Q: When I saw my Facebook it's said that there were bed bugs in Portland so you think there bed bugs in beaverton too you think
Bed bugs are common everywhere. That does not mean YOU have them in your home. But just incase you are worried read the following article on bedbugs.
Q: I would like to start a new useful hobby that me and my pets are sure to love. Does anyone have some basic instructions for sewing pet beds or collars? Thanks xx
I made a pet bed for my cat Paddington last year. I am pretty good on a sewing machine, but for this project I didn't use one at all. All I did was get a regular cheap-o bed pillow and enough thick flannel to cover the entire thing. Then I cut two equally sized pieces of material that had about 5 inches of material surrounding all four sides of the pillow. Both pieces of material were rectangular shaped, one for the top and one for the bottom of the pillow. From each of those pieces of material, I cut three inch strips about one inch apart around all sides - so it kinda resembled fringe. Then I just knotted all of the strips from the top piece to all of the strips of the bottom piece. Make sense? Also, the material I bought had little fishbowls on it, so it was cute for a cat. And I must say, Paddington really enjoys her bed. Good luck, and happy crafting!
Q: Does a bed frame like this need a box spring?
No a bed frame like that wouldn't need a box spring, if it has wooden slates that sit in the frame of the bed design. The wooden slates would hold the bed within the bed frame. the whole point of the bed its to be slightly lifted off the floor.
Q: We have two cats and one dog. They all get along just fine. Just in the last month the oldest cat (5 years old) had decided to use the dogs bed as a place to take a leek. Threw away the first dog bed got a new one and walla pissed all over that one too. I have no idea what to do. Never had this problem before cat has always used the litter box. Any suggestions on what to do?????
You need to take the cat to a vet. It seems as though he is sending you a message, perhaps a urinary tract infection, bladder infection of some sort. Your cat may be associating the box with the pain he feels while going and that may be the reason he is doing that. Have you changed the litter at all? Have you changed the box? Do you clean the box often? Some cats tend to get picky when they reach a certain age. The best thing for you to do is take him to the vet to simply make sure there is no health problem related to this behavior. I'm sure kitty has some issues going on.
Q: Dormitory 90*190's bed, how much quilt should I buy?
You're as big as my dorm bed, ha haSheets are just as good as single sheets. They are 1 meters wide and 2 inches wide. They are of little length.Quilts are just plain quilts. They don't have width requirements. Anyway, it's wrapped around you or covered with a small corner. When I buy it, I say the bed in the school dormitory is 90 centimeters wide. The person who sells things is the clearest
Q: What's so good about setting the bed?
1. for the bed itself, consider whether the length, width is sufficient, the bed is smooth, and whether there is good support and comfort. As for the height of the bed, it is advisable for the knee to be slightly higher than that of the person who is asleep. Too high to stoop is inconvenient. Remember that bed can not be posted, bed should be empty, not piling up debris, otherwise no ventilation, easy to damp, will cause backache. The key to the 2. bed, no matter where it is, is that the reclining person can see the door and window of the bedroom from his bed, and at dawn, the sun will shine on the bed, which will help to absorb the energy of nature.
Q: well i have a bad bed head and i dont know if this shampoo works by judging the title either it is only a title or it really cures bed head idk and which kind of smell should i use
It is just a silly name. It does nothing for people who have bed head
Q: Hey everyone. My daughter turned 2 in September, and she's been having some sleeping issues. She has always slept in her own crib, but lately she doesn't want to sleep in it. She would rather sleep on our couch! LOL It makes me think she is ready for a change. So my husband and I were thinking about getting her a Disney Princess Toddler Bed for Christmas. I showed it to her, and she loved it. I think this will be the best decision for her since she is so petite, and I really don't think she is quite ready for a twin bed. Also, where we are currently living, her room is kinda on the small side. But I have a lot of people telling me it's pointless to buy a toddler bed since in a few years she will need a twin. I think it's best to get her a smaller bed for now and try to get her back to sleeping good in her room and then later on get a twin bed. What do you think? Thanks is advance for all of your help!! I really appreciate it!! =)
Does your crib not turn into a toddler bed? The option to buy a toddler bed now and in a couple of years later buy a twin bed is expensive. Perhaps you can put the crib mattress on the floor and see if she likes that. Otherwise, I suggest to go ahead and buy a twin bed. My 3.5 twin girls are in twin bed now. They started when they were 2.5 years old with the mattress on the floor. Then we both just the bed metal frame with a bunkie board. That's what they are on now. It's lower to the floor so if can get in and out without any help and if they fall it's not too high. Though I do use a bedrail.
Q: What are the sheets of the bed?
Particleboard is a kind of thin sheet made of wood particles as the main raw material and then added with glue and additives. Pressing method can be divided into two types: extruded particleboard and flat pressed particleboard. The main advantage of this kind of board is that the price is extremely cheap. The disadvantages are obvious: the strength is very poor.
Q: okay first of all, what are these things? their called slatted bed bases, what are they for? whats their purpose? and i don't understand are they supposed to bend the mattress or something?
I have an IKEA bed frame and used to have a mattress...the mattress from IKEA was terrible, i ended up with this huge dig in the middle and gave it to the Salvation Army, any mattress will fit, but you cannot use a box spring. As far as the slats, my bed frame ( a queen) has a metal brace down the middle and a metal rim that runs all the way around. I use one roll of slats on each side of the brace and throw the mattress on top. The slats basically hold the mattress. have you been to an IKEA store? You can touch, play, and jump on the beds there and you'll see. But DO NOT buy an IKEA mattress....worst purchase I;ve ever made...but i love everything else from IKEA!
