Packing Style
Ar glass fiber chopped strand are packaged in bags that made in paper & plastic binding
materials, about 25kgs per bag, 4 bags per layer, 8 layers per pallet and 32 bags per pallet.
Each 32 bags of products are packed by multilayer shrink film fixed and firmly fixed on the pallet.
If requested, this product could also be packed in big plastic bags, about 800kgs per bag and one bag per
pallet.
Storage
Ar glass fiber chopped strand should be stocked in dry and cool places. The best
condition is with temperature between 10°C and 35C,with a relative humidity between 30% and 70%.
Please keep the product in its original packaging before use,avoiding moisture.

- I think you are missing a few of the ingredients in the cement mix and their function. Cement is not made up of just powdered rocks and water.
- Q: The date on the bags is from Jan 2006.Placed a sample in a plasticplate, mixed with water and the next day the quot;concretequot; was brittle to where just pressing with the finger causes it to crumble.The bags were kept off the floor in a garage.There are a few small lumps in each bag but for the most part its in quot;goodquot;powder form.Can I use these cement bags for any other use? Can it be mixed with good cement at a given ratio for a sidewalk concrete mix? Thanks
- Test it again using sand/cement mix 4:1 with minimal water, and leave it for at least 3 days before feeling the strength. If it is still no use then you could treat it as inert, say 10% of good cement, but better to dump it. The date on cement also relates to the slow formation of hexavalent chromium compounds which build up to 'risky' levels and cause dermatitis and other allergic conditions. For this reason, it's well worth wearing protective clothing when handling cement powder and wet concrete.
- Q: There just little pieces of cement no bigger then a nickel and it made the glass look all foggy and nasty and I was wondering if there like a chemical compound or something I can use to break it down. - Back in the day we used Muratic Acid to clean brick work. It is acid and you must not breath the fumes and use rubber gloves. I don't know of anything, household that is, else. You might try calling a large building supply house or a concrete company.

- I disagree with the 1 bag => 1 sq ft. I bag of cement will make more than 1 cubic foot of concrete... and exactyly how much it will make is dependent upon the mix, the proportion of cement:gravel:sand. A meter is slightly more than 3 1/4 feet. A square meter is about 10.6 ft^2. You want to cover3m x 2m = 6 m^2... which is 63.6 ft^2. 4 thick is 1/3 of a foot thick. You need about 21.2 cubic feet of concrete. I think a bag of cement is a cubic foot of cement. A mixture might be something like three units of cement, 6 units of gravel and a couple of units of sand. Most of the final volume will be from the gravel. This mix would yield somewhat more than 2 cubic feet of concrete for each bag of cement. It looks to me as though you need 10 bags of cement to make 21+ ft^3 of material.
- Q: builders have messed it up..i live somewhere hot..2 attempts of cement laying and then a green paint over it which i've had to scrape off...the paint still keeps coming off tho when mopped...can you suggest please some sort of sealant i can get bought in england and sent over to me?just to make it look better and 'seal' in the colour..cheers :)
- Gray cement sealant paint or epoxy the entire floor. Epoxy comes in different colors and is rather appealing to the eye if properly applied.Then you can add sparkles to the epoxy paint or other decorative stuff. Go to the larger hardware stores and shop for epoxies and their additives.

- for mortar mix it is 4 shovels of sand to one shovel of portland cement. Mix to your pefered consistity.

- it should be on the cement bag or bucket your purchased but a .45 - .50 to 1 part cement is optimal for normal to intense weather conditions. Rule of thumb: Durability increases the less permeable the concrete mix is. Strength improves with lower water cement ratios. Check the 1997 Uniform Building Code if you want real specifics. - Q: Im trying to level my floor with self levelling cement. I know its supposed to be runny but i may have put too much water on it. Unfortunately i already dumped it on the floor. Will it eventually dry up.
- If you added too much it will flake when you step on it. If this is the case it won't be any fun to remove, but it will come up easy and you can start again.
