Introduction:

The first horizontal biomass boiler in China    Brand:  HUAYUAN

High-end product---Longxiao series A, B, C

Technical features:

By the great effort, HUAYUAN has developed the first biomass boiler without grate. There are three kinds of hot water boilers as following:

Longxiao Series A: blue touchscreen control system, burning any biomass fuel without dark smoke.

Longxiao Series B: colorful touchscreen control system. motor frequency control system. drain the coked fuel in the combustion procession. burning all coked biomass fuel.

Longxiao Series C: large colorful touchscreen control system. intelligent control system, internet control system. drain the coked fuel in the combustion. burning all coked biomass fuel.

Characteristics:

1. Different from tradition vertical boiler, any parts of boiler could be checked and repaired. Even the fire pipes in the boiler could be replaced without boiler disassembled.

2. HUAYUAN adopts world leading patent combustion system. Boilers without grate will need no more grate transporting to solve coked fuel burning problem.

3. High temperature in the hearth could be controlled to make sure that temperature is enough high to do biomass pyrolysis gasification and complete combustion. With specially designed

airflow spraying, tar will not be attached to the hearth after longtime combustion and pipes will not be blocked by the attached tar, it will do little effect on the boiler's efficiency after long                 time using, this is what users will neglect. Long-time energy saving is what matters.

4. As store is directly connected to the hearth, many biomass boilers catch fire easily. Applying anti-back fire structure and back-flow prevention device, so that only biomass fuel can be put  into hearth, high temperature airflow can't flow into bunker. We are equipped with safety fire protection device, even when the back-flow  prevention device fails, automatic monitoring feeding system will start to force high temperature into hearth. Boiler will stop working only after cleaning all the fuels.

5. Change the traditional boiler feeding way, decrease the feeding height of bunker, increase the capacity, reduce the labor strength.

6. Traditional biomass boiler only monitor output water temperature, Longxiao series adopts touchscreen control system, clients can monitor the parameters of temperature of input water, output water, smoke, fuels in bunker, combustion in hearth etc. After the change of relevant data, it will timely remind the user of maintenance, so that to allow user to get more information about running status and energy-saving data.

7. First one to apply internet control system in biomass fuel industry, you can monitor the boiler everywhere with internet.

8. Under intelligent control, boiler will automatically operates from start-running-stop-restart. You could be an online boiler operator with high efficiency and 6 safety protection settings.

