1. What is the delivery time after we paid the deposit?
—— Normally, we shall get all items ready for loading within 3 weeks after we get the deposit or the formal Letter of Credit. For orders which demand cutting job, it will take a longer time.
2. For the delivery term, could you go with CFR our port?

5. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is one 20’ container. For those models whose production could be arranged frequently, we could mix 2 or 3 models in one container.
- Q: We‘re renovating an old house, and the ceramic tile on the bathroom walls is just awful. I‘d like to replace the wall tile with beadboard. The tiles appear to be mortared directly onto the drywall. Is it a good idea to install the beadboard directly over the ceramic tile? Or should we chip of the tile or remove the lower portion of the drywall? I‘d like to do this as easily as possible, but not at the risk of shoddy workmanship.Also - all the beadboards I‘ve looked at are either painted or primed on the front surface, with a bare wood surface on the rear (glued to the wall). Is it advisable to paint/prime the rear surface as well before installation? With all the steam and moisture in a bathroom, I can envision the panels buckling. Is there a particular paint/primer that seals off from moisture particularly well?
- Do the tiles look awful because some are missing, cracked or what? The reason I ask is because, there are companies who can come in and change the color of your tiles and renew the grout--which is a lot simpler than trying to pull them down or covering them with wood. If you cover them with wood there will be many airspaces between the wood and tile that can collect moisture which leads to mold--I don't think you want to do that. So, if the tile is in good shape, why not contact a company that refinishes and ask for an estimate? My best friend had aqua and black in one of her bathrooms and pink and gray in the other, when she bought her fixer upper house. She had the tiles refinished and I was so amazed at the results! She has lived in the place 9 years and the tiles still look like brand new.
- Q: I have just had a room tiled with porcelain tiles. They are non-shiny matte tiles and it was suggested to me that i should use a sealer. What sealer would be better to use, a water based or solvent based? What are the differences between using the two?
- Penetrating sealer.. Although a water based product, a couple of coats will last years. Mist on( w/ a spray bottle) wipe it thoroughly over the tile and grout with a damp cloth. I dampen a cloth with the sealer. Let set for 10/15 minutes and wipe excess off amd dry. Don t let it puddle and dry. Repeat at least once , twice if possible. The grout must be set for a minimum of 3 days with all the excess grout has all cleaned off. I ve have only used 2 brands over the years Cerama Seal and Miricle 511. I m sure theres others out there but I stick to what works.. Any questions you can e mail through my avatar and check my qualifications there. GL
- Q: There is a white ceramic tile floor with white grout in my bathroom. Some of the mastic (I think it was a combination mastic and grout, that could be used either way) is on top of the tile and dried on. Is there any way I can get it off there other than trying to chip at it and possibly ruin the tile?
- You need to clean off all the mastic from the wall and the soap dish and use thinset. The mastic will not dry in the shower. After you get it back on avoid getting it wet for a couple days.
- Q: how do i start my own tiling business?
- First get your contractors license. Then receive licenses for the cities you're making plans to function in. Find a well bookeeper to manage your taxes. Plan out your promoting. Phone publication, information papers, and every other form. Find someplace to behavior what you are promoting out of. If you're going to have staff, have your bookeeper let you know of all of the authorized matters that have to be performed. SS withholdings,staff comp, and wellbeing coverage. Have a six months backup of cash to tide you over untill you begin creating a benefit out of the trade.
- Q: i had a pipe leak into my bedroom and now everything is torn apart so i am remodeling my room and i cant decide between wood or tile flooring. my dad said wood because it looks good and because our living room and theater room is tile and if my bedroom is tile it wouldnt make any sense. my mom says i should get tile because if my grandma spills her drink or eat in my room it wont ruin the tile and its easy to clean up but if wood it could be ruined with scratch marks or circle stain on the wood from the cup or drink she spills. so now i dont know which one to choose. also i would like to paint my room blue and wonder if you guys have any suggestions on the shade colors of blue any website or image of the shade color would be nice if i could view them. thank you in advance!
- If your bedroom is in the basement then tile, if not then wood. One day the home will be sold and if it's tile you will take a big hit from the buyer. Wood floors can be refinished back to almost new, tile can't. Brazilian Cherry looks great.... You can get it in 3/4 finished/un finished or engineered which has a 1/8 inch of wood on top. Also comes in composite with printed on wood grain.
- Q: I just remodeled a home and I am having a hard time cleaning the newly istalled tile. I mop and mop but the tile still looks dirty. I guess its all the powder and sand that was created by the remodeling. Am I supposed to use some type of acid or buffer?
- Try a Magic Eraser Sponge by Mr. Clean. They are amazing. I use them everywhere in my house.They get rid of crayon marks,soap scum, and scuffs, anything really .They are very inexpensive, in the home cleaning aisle.
- Q: I want to rip up the old linoleum in my bathroom and install some tile. The previous owners laid the current layer of linoleum on top of the original linoleum. From the little bit I‘ve peeled up to look underneath it looks like chip board underneath that. Does that mean I need to lay some kind of backerboard underneath the tile? I also plan on tearing out the curent cabinets and installing new ones. Should I install the tile or the cabinets first?
- Tile should go down first. However, if you want the tile to lay flush against the cupboards as opposed to being underneath the cupboards, then you should install the cupboards first. Just make sure you seal that edge between the cupboards and the tile. You need to lay backerboard down first because that will keep the floor from accidentally suffering water damage, which so often happens in a bathroom.

- Is it on the floor or on the wall? - Yes. I have tiled 10's of thousands of feet on green board. It's not my choice , but you know contractors go the cheapest way. Keep green board a 1/2 off the tub. It will last a lot longer.I also would not use adhesive it is messy and loses hold after a few years. I used plain OL' thinset. It holds great and is easy to wipe out of the joints.And don't let anyone tell you different. I set tile for 30 yrs.

- They will stick, but, you need to fill in all the cracks and damaged areas to get a nice smooth even surface first. If you don't, the tiles will sag into those areas and crack. If the floors are really in bad shape you can put luan (not sure of spelling) plywood down before you tile. Luan is only 1/4 inch thick and the last time I used it it was about $10 for a 4x8 sheet. If you hired a pro to install the floor they would probably recommend doing it that way.
