- We bought a convertible bed/crib for our first. But we had to move her to a normal twin bed so her little sister could have the crib. When baby 3 came along, we couldn't fit 2 twin beds in the girl's room, so we put the second in a toddler bed in there and gave the baby the crib. When he was 2 1/2 and learned to jump out of the crib we thought great, we'll convert the crib finally. Nope- he said I want a big bed like my sisters! So the convertible bed didn't work out very well for us.... All of our kids went into either a twin or toddler bed at 2.5 yrs, no problem.

- bronzer tanning beds deff. work better then regular i do tanning and i went for 10 to 15 minutes each time and i still barely have any color except for my stomach. my sister goes to a bronzer bed for 20 mins each time and she def. got a lil color the first time
- Q: I just converted by daughters crib into a bed, as she is now of the age she does not like being stuck in bed. She is fine climbing in and out of bed, but i am afraid she will fall out sometime in the night. We have hardwood floors, so I don't think it will feel very good to fall out of bed. My question is, what can I put down below the open side of her bed to cushion the fall? I need something that won't slide around too much on the floor, too.
- I had problems with my daughter falling out of bed when I converted her to the toddler bed, too. Just put a blanket on the floor next to her bed. You can put that rubbery shelf/rug liner underneath to keep it from slipping too much. Also, you might want to tie a small pillow to the leg of the bed so she doesn't bump her head on it. Don't worry too much though. She probably won't even wake up when she falls out of bed. It takes a little while, but eventually they get to a point where it doesn't happen as often.
