Q:I have a physics project and my teacher is saying that we should do a wire loop toy?? What the hell is that. Can anybody give me a example and how it is related to physics?? Pls answer back
Wire loop toys mean wire connected to your toy and a handle along with battery.
Q:How can I stop my cat from chewing wires? He does it all the time, and the wire he ends up being important.
Buy some cable trunking to protect electrical wires or smear them with either eucalyptus or citrus scented essential oil. (Cats dislike the smell and it's usually an effective deterrent). I don't know how old your kitten is, but they usually start teething at around 4 months old and generally have all their adult teeth by the time they are 6 months old. Teething is pretty painful, so they tend to chew on things to relieve the pain. You can buy him soft rubber toys to chew. Alternatively, take a clean face cloth, knot it, dampen it with water and then put it in the freezer to chill. Chewing on something cool will help soothe inflamed gums. (Same principle as those gel teething rings for babies that you can put in the freezer).
Q:Not the wire from RadioShack, but the really thin stuff used in modded circuit boards, logic circuits, low power circuits, etc.
This Site Might Help You. RE: Where can you buy really thin electrical wire? Not the wire from RadioShack, but the really thin stuff used in modded circuit boards, logic circuits, low power circuits, etc.
Q:My starter I replaced has 3 wires, two red and one black. Where does each wire go? Pictures would be very helpful if possible
based upon the gauge you have... i do no longer think of you're placing it to a mustang yet i detect genuine low-priced air stress gauges are very deceptive.. your 5.0 may well be 50 psi (if it relatively is prolonged each and every of how out) and is a great way overinflated. the properly suited tire stress is the two interior the glove container on a plaque interior the door or is a sitcker on the rear door section.. yet stress could desire to be form of 32 psi (220 kps for our metric friends) on your motor vehicle in case you haven't any longer pushed it for greater effective than 8 hours...
Q:for a kids robot kitabout a 4 inch black wire--other side is red...the tip broke off--i tried to strip it---but the rest of the wire is copper colored and thinner--the end had a harder silver tipwhat is a wire like this called--would radio shack have it--i can't seem to find it on their website
It okorder /... What you now have is stranded wire that has been tinned on one end. A tinned wire is one that has been soldered to keep the strands together and make for a stronger connection. If the wire must be flexible then replace with stranded wire. Solid wire will be easier for you to work with but not will not work as well if the wire moves a lot. Additional Yes you could solder the wires if there is enough to hook to. The size wire I think you are talking about can be soldered with about any small soldering iron and resin core solder. You might even slip a piece of heat shrink tubing over the wire before you solder the wire. After making the connection you can slide the heat shrink tubing in place, heat the tube to insulate the connection.
Q:where can i buy these type of wires (copper insulated wires)??
Any hardware store or Lowes, Home depot There's nothing special about Insulated wire, but what size wire ? What's your application ?
Q:i'm building a race car out of a buick century and the tail lights wires got cut, come to find out the fuel pump ties into the talight wiring harness, i found the wires going to the fuel pump but i'm not sure what is what, there's 4 wires going to it, black, black with a white strip, gray, and pur any ideas what is what please so i can just run a switch to the fuel pump... thanks
Where is my ground wire located on my fuel pump on 86 buick century 2.5L got 3 wire the green wire in the middle in the hot wire help pleae
Q:Two steel wires are stretched with the same tension. The first wire has a diameter of 6.00E-4 m and the second wire has a diameter of 8.90E-4 m. If the speed of waves traveling along the first wire is 53.2 m/s, what is the speed of waves traveling along the second wire?
Wave velocity v = √(T/μ) Same tension in both wires: T1 = T2 μ is the linear mass density v1 = 53.2 m/s v2 = ? = v1/v2 = √(T1/μ1) / √(T2/μ2) = √(T1μ2 / T2μ1) = √(T1/T2 * μ2/μ1) = √(μ2/μ1) Linear mass density is mass/length, mass is density*volume: m/L = ρV/L = ρAL/L = ρA = ρπr^2 Both wires are steel so their density is the same. == v1/v2 = √(μ2/μ1) = √(ρπr2^2 / ρπr1^2) = √(r2^2 / r1^2) = r2/r1 == v2 = v1r1/r2 = (53.2*3.00×10^-4) / 4.45×10^-4 = 35.9 m/s ---- Speed of waves along the second wire is 35.9 m/s
Q:whenever i try to connect two electrical wires by twisting them together, i hold the two wires paralell to eachother, grab them with needle nose pliers and turn it. it never seems to work though! if anything, it just breaks the wire and i have to strip more insulation! what am i doing wrong? thx
