The III generation biomass burner promoted in July 2014:
1. We use the casting modularized hearth. The boiler core is the only thing to be replaced in the post maintenance of burner. It is cheap and easy to change the modular fittings.
2. Generation III biomass burner adopts hyper heat-resistant casting material, replacing I and II generation material, which makes less cost and more stable performance.

- Q: One of my radiators was cold on top and warm on bottom, So I decided to bleed the radiator. Air was releasing and when water started to flow, I turned the valve the wrong way. About 1/2 gal of water bled from the radiator.
- i take it that you are speaking of a steam radiator, and boiler. the water in radiator is condensation of steam allowed to cool down inside radiator, if too much water collects it prevents normal flow of steam (heat) and you have no heat transfer (NO HEAT), do not adjust boiler pressure, adjustments are to be done only by qualified persons, a wrong setting can be very dangerous. however you can drain water from radiator as needed. open valve slowly allow to drain until you get steam, then close drain valve BE CAREFULL, STEAM WILL BURN YOU.

- 3 t/hr? What are you talking about? Most boilers are rated in mm BTU/hr. If you're looking to get a boiler like that though you may want to look in to the outdoor woodburning hot water boilers that you can use to heat homes. You can't burn oil in them but you'd be alright with wood and rice husks.

- I would have to imagine that the boiler is close to the point where water enters the home, somewhere around the hot water heater. Then the plumber put his heaters in the water line after the boiler. It sounds like he put the return water in after the boiler but before the first heater that he installed. If this is the case, it makes sense. If not, your guess is as good as mine. If you are getting good heat, then why worry?