Q: In the city of Liaocheng with biomass boiler heating line
Classification of biomass boilers: Horizontal biomass boilers, vertical biomass boilers.
Q: In a plantt utility boiler, what is the white smoke released from what is defined as a dearator? why is it as such?
A plant utility boiler raises steam at high pressure and temperatue (much higer than 100 C), If there is any oxygen present, the mixture becomes corrosive. It is imperative that all disolved gases be remove from the boiler feed water. I am not aware of any smoke released from a dearator. It is most likely steam being released, which would be white.
Q: Have a 5 yr old vokera combi boiler situated in cellar of a 3 storey house with some original 4 inch lead pipes. The pressure is always very low - about 0.5 on the dial. Get heating ok (although rads are noisy - a low hiss) and hw after about 45 secs. Should I be worried about the low pressure even though hw and heating are generally ok? Also one radiator doesn't work. Whilst fitting a new TRV, the plumbers discovered a blockage was preventing water flow as when they took rad off and opened up valve no water came out. They suggested the system needs power flushing (at a cost of some ?500!!). Could the low boiler pressure and this blockage be related? Is there a cheaper option than power flushing? Would really appreciate any help on this. I think possibly a combi boiler is innappropriate for the size of the house!
You need to repressurise the boiler asap. 0.5 is far too low and the boiler will cease to fire if it drops even slightly lower. You need to aim at 1.0 to 1.5 bar in the cold state. Read your manual on how to do it or go online for the instructions. It only invokes opening a valve or a pair of valves under the boiler. Nothing difficult. With regard to the blockage. You don't need to power flush. Wait until the summer and disconnect the TRV from the radiator. Turn up the system pressure to max which is probably about 2.5 bar. You can't do any harm as the safety vale will vent to outside the building at about this figure or just above. Holding a bowl in position open the TRV slowly and hopefully a slug of sludge will emerge. If it doesn't you need to release the pressure via a bleed valve, remove the TRV and get someone to turn up the pressure again whilst you poke a bit of wire along the pipe. Be prepared for a sudden deluge and catch it in a bucket. It will only pour out for a very short time as the pressure will drop quickly. Then add chemical cleanser to the system, flush and refill with inhibitor. I know it is a fuss but it beats paying them ?500 and you will have done a better job anyway. See the link for procedure. There is also a pic of a filling loop which your boiler may have.
Q: My baseboard heating was starting to sound like a babbleing brook. So i drained the pipes and I refilled them. I am thinking i didnt refill them enough because it STILL sounds like a babbleing brook. There are 2 guages on the side of my boiler. How do I know what preassure to make the pipes?I have 2 zones. There is also a weird bell shaped switch or lever that comes immidiatly after the water pipe that feeds the boiler. What is it for?
Not sure what type of boiler you have but you could try to use a auto-vent.These will screw into the elbow next to your baseboard. The bell shaped devise should be your backflow preventer. You should not have to touch that.
Q: Daily maintenance of the boiler
2, automatic control system, including the flame detector, water level, water temperature detection, alarm devices and a variety of interlock devices, display control system (see below) and other performance status is to meet the requirements.
Q: I'm considering switching over to a copper boiler. I've heard all kinds of arguments about alzzheeimmersss. They don't link aluminum to cases of increased risk or do they? No real proof..but the fact that it even comes up worries me.
The short time the water is in contact with the boiler doesn't allow that much time for aluminum to dissolve, but if any is too much for you, then you should find an alternative. I'm not convinced copper is any better. There is also copper toxicity, and if the copper is alloyed, it often contains other metals that may not be good for you either. Aluminum is prevalent in diets, and as far as I know, no corelation has been made between Alzheimer's occurrence and areas with naturally high aluminum in the soil. That to me would/should be easily demonstrated. I did read that if you use highly purified water, like distilled or reverse osmosis, that these purified waters are more mineral hungry and will tend to dissolve even copper pipes, so pure water may be more likely to dissolve nasties it comes in contact with. Sorry, I'm no real help.
Q: What documents do you need to use for boiler use?
1, boiler product certification and quality certificates and other safety-related factory technical information is complete;
Q: Is it possible to convert a combi boiler running off mains gas to bottled propane?
Yes, it's a fairly simple process. Bad news is, you need to call a tech.
Q: We have a Worchester Bosch boiler in our house, but we haven't topped it up since 2 and a half years. I want to know how often do we need to top it up. We don't use central heating, all we use is hot water. Also, our pressure gauge is on 1. Is that alright? If we need to top it up, I don't know how to do it, as I don't have the manual. Could someone who has a similar boiler tell me how to top up the boiler please? It would be appreciated.
A boiler is not something for an inexperienced person to try to perform maintenance on. you should ask for friends and neighbors if they know someone who could take a look at it.
Q: I was just wondering if this is something I could fix myself, as it's going to cost 65 euro for the plumber [who won't be here until tomorrow], and we have no heat because of it. D:Any help would be appreciated!
You can easily repressurise the boiler yourself. Most boilers have a filling loop which is a short flexible braided hose that you connect to two threaded taps near the boiler. You open both taps (small levers) slowly and watch the gauge. Stop when it shows 1 bar. A little more will do no harm. The boiler must be cold to get the correct reading. The boiler has a safety valve, so you can't really overdo it. Some boilers have a valve underneath with a tap and no hose. You just turn the tap on these and watch the gauge.
