The outer ring of drawn cup needle roller bearing is punched with the high-quality steel sheet. The outer ring has thin wall.The drawn cup needle roller bearing has the characterstics of small radial section area, large load carring capacity ,less inertia and economic manufacture. It is suitable for small section heght, or when the housing bore isnot used for raceway , this type is recommended to use .The bearing is assembled into the housing bore under a certain pressure without fu rther axial location.

- The difference is that you are asking which is better a Ford or a truck. 608 is the standard industrial size spec for bearings used in skates and boards. Z indicates a shield. All bearings that will fit your board are 608. ABEC 3 is an industrial standard for tolerances in the bearing. Higher numbers indicate smaller tolerances and less vibration at high speeds (industrial speeds that are equivalent to a couple hundred miles per hour on your board. ABEC numbers are basically meaningless for skates and boards. There is more difference in quality between makers than in ABEC 1 and ABEC 7. The lubricant used in the bearing will have more effect on speed than different ABEC ratings.
- Q: I have 8 bearings like any other skateboard. all 8 are crappy because my bro takes it out in the rain. Damn. And one of the 8 is all smashed up(long story). So im riding to school and when at fast speed it starts to wobble ALOT even on flat smooth ground. Would buying new red bone bearings fix this?thanks
- Buying any new bearigns would fix this. Bones are the best brand and I recomend them always just because I've used them forever and they work better than any other brand i've used. There is no fixing the smashed one up you could fix it from being wet by taking them out and cleaning them and then relubing them. I lube my bearings at least once a week more if I skate everyday. Don't ever use wd-40 on bearings it leaves behind a residue that collect dust and dirt making your bearings even more crappy. If you buy some beaings get some lube for them also. Bones red and some lube would cost about $25 total at a skateshop and the lube will last years. If not then buy lube later bones bearings are about $15-20 online and at skateshops.

- Kyle Take off the wheel Look at the bearing, there should be a 4 digit number like 6008 That's your bearing size If there's no number you have to measure the outside and inside diameter with a vernier caliper and plug the size into google to get which bearings you need. But probably standard skateboard bearings most likely.

- after buying all that you should have lots of instructions to read if you want to be cheap, you can go from the back side of the bearing and put two drops of speed cream one last tip, you can pop the shields off with a sewing pin from the back side of the bearing i don't think rubbing alcohol is best for the job

- AS usual there is far more to this on the surface than might be as the differential bearings means this is to do with wear of the crown and pinion gears and the loading of the bearings this is a specialized job. it requires special knowledge and whilst doing this other bearings with in the differential need to be replaced hence the high cost so yes sometimes when the car is a newer model this is a cheaper option. but in cars of a certain age this repair is the only option so is the car really worth this expenditure.

- First of all Reds bearings are the best, any skater will tell you that. Tensor trucks because there light weight so you will ollie higher and get in the air higher. try anti hero decks.
