- Maybe it is the bedding you are using? Look for bedding with a high thread count and one made of 100% Cotton or Bamboo. You can also try using down comforters instead of a regular comforter. Down comforters are always more comfortable. You will have to place a duvet cover over the down comforter to protect it but it is worth the investment. If it's not the bedding then it could definitely be the mattress. Good luck =)
