP!! The power is likely to go out here in Virginia soon and we would like to use our gas heat boiler. Any ideas? We are unable to locate an old manual thermostat that we had. Thanks in advance!: Even though the boiler is gas operated the control system requires electrical power to operate. Your thermostat has nothing to do with the needed power for your boiler controls. Without utility or generator power, you're dead in the water.

Q: Why is a boiler and CONDENSER used in every cycle. Wouldn't it have been easier if the steam after expansion in the turbine was directly heated using a super heater instead of condensing and again heating it in a boiler. Will it not be more efficient to use the boiler in the beginning to just generate steam and reduce the heat rejected by nullifying the condensation process...Please give a brief answer: Coal burns hot, plants burn coal to heat the water to make steam which spins the turbines which produces electricity =)

Q: In the boiler, how to understand the "atmospheric pressure" and "pressure" these two concepts?: Pressure, to ensure that high temperature hot water is not vaporized.

Q: Our house is equipped with a hot water boiler system for radiant heat. The boiler is 40 years old and we've never had a single problem with it other than having to replace zone valves. With proper maintenance how long will one of these boilers last?: Boilers can last 20 years or more if they are properly maintained and no air enters the system. The key is that you MUST have it drained and serviced each year. A simple thing like a frozen check valve can turn your hot water boiler (or heater, for that matter) into a bomb/rocket in very short order. There is no advantage to keep a boiler over 20 years, as the energy savings provided by modern units will pay for the new system in 5-10 years.
