This burner is 349KW one.

Introduction:

Innovative product in China--biomass burner. Brand: HUAYUAN

Specification: 58~1395KW  Burner over 1395KW can be modularized.

The III generation biomass burner promoted in July 2014:

1. We use the casting modularized hearth. The boiler core is the only thing to be replaced in the post maintenance of burner. It is cheap and easy to change the modular fittings.

2. Generation III biomass burner adopts hyper heat-resistant casting material, replacing I and II generation material, which makes less cost and more stable performance.

3. The actual capacity of traditional burner is 70%, HUAYUAN marks authentic datas on the nameplates.

4.  HUAYUAN product has hyper-high temperature efficiency burnning tar and other harmful substance totally which will not be attached to the tubes to cause block.

5. The flame colour of HUAYUAN product combustion is white and blue, realizing clean combustion.

6. Solve the problem that no coking fuel could be used in the traditional burner. More biomass fuel could be applied.

7. One-button control system to set fire, feed bunker, and control temperature automatically.

8. Equipped with dust blower system, which could be cleaned after long-time usage. Different size of reducer adapter could be made according to customers' requirement.

9. Widely applied to high temperature required conditions as coal-fired, natural gas-fired and oil burning boiler reconstruction, as well as industrial drying painting.

Q: Okay, so British Railways had these Standard Locomotives, and I am confused! Were the BR1 Boilers used on The Standard 6, 7, and 9F Classes? How does it work (the boiler types to Standard locomotives)? I am confused, if anybody can tell me, God bless you and thanks?
British Locomotives of the 20th Century (vol2 1930-1960 )by O.S.Nock may be can give you some more info ,it,s by Guild Publishing. excellent book!
Q: what is the difference between ASME S stamp and BS 12952?
one big cert is Boiler Welding. Boiler steel is much thicker than other steels and also is different in composition.
Q: I have a Weil-McLain CG-4 SPDN boiler set up for my house with two Honeywell 40004850-001 single-zoned valves. When trying to hook up all up with thermostats, it appears that the pump will work fine with the upper floor, but for the current floor (same floor as the boiler), the pump seems to be having trouble circulating the water. I'm not sure if it's a wiring issue, or if a recent baseboard installed on this floor is making the whole floor need more pumping power than the pump can give. Really I'm just looking for any kind of help or advice. Everything is appreciated. Thankyou
Grab an amp meter, and stick it on the black wire on the 1st floor pump. Now call for heat and see if its actually running (pulling amps). If it's not, then check the voltage at the pump, and/or the control wiring. If the pump is pulling amps: Shut the boiler down, close off the 1st floor return pipe ball valve, and 2nd floor supply and return valves. Hook a hose up to the draw off just above the 1st floor ball valve, and run it outside or to the sump. Open the draw off valve, and let it run for a couple mins. Close the draw off and open all the other valves. Turn your system back on and test it again.
Q: how to add water to hot water boiler for heating?
the boiler should fill itself, if it doesn't you need to have it checked.
Q: I have a 3-zone system. The zone on the first floor only has heat on 1/2 of the first baseboard in the zone. The return pipe at the boiler from that zone is stone cold. I have bled out all the air but the water almost seems blocked in the first zone baseboard.Bad circulator pump? Since the other two zones are fine I'm guess it's not a common part like the expansion tank.Any ideas?
It seems from what you say, that there is a bad air lock in the return pipe that cannot be vented. I suggest that you slightly loosen the connection of the return pipe on the boiler, as this is the only way the air in it can be removed. But be ready for water escaping with the air. Do this with the boiler switched off.
Q: Ok im getting slightly worried that I might have messed up my thermostat. Basically I stupidly screwed a bookshelf to the wall and it was very close to where the thermostat is. The heating now will come on for about 10 minutes or so and then goes off again. I think the boiler isn't that old as the places I am staying in is only about 5 years old. I see the burner light come on when I first start up the boiler then shortly after it goes off again. There is power going to the thermostat still but I am just wondering if this could cause the problem that I am getting. Any help would be much appreciated.
The Problem could be the boiler pump. If the pump has stopped working, then the boiler is only heating the water in the boiler, then shutting down. Put a long screwdriver to the pump body, and the other end to your ear. Then with the boiler on, listen to see if the you can hear the pump impeller turning. Good Luck.
Q: What are the safety hazards of the boiler?
Because many of the equipment are high temperature and high pressure steam and water, so should be as far away as possible from these devices.
Q: Organic heat carrier boiler, rated thermal power 1.4MW converted tons is how much?
1, the thermal power is less than or equal to 1.4MW of organic heat carrier boiler, the exhaust temperature should not be higher than the inlet medium temperature 50 ℃; 2, rated thermal power greater than 1.4MW organic heat carrier boiler, exhaust temperature ...
Q: Bad news for me, signed contract to sell house at the bottom price, and than the boiler cracked. It's winter .. and this must be done asap. I have an old weil mc clain but have a good price to install new Slant Fin unit but I am not familiar with this make and am concerned to do this. I can not afford anything, much less a top of the line model, but do not want to have a new boiler with bad reputation. Any feedback?
If you are selling your house I don't understand why you are concerned about the brand of boiler. Not that it makes any difference, my answer is the same. All manufacturers have a top of the line and bottom of the line, and that is more critical for your selection. It is more important to get a reputable installer who will give you a written warranty for both labor and materials. The factory warranty on the boiler does not cover labor.
Q: my boiler keeps going out after it lights for about an hour or two. it seems that the only way it will re-light is when the boiler is left idle or cooled down and I press the re-set switch then it re-lights for another hour or two. Anyone got any idea whats going wrong please??
Frost stat. Boiler contained in the storage by technique of any probability? those boilers don't have a thermocouple. Its no longer from 1985!!!!! It makes use of flame rectification to experience it has lit - and this isn't the challenge. The boiler is getting a call for from someplace with the intention to stir up. defective frost thermostat, end microswitch on the diverter/zone valve etc etc. astounding to get someone in who can incredibly diagnose this in minutes with a multimeter
