Specification: 58~1395KW Burner over 1395KW can be modularized.
The III generation biomass burner promoted in July 2014:
1. We use the casting modularized hearth. The boiler core is the only thing to be replaced in the post maintenance of burner. It is cheap and easy to change the modular fittings.
2. Generation III biomass burner adopts hyper heat-resistant casting material, replacing I and II generation material, which makes less cost and more stable performance.
3. The actual capacity of traditional burner is 70%, HUAYUAN marks authentic datas on the nameplates.
4. HUAYUAN product has hyper-high temperature efficiency burnning tar and other harmful substance totally which will not be attached to the tubes to cause block.
5. The flame colour of HUAYUAN product combustion is white and blue, realizing clean combustion.

- draw a picture of the boiler. Draw lines showing fuels, air, Electric lines exhaust, Steam and whatever is attached to the boiler. draw a circle around the system. Every line that takes stuff in or out must be total on an energy and mas balance.

- the reset button is to do with the limit stat on your boiler-by law these have to be manual overide not automatic,like conventional stats. it goes off because of overheating on the boiler it's because the boiler cannot disapate its heat quickly enough-my guess would be either the fan or the pump has gone,which would mean replacement-get an engineer in
- Q: we have a steam boiler that is too big for the house, we replaced all air release valves and set them so that they would slowly let air out of the radiators. the coldest room is wide open. the temperature is pretty even, but since we changed the valves and set them, the pipe going the longest distance which was the coldest room is making all the racket. it use to make limited noise, not too annoying, now its ridiculous.im thinking we should reduce the nozzle size, anything elsewe should consider?

- The name is not as important as the type. Make sure that they quote you a price on a cast iron boiler. Not a steel boiler. The cast iron one is quieter, more efficient and longer lasting. Also more expensive and much heavier.
- Q: the house, until then i wonder if i should do something about the heating situation before winter comes, boilers are expensive and i would need two, should i put in a electric water heater and maybe oil fueled monitor heaters or propane heaters, i am limited with walls and space for venting? does anyone know how much a hot water boiler should cost?
- It really doesn't matter that much as when selling new boilers would get you a higher sales price and not putting them in will cause the buyer to offer less for the total unit (or make the contract subject to boilers being replaced.
- Q: how do you bleed the boiler?
- To properly bleed a boiler takes time and Patience. Your boiler should have an auto fill valve to let water in. Hopefully you also have boiler drains on each zone. These drains will have a connection to hook up a garden hose. Direct the garden hose to a drain in the floor, or somewhere that will get rid of the water. Caution, this water is not only hot(180-200 Degrees) but can be very black as well, so choose carefully were you drain to. Turn one of your t-stats up so the zone you are working on comes on, you can feel the hot water by placing your hand on the pipe, again be care full, it is very hot. if the zone is open but not flowing, slowly opening the drain should push the air lock through. do not open or drain the zone to quick, you do not want to let the boiler go dry, bad things happen then. When you feel the hot water come back to the boiler through the pipe you know you have flow. You can hear the air in the pipes as it circulates and open the drain slowly to purge the air out. You need to do this to each and every zone in the system. It is advisable to have an experienced HVAC tech. do this if you are not comfortable, and watch him, ask questions. This is your system, you should know how and why it works. Good luck.

- i am not familiar with this model i am guessing it is a hot water boiler. i work with low pressure steam boilers, but there are a few similarities between the two. there could be a few safety sensors that may be giving you problems. the most likely is a high pressure or temp. sensor, it will shut the unit down to prevent boiler explosion.(this is normally built into the main water temp sensor(main water temp sensor may modulate the flame or turn the flame on or off)). how full is the expansion tank? as the water is heated it expands if there is very little air in the expansion tank pressure builds up quickly and this could trip a high pressure sensor. check the expansion tank first!
