Technical features:
By the great effort, HUAYUAN has developed the first biomass boiler without grate. There are three kinds of hot water boilers as following:
Longxiao Series A: blue touchscreen control system, burning any biomass fuel without dark smoke.
Longxiao Series B: colorful touchscreen control system. motor frequency control system. drain the coked fuel in the combustion procession. burning all coked biomass fuel.
Longxiao Series C: large colorful touchscreen control system. intelligent control system, internet control system. drain the coked fuel in the combustion. burning all coked biomass fuel.
Characteristics:
1. Different from tradition vertical boiler, any parts of boiler could be checked and repaired. Even the fire pipes in the boiler could be replaced without boiler disassembled.
2. HUAYUAN adopts world leading patent combustion system. Boilers without grate will need no more grate transporting to solve coked fuel burning problem.
3. High temperature in the hearth could be controlled to make sure that temperature is enough high to do biomass pyrolysis gasification and complete combustion. With specially designed
airflow spraying, tar will not be attached to the hearth after longtime combustion and pipes will not be blocked by the attached tar, it will do little effect on the boiler's efficiency after long time using, this is what users will neglect. Long-time energy saving is what matters.
4. As store is directly connected to the hearth, many biomass boilers catch fire easily. Applying anti-back fire structure and back-flow prevention device, so that only biomass fuel can be put into hearth, high temperature airflow can't flow into bunker. We are equipped with safety fire protection device, even when the back-flow prevention device fails, automatic monitoring feeding system will start to force high temperature into hearth. Boiler will stop working only after cleaning all the fuels.
5. Change the traditional boiler feeding way, decrease the feeding height of bunker, increase the capacity, reduce the labor strength.

Traditional biomass boiler only monitor output water temperature, Longxiao series adopts touchscreen control system, clients can monitor the parameters of temperature of input water, output water, smoke, fuels in bunker, combustion in hearth etc. After the change of relevant data, it will timely remind the user of maintenance, so that to allow user to get more information about running status and energy-saving data.

- Q: I am running new wiring in my home and was wondering if my natural gas boiler and natural gas hot water heater need to be on separate circuits? Also should I put each bedroom on its own circuit? How many outlets should go on each circuit?
- Dan h is correct but if it's electronic ignition the power consumption required is minimal [ very little is needed]therefore it would be OK to put on boiler circuit..........................as for the bedrooms i personally put on separate circuits ......... to save money i would run 12/3 w/grd then you would have 2 circuits in one wire .....you can share one nuetral for 2 circuits its allowed by the CODE......... as for the plugs ....you can use as many as you want ....... i wouldn't put more than 6 recepticals per circuit including bed lights is OK

- Q: Just replaced my back boiler pump and it does not work. Thermostats seems ok.
- Its possible the new pump is stuck if there is power on the pump terminals. On some pumps there is some sort of devise on the front centre to enable you to turn the rotor. It may be a knob you need to undo or a large screw cap to remove and then use a small screwdriver on the motor shaft end but put something under the pump as with either method there will be a small loss of water. EDIT check the wiring connections are properly made,its not unknown to catch the insulation and not the conductor and the capacitor connections are sound,failing that it would appear you have a duff pump which is unusual.

- The life of any boiler tube is a function of its environment. The amount of heat flux on the exterior (assuming a water tube boiler) or even flame impingement has a big effect. The quality of the water and it treatment is the other big factor. Poor water conditioning can lead to deposits that then result in hot spots and tube failure. Lack of good water level control can also lead to failure. Without knowing what kind of boiler you are asking about it is difficult to address your copper versus steel question.

- Let's transfer some heat!!! Concepts: heat is in constant flux. It moves in the direction of lower temperature. In order to heat up the entire system (iron boiler and water) to the point at which each additional kilojoule into the system generates a unit mass of steam, you'll have to heat up the metal and water to the saturation boiling point. In Celsius, that's 100 degrees. Since you didn't mention it in the problem, are we neglecting to calculate the required energy to heat up the boiler to the same temperature as the boiling point of water? I'll have to assume both cases and give you two different times. You need heat capacities of the iron and the water: iron = 0.45 J / g / K, and water is 4.2 J / g / K You also need a heat rate. You're given that. Okay so let's take the iron boiler and the water separate and calculate two different duties. Heating up the metal to the boiling point of water: 150,000 grams iron * 0.45 J / g / K * ( 100 -12 K) = 5,940,000 Joules 590,000 grams water * 4.2 J / g / K * (100 - 12 K) = 218,064,000 Joules What's going to happen is that the heater will heat up the water to 100 degrees and at the same time the metal. Both bodies will have to be at 100 degrees before steam is being produced. Now: you need time; you have the rate; divide the duties by the rate to get time. 5,940 kilojoules / 97,000 kJ / h = 0.061 hours 218,064 kilojoules / 97,000 kJ / h = 2.24 hours Roughly 2 hours and 19 minutes to make steam!

- You probably don't need me to tell you it's time to reseal the joint. What I can tell you is that it's very common to have water inside a boiler distribution system turn greenish brown, or reddish brown. Since the distribution is a closed system you will have the same water going round and round inside the pipes, picking up whatever is on their inside surface. In the case of galvanized steel or iron distribution piping, products of corrosion will also get into the water. It doesn't necessarily mean that the pipes need to be replaced, but when the joint is resealed the interior of the pipe should be examined to determine how advanced the corrosion is. The water would not be toxic, but I wouldn't drink a glass of it. ; )
- Q: A cool start to the year. I woke up this morning to find my boiler had gone bust! However, the cold water taps work fine. I rang the boiler company and their was voice mail indicating that they will be open on Monday the 5th!!! What shall i do? Freeze myself till monday?????!!
- Need more details in order to help you out. What type of boiler, gas or oil fired? If oil check the tank. Check the fuse box for a tripped breaker.
