—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.

Q: The previous owner placed VCT tiles on beautiful hardwood floors. I want to remove them, without messing up the wood too bad, since I want to sand and wax the floors after I remove them.Is there a way to do this without ruining the floors?Can I rent a machine? Should I try to heat up the tiles? They are glued on very well, and its a large area. The machines I have seen so far, look like they are made to remove tiles that are placed on concrete. Thanks in advanced: Try a product like Goof Off first. They sellit at Home Depot or Lowes. It cost about $4.00 for a 16 oz can. Wipe on liberally with a cloth and wait a few minutes and scrub off with same cloth. It does have a somewhat harsh smell at first, so make sure adequate ventilation is available especially for a child. I am a contractor and have used this on several types of floor adhesives, but of coarse there are some that will need to be sanded.

I will take any other ideas anyone has for an inexpensive way to do something with this horrible green!: It's called re-glazing. There are companies out there that re-glaze bathtubs and ceramic tile. A bathtub can cost about $700 to re-glaze. Home improvement centers have re-glazing kits but they are only as good as the applicator. What's more important than the re-glazing kit, is the preparation. The glaze on the green tile needs to be dulled by acid washing. If you go over the green tile with it's slick surface, the re-glazing will peel off...

Q: Hi, I just wanted to know if Ceramic tiles are better than stone tiles? When we signed a contract for a new house, they offered us Stone tiles, but now they are calling us and telling that they do not offer stone tiles instead ceramic tiles are now standard. I wanted to know which one is better and why?: Ceramic tile is cheaper than stone but we have installed ceramic or porcelain tiles in all bathrooms for the ease of upkeep. Stone does look richer but it needs to be sealed at least once a year maybe more. The sealing part is easy but the stone tile needs to be completely clean first. That is the 'hard work' part. Ceramic tile will hold up to almost anything in a bathroom and the grout is the only thing that needs sealing. (You'd probably have grout to seal with the stone too) If you signed for stone, I'd make sure that they are going to give you some kind of refund for the difference of the cost. They are saving a a few bucks here so make them pass it on.

Q: i want to paint my bathroom and the walls and floor are ceramic tile what do i do?: I would not try painting the floor, virtually nothing available will stay in place. You can use the 2 part epoxy paint for the walls, that is designed for re-coating a tub. It is about $50 for the kit, and one kit may not do the entire bathroom. Kilz, a brand name, does make a primer for going over tile. You should rough up the surface a bit with the sand paper, so the primer will stick, then put on a good finish coat. I did this in my bathroom with pink tile. It lasted about 2 years, I then had to touch up some nicks, but it was easier and much cheaper than all new tile.
