This burner is 1395KW one.

Introduction:

Innovative product in China--biomass burner. Brand: HUAYUAN

Specification: 58~1395KW  Burner over 1395KW can be modularized.

The III generation biomass burner promoted in July 2014:

1. We use the casting modularized hearth. The boiler core is the only thing to be replaced in the post maintenance of burner. It is cheap and easy to change the modular fittings.

2. Generation III biomass burner adopts hyper heat-resistant casting material, replacing I and II generation material, which makes less cost and more stable performance.

3. The actual capacity of traditional burner is 70%, HUAYUAN marks authentic datas on the nameplates.

4.  HUAYUAN product has hyper-high temperature efficiency burnning tar and other harmful substance totally which will not be attached to the tubes to cause block.

5. The flame colour of HUAYUAN product combustion is white and blue, realizing clean combustion.

6. Solve the problem that no coking fuel could be used in the traditional burner. More biomass fuel could be applied.

7. One-button control system to set fire, feed bunker, and control temperature automatically.

8. Equipped with dust blower system, which could be cleaned after long-time usage. Different size of reducer adapter could be made according to customers' requirement.

9. Widely applied to high temperature required conditions as coal-fired, natural gas-fired and oil burning boiler reconstruction, as well as industrial drying painting.

Q:anti cycling mode active on vailant boiler, what does it mean?
The boiler incorporates an anti-cycling economiser control to prevent energy wasteful ON and OFF operation of the boiler for short periods when in the central heating mode. When turning the room thermostat to a higher setting there may therefore be a short delay before the boiler operates.
Q:Its a combi bolier and is serviced but Engineers have not found reason
If this is Forced hot water then to lose pressure is to lose water. You need to find the leak which should be easy. if you have no leak then the pressure reducing valve may need to be replaced, but once again there must be a leak to allow the pressure to be released. the pressure is releasing somewhere. Where is teh question.
Q:Boiler energy saving how to achieve environmental protection
Incomplete combustion losses, such as reducing the carbon content of the ash, need to be optimized from the design of the furnace design, secondary air adjustment, grate design, uniformity of the wind.
Q:I have a 1000w generator. Can I run a cord from the generator to a 110 outlet to power the boiler in my home?
Not safe, there is no breaker protecting your home from your power source because the dryer breaker is behind the dryer power outlet, not between it and your home wiring, also your probably sending 110 single phase into a 220 double phase circuit. This could be a fire hazard. On my home, I installed a master switch that isolates my system from the grid, Then I installed a 220 plug and tapped it into the two phase contact points on my meter pole. I pug a 10,000 watt engine welder into that. When the power goes out it is enough to carry the lights in my home, but not enough to run my electric furnace or A/C. I know its expensive, but hire an electrician. If you start a fire and it is determine that the cause was your generator set up your insurance carrier may not pay a claim.
Q:It's for homework but I have this doubt:In a steam system, I have some processes which use saturated steam, and others which use superheated steam. I'm thinking about three possibilities:-Make the boiler supply superheated steam at 400F at 136 psia (the process needs it at 120 psia) and then assume that the heat lost during the transfer to the processes will lower the temperature to the sat temp which is 351 F at 136 psia.-Supply saturated steam at 351 F at 136 psia and then have a reheater (heat exchanger) that heats the steam up to 400 F before entering the process and use a pressure regulator to lower the pressure to 120 psia.-Create enough pressure loss before entering the process so that by the ideal gas law the pressure loss will help me raise the temperature (still have to make the calculations to see if this is a possible option). But can saturated heat be superheated at a heat source far from the boiler?
Superheated steam has extra power accessible for warmth pass, and has a miles better warmth pass coefficient, so its use in warmth pass equipment including in reboilers facilitates using fewer and smaller diameter tubes, and a smaller decrease priced piece of equipment standard. It additionally demands smaller diameter transport piping structures.
Q:Of course this was in the 1800's.But I have to do a portfolio on~ the safety of steamboat travel.~ why did boilers often explode?Any help with this I will really appreciate I will choose best answer
To much pressure build up, no pop off safety valves, uneducated boiler crew and Captain.
Q:i have a peerless boiler that heats my house. it's water base gas heating. i have 3 levels (basement, 1st floor, 2nd floor). i have 2 problems with it. the first problem is that it's constantley shuts off. so i have to go down to the basement and light it up againg. the second problem is that when ever it's working, it makes a noise. any suggestions

Q:Hi.My Raven heat compi boiler has a really low water pressure its halfway between 0 and 1. I have heard it needs to be around 2.5How do I increase it? What would happen if I just left it.Also, I find its really really inconsistent with the heat. One minute its freezing the next I really think it hits boiling its so hot. Why is this? Thanks!
Underneath the boiler is a Filling Loop it is a flexible pipe which is connected to a 15mm (half inch pipe) and the other end is connected to a 22mm (three quarter inch ) pipe. On this loop is a tap or valve which you can open to allow more water into the boiler. Open it slowly until it is at 2.5 bar, then close it. Job done. The low pressure on your boiler was causing the erratic running.
Q:what is wrong with boilers when not heating ?what is the problems is with central heating ? is the insulations not found lose heating ?leakage ?
I take it that your central heating's not working. A boiler heats water that can be 1) pumped to a hot water tank for use in washing/bathing 2) pumped around radiators for central heating The reasons for no central heating (if the boiler is actually heating the water) include 1) pump not working 2) air in pipes - bleed the radiators, get a bleed key from your local DIY store 3) blocked/corroded pipes 4) leaks (but you'd probably see water somewhere)
Q:does oil boilers need a chimney or can i vent it?
A chimney is a vent, do you mean a metal vent pipe?
