This burner is 349KW one.
Introduction:
Innovative product in China--biomass burner. Brand: HUAYUAN
Specification: 58~1395KW Burner over 1395KW can be modularized.
The III generation biomass burner promoted in July 2014:
1. We use the casting modularized hearth. The boiler core is the only thing to be replaced in the post maintenance of burner. It is cheap and easy to change the modular fittings.
2. Generation III biomass burner adopts hyper heat-resistant casting material, replacing I and II generation material, which makes less cost and more stable performance.
3. The actual capacity of traditional burner is 70%, HUAYUAN marks authentic datas on the nameplates.
4. HUAYUAN product has hyper-high temperature efficiency burnning tar and other harmful substance totally which will not be attached to the tubes to cause block.
5. The flame colour of HUAYUAN product combustion is white and blue, realizing clean combustion.
6. Solve the problem that no coking fuel could be used in the traditional burner. More biomass fuel could be applied.
7. One-button control system to set fire, feed bunker, and control temperature automatically.
8. Equipped with dust blower system, which could be cleaned after long-time usage. Different size of reducer adapter could be made according to customers' requirement.
9. Widely applied to high temperature required conditions as coal-fired, natural gas-fired and oil burning boiler reconstruction, as well as industrial drying painting.
- Q: I shut off the boiler, released the valve to allow water to drain, slowly closed the valve, turned the boiler back on and the water is STILL DRIPPING. Any one have any other ideas?
- not familiar with the boiler depend where the water is leaking from, check if the source is from water feed line if so this need to be repaired, if it is the steam drum guess you need a boiler guys to do cold welding, good luck
- Q: I am getting this new house ready to move into, the gas people came and turned the gas on but I still do not have hot water. I know the gas works because I turned the heat on and hot air came out. So i think it's the boiler, I went to see if it's turned on but I don't see a switch or a pilot to light up?It's says that it is both electriic Gas and the gas guy had told me because of that he didn't have to light it it should beon. But obviously it's not ... help =(
- 1. Your water heater should have a little book hanging off of one side or in a pouch attached to the cylinder. These are the instructions. Read them. 2. If this is a gas boiler with a Piezo electric starter then you will have to turn the control knob off for 5 minutes, turn it to pilot and then push a button. There is a little window beneath a cover that has a bump in it for a tube. I find them worthless and just press the button several times while holding down the pilot button for about a minute. After you let up the pilot dial you can turn it to on and set the thermostat to low or medium.
- Q: High temperature and high pressure boiler drum material which
- Boilers that produce steam are called steam boilers, often referred to as boilers, for thermal power plants, ships, locomotives and industrial and mining enterprises.
- Q: What are the heat losses of the boiler?
- The hot water or steam generated in the boiler can provide the required heat energy directly for industrial production and people's life. It can also be converted into mechanical energy by steam power plant or by converting the mechanical energy into electrical energy through the generator.
- Q: what is the difference between waste heat recovery boiler and waste heat recovery in boiler?
- A waste heat recovery boiler is a boiler that specifically does only that function, there is waste heat from a process and the boiler is added to turn that heat into steam. There is no actual furnace or firing section in the boiler. An example is what is called a heat recovery steam generator that is put on the output of a combustion turbine. Have both is called a combined cycle generating unit. A boiler that also recovers heat has a furnace section in it, fuel is burned in the boiler but it also has additional heat transfer equipment added to it to extract the energy that would have gone up the stack. This heat may be used in another process or may be used to make the boiler more efficient by preheating the combustion air or feedwater.
- Q: what is the use of circulation pump in boilers?
- It is a waste of energy to try to move the condensate back to the boiler using the steam's pressure. Makes the heating loop extremely inefficient
- Q: A steam ton of boiler gas consumption of 80m ? / hour, how is this calculated?
- Water is raised to 100 degrees to absorb the heat calculated for the public Q = Cm (T2-T2) C is the specific heat capacity of water 4.2 × 10 ^ 3 coke / (kg × ℃) M is the water quality.
- Q: We have a back boiler in our front room, the water pipes from it run up inside the chimney breast and then go under the bedroom floor (that the smell is in) and run to the water tank in the airing cupboard next to the room. I've lifted the floor boards in the bedroom and the smell seems to be coming from where the pipes go down to the boiler. I can see no leaks and the water level in the header tank hasn't dropped. The boiler has a flue that goes up the chimney breast and was serviced within the last 3 months. If i turn the heating off and just run the hot water the smell seems to subside markedly.

- Q: I have a boiler used only for heating my house through baseboards. My hot water tank is a separate unit. For some reason the minimum temperature on the aquastat was set to ~160 even thought the boiler hets up to ~180-200 within 20-40 minutes from being OFF (depending on the outside temp). I feel almost as if the minimum can be turned off or at least down since we don't need the water to be immediately hot.I don't mind waiting a bit longer for the house to heat up if it will save me money! I'll just set my thermostat schedule to start 30-60 minutes sooner!Let me know if I'm missing something here.Boiler - Weil Mclain WGO-3Aquastat - GeniSys Model 7505
- Yes, you need at least 140 degrees for cast iron boilers. Otherwise you may have condensation in the combustion chamber or heat exchanger. This can cause corrosion problems . Since this is a fairly new boiler, you need to call Weil Mclain and get their recommendations. You could take 20 years off it's life by running it too cold. The 140 degree minimum temperature comes right from Weil-McLain's service manual for the WGO-3 series, page 21. Here is a warning from ASHRAE about the dangers of running a non-condensing type boiler at a temperature below 130 degrees. Only certain types boilers can operate safely at this lower temperature. The ASHRAE document mentions this in several places: .....A 1 million BTU/hr boiler will produce 6 gallons/hr liquid water when fully condensing ???? This water will only condense at gas temp 135?F..... Any boiler can be a condensing boiler ???? Just return water cooler than 130°F ???? Water will condense somewhere in the boiler ???? Conventional boilers will be damaged ???? By corrosion or failed refractory from condensation ???? By sooting due to blocked fins (copper fin tube) ???? Condensing boilers are special ???? They can handle flue gas condensate safely ???? They can also run at non-condensing temperatures ???? Condensing boilers need special flue material ???? AL29-4C or PVC (316L is used in Europe)
- Q: When i put the thermostat on, you hear the boiler turn on but after a couple of minutes it shuts down the radiators do not get hot. The thermostat is calling for heat but we get nothing, what can be the problem?
- replace aquastat
