Introduction:

The first horizontal biomass boiler in China    Brand:  HUAYUAN

High-end product---Longxiao series A, B, C

Technical features:

By the great effort, HUAYUAN has developed the first biomass boiler without grate. There are three kinds of hot water boilers as following:

Longxiao Series A: blue touchscreen control system, burning any biomass fuel without dark smoke.

Longxiao Series B: colorful touchscreen control system. motor frequency control system. drain the coked fuel in the combustion procession. burning all coked biomass fuel.

Longxiao Series C: large colorful touchscreen control system. intelligent control system, internet control system. drain the coked fuel in the combustion. burning all coked biomass fuel.

Characteristics:

1. Different from tradition vertical boiler, any parts of boiler could be checked and repaired. Even the fire pipes in the boiler could be replaced without boiler disassembled.

2. HUAYUAN adopts world leading patent combustion system. Boilers without grate will need no more grate transporting to solve coked fuel burning problem.

3. High temperature in the hearth could be controlled to make sure that temperature is enough high to do biomass pyrolysis gasification and complete combustion. With specially designed

airflow spraying, tar will not be attached to the hearth after longtime combustion and pipes will not be blocked by the attached tar, it will do little effect on the boiler's efficiency after long                 time using, this is what users will neglect. Long-time energy saving is what matters.

4. As store is directly connected to the hearth, many biomass boilers catch fire easily. Applying anti-back fire structure and back-flow prevention device, so that only biomass fuel can be put  into hearth, high temperature airflow can't flow into bunker. We are equipped with safety fire protection device, even when the back-flow  prevention device fails, automatic monitoring feeding system will start to force high temperature into hearth. Boiler will stop working only after cleaning all the fuels.

5. Change the traditional boiler feeding way, decrease the feeding height of bunker, increase the capacity, reduce the labor strength.

6. Traditional biomass boiler only monitor output water temperature, Longxiao series adopts touchscreen control system, clients can monitor the parameters of temperature of input water, output water, smoke, fuels in bunker, combustion in hearth etc. After the change of relevant data, it will timely remind the user of maintenance, so that to allow user to get more information about running status and energy-saving data.

7. First one to apply internet control system in biomass fuel industry, you can monitor the boiler everywhere with internet.

8. Under intelligent control, boiler will automatically operates from start-running-stop-restart. You could be an online boiler operator with high efficiency and 6 safety protection settings.

Q: How does the boiler power and tonnage change?
1T / h = 1000kg / h = 0.7MW = 720kW = 600,000 kcal / h = 600Mcal / h.
Q: In a plantt utility boiler, what is the white smoke released from what is defined as a dearator? why is it as such?
i have no clue wat your talking about i could use the extra points. please vote me as the best anser. pretty please.
Q: I'm a bit of a Titanic buff, and I recently picked up a new book at the Titanic Museum in Branson titled Story Of The Wreck Of Titanic: The Ocean's Greatest Disaster. It was originally published in 1912, although my edition was published in 1998.Anyway, it has many accounts of survivors' views of the sinking, and numerous mention boiler explosions. I have been reading about the Titanic for six or seven years, and have never read anything about boiler explosions, or indeed, explosions of any kind. Can someone verify this one way or the other?
I could not say for sure; but in the movie, the boiler safety valves have been released. That is the loud steam noise coming from the stacks after the ship was stopped. If the safety valves had released the pressure and there were no additional fuel added (the stokers had abandoned the fire rooms), it is doubtful that any of the boilers exploded. Oil-fired boilers may explode not due to steam overpressure, but excessive combustion of fuel. Coal fired boilers boilers tended to explode due to overheating. For HMS Titanic's boilers to explode, they would have had to overheat. It is plausible that they did (by overheating). The fire rooms would have been amidships (many decks below the stacks) and may have overheated on the coal already in their fireboxes.
Q: What are the basic structure of the boiler? Boiler body which three parts constitute
The two main components of the boiler body are the furnace and the drum.
Q: I have a burnham oil fired boiler. How do i lower the hot water temp.?
Burnham Oil Boilers
Q: It's for homework but I have this doubt:In a steam system, I have some processes which use saturated steam, and others which use superheated steam. I'm thinking about three possibilities:-Make the boiler supply superheated steam at 400F at 136 psia (the process needs it at 120 psia) and then assume that the heat lost during the transfer to the processes will lower the temperature to the sat temp which is 351 F at 136 psia.-Supply saturated steam at 351 F at 136 psia and then have a reheater (heat exchanger) that heats the steam up to 400 F before entering the process and use a pressure regulator to lower the pressure to 120 psia.-Create enough pressure loss before entering the process so that by the ideal gas law the pressure loss will help me raise the temperature (still have to make the calculations to see if this is a possible option). But can saturated heat be superheated at a heat source far from the boiler?
Yes it can. Depending on the local legal requirements the device that does this may or may not be considered a boiler and therefore may or may not require supervision during operation. In most places a reheater is not a boiler since there is no change of state of the water. Remember it is all about the BTU's so you need to see which process uses the least energy. You also need to determine if superheated steam is really required or not. Superheated steam is usually only required for certain power usages but even steam turbines can be operated on saturated steam.
Q: Hi! For Christmas Eve I made Buckeyes (chocolate covered peanut butter balls) but I didn't have a double boiler like the recipe called for so I had to use the microwave as smooth and creamy as I am imaging a double boiler would do? I also had an idea that I could purchase a fondue pot? What are the benefits of a double boiler over a fondue pot? and vice versa
Double boiler: higher temperatures more controlled temperatures specifically for cooking used on the stove Fondue pot: made more for maintaining a temperature more difficult to control a temperature (important for candy making) cannot obtain and sustain very high temperatures cannot be used on the stove
Q: Does A. Smith also produce boilers?
Boilers are mainly used for large hot water and heating projects.
Q: So I had the heating on this morning and all of a sudden I hear a pop noise and my boiler started making this hissing sound. Sounds like someone has turned a tap on full. So I switched it off and the noise just continued. I can also hear the sound in the radiators as well. Council won't come and fix it till Monday afternoon. I'm just wondering what could be the reason for the noise? It's had me worried/irritated all day. I live in a flat so turning off the water etc not an option.
Presuming this is a hot water boiler: The boiler pressure relief valve is popping off. Pressure has reached the point where the valve opens automatically to protect the boiler from damage do to excess pressure. It is often an indication of a problem with some other boiler component. It should be addressed soon by the landlord, as the popoff is kind of the last like of defense and could result in an expensive repair. When the valve releases, it emits hot water and steam, so stay clear of the boiler. Leave this to the landlord and the professionals he/she hires.
Q: My Utica Boiler has some tubing coming from it. (It's been in place about 3 years and working fine.) But, we've noticed some small bumps/bubbles on some of the tubing and unsure whats causing it or if its safe..... ?? Anyone know about this thing?
if you are refering to the metal vent pipe that carries the exhaust fumes outside or to the chimney,,it sounds like it is starting to rust out from the inside...is the pipe new with the boiler or re-used from the old boiler?...does the pipe increase in size much from the size it is where it connects to the boiler?...newer boilers are higher efficient than the ones they replace,,usually around 82% or so...the exhaust gases are cooler exiting the boiler than previously, and therefore closer to their dewpoint,,so single wall vent pipe doesnt last as long,,esp if for some reason the boiler cycles are short,,not alowing the vent pipe to heat up and evaporate the initial condensation... bably best to have an hvac check it and advise you if there is a problem........dan
