This burner is 349KW one.

Introduction:

Innovative product in China--biomass burner. Brand: HUAYUAN

Specification: 58~1395KW  Burner over 1395KW can be modularized.

The III generation biomass burner promoted in July 2014:

1. We use the casting modularized hearth. The boiler core is the only thing to be replaced in the post maintenance of burner. It is cheap and easy to change the modular fittings.

2. Generation III biomass burner adopts hyper heat-resistant casting material, replacing I and II generation material, which makes less cost and more stable performance.

3. The actual capacity of traditional burner is 70%, HUAYUAN marks authentic datas on the nameplates.

4.  HUAYUAN product has hyper-high temperature efficiency burnning tar and other harmful substance totally which will not be attached to the tubes to cause block.

5. The flame colour of HUAYUAN product combustion is white and blue, realizing clean combustion.

6. Solve the problem that no coking fuel could be used in the traditional burner. More biomass fuel could be applied.

7. One-button control system to set fire, feed bunker, and control temperature automatically.

8. Equipped with dust blower system, which could be cleaned after long-time usage. Different size of reducer adapter could be made according to customers' requirement.

9. Widely applied to high temperature required conditions as coal-fired, natural gas-fired and oil burning boiler reconstruction, as well as industrial drying painting.

Q: I shut off the boiler, released the valve to allow water to drain, slowly closed the valve, turned the boiler back on and the water is STILL DRIPPING. Any one have any other ideas?
not familiar with the boiler depend where the water is leaking from, check if the source is from water feed line if so this need to be repaired, if it is the steam drum guess you need a boiler guys to do cold welding, good luck
Q: i live in stonecot - sutton london (SM3 area) and i want to know how much approximately it costs to have a back boiler replaced with a combi system for heating and hot water . costs to include equipment and labour... serious answers please and many thanks for any recommendations as well.
A combi boiler is ok if you do not require a lot of hot water at once, for large groups, families the back boiler or gas boiler is better, producing hot water on demand. The combi outfit does not have a hot water storage tank, taking up less room, there are several different types, some with expansion tanks ,others not and prices vary greatly for equipement from each source ,as does the installation charges. Some installers remove the old gear ,others leave it.You are better leaving it as it is,if you will not be staying there for long, but if you change it,then get several quotes locally for the total price of the equipement, the installation and testing, removal of rubbish and old equipement, then suit yourself.
Q: Hi, can anyone tells me when we don't use the heater, do we need to turn off the gas boiler? Like during summer or warm time.
Mine has a switch near the boiler that effectively disconnects the thermostats so the boiler won't run. It will give the same effect if you turn all of the thermostats down. I'd advise against turning the pilot light off- assuming it has one and isn't electric ignition. If you turn it off, it is hard on the ceramic thermocouple and it will fail much quicker. Any savings from not burning the pilot will be lost on the replacement thermocouple.
Q: In boiler, how drum level can be measured by differential pressure transmitter. How can we give minimum and maximum value.Explain with example
- in the drum : there are two pip , 1 no. connected to top 1 no. connected to bttom of drume. - in the PT : there are two pine , 1 no. high ( H ) 1no. low ( L ). - to measure the level : connecte the top pip in the drum to the pin L in PT
Q: I have a Procombi boiler and for some weeks now the green light has been flashing intermittently every 0.5 seconds (but working fine). Now however, it is a constant red and fails to work. I suspect this may be an issue with needing to re-pressurise the system (2.3 in the users manual) since the pressure seems low (around 0.3 bar) but I’d like some confirmation of this!Is this something I can sort out easily myself?
Hi if you look under your boiler you will see a filling loop it is a flexible silver pipe with a valve at each end, it will look like this: www.google .uk/imgres?imgurl=ht... sometimes they only have one valve. all you need to do is turn the valve tap until it is perpendicular (straight) to the pipe , this means it is open, open both, you may hear water running. watch the pressure gauge when it is just above 1 bar turn it off. do not put more than 1.5 bar in as the water needs to expand (about50%) when it gets hot. Now your boiler will work again. NEXT thing to do is look for the cause of your problem. firstly bleed all of the radiators it may just be a build up of air causing the pressure loss. this is simple and can be done with a Radiator bleed key. then check the pressure relief valve, it will be a pipe coming out of the wall behind the boiler, check to see if this is dripping water, if it is: your pressure relief valve will need to be replaced. check all the valves to the radiators you are looking for a very small amount of water from one of these or a sign it has been leaking, ie limescale/staining if you find one that is leaking tighten it up or replace it. the only other option after this is a concealed pipework leak, look for damp patches on your floor or in the ground floor ceiling. leaksalant can be added to a system to remove small leaks but this is a job for a Professional as this can cause damage to the boiler/pump if done wrong. good luck, stay warm.
Q: I have an oil fired dry box boiler that is about 20 years old. I am told it is builder grade and that this style usually lasts only 10-15 years max. The bottom inside fiberglass(?) is cracked and the unit is apparently hotter than normal on the exterior although it operates fine. Two people have quoted me new boiler setups, a third party who used to maintain it says I don't need to worry about replacing it until it fails. Thoughts? What would the failure entail?

Q: I am thinking about buying a house that has an OLD one. How much does a new one cost if it has to be replaced? How much do they cost to run vs. traditional furnaces? Thanks for any information or cautions.
A new boiler costs about $3,000-5,000 for a standard efficiency boiler. A high-efficiency model will run one thousand to three thousand dollars more while furnaces run about $5-$7k. That cost is quite variable depending on if there is existing ductwork or if there are complications in the installation process. Another option you may want to consider is a heat pump system which typically is one of the most efficient ways to heat AND cool your home. Each home is different and for an exact price it would be wise to have a contractor or professional visit your home for an estimate.
Q: If a low water alarm goes off on a boiler, as an operator what should you do?
shut off heat source add water restore heat source
Q: I am still young and don't really understand the market. Can you guys explain to me what happened in that movie?
essentially, the boiler room is about a group of guys running a scam. what they do is buy penny stocks. these are stocks that don't trade often enough or don't have a lot of shares to trade or aren't very expensive. anyway, these guys buy shares of a company that's about to announce some news, and then they try to sell off their shares when their customers are buying say they bought company X for $1 - they tell their customers that company X is going to jump in price soon and convince them to buy. the minute their customers and more people start buying, they dump their shares for a good profit. because these shares don't often trade, when people start buying the price goes up. fabricating rumors about a small company and getting people to invest money into a stock like this is a quick and easy way to make money. unless you're the last person trying to sell left holding shares when nobody wants to buy it. by the way, this is illegal - which is why the Feds were after them. good con guys find people with money and have them invest small amounts that make good returns. then, when they have their customers' confidence, they convince them to make a big investment in another sure thing - which of course is that time they make a killing and their customer goes broke. hope this helps explain the movie a bit.
