—— Yes, 40*40 is available. Based on the actual market demand, we could also supply 45*45 and 50*50 accordingly.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is one 20’ container. For some special model, if its production is not arranged frequently, the MOQ is 5 containers.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.
4. What is the delivery time after we paid the deposit?
—— Normally we shall get all items ready for loading within 3 weeks after we get the deposit or the formal Letter of Credit?
- Q: The tile I have has some asbestos in it .How do I dispose of it. Also somebody also said that the glue has some of it in it,True or False
- Ok here goes. I just did that same job and disposed of it a little at a time in the trash by breaking it up. I removed it with a hair dryer of all things. You heat the tiles up with it and scrape under them. Most of the tar or adhesive will come with it. Plan on it taking a good deal of time too. I then just washed it down good let it dry over night and re-did peel and stick tiles with a shiny finish. It looks great. Happy flooring.

- This is a great homemade tile and grout cleaner that is safe for frequent use. It also works well for removing soap scum and cleaning tile counters. 1/2 cup of baking soda 1/3 cup of ammonia 1/4 cup of white vinegar 7 cups of water subtract Combine all the ingredients in a spray bottle and shake well to mix. Do not use this in conjunction with chlorine bleach or where chlorine bleach has been used. (Never mix ammonia and bleach containing products.) Simply spray it on and then wipe with a damp sponge or cloth. No rinsing required.

- Okay. I'm a tile setter, so I am biased, but you will get best results by replacing all the tile. Guy#1 is right, but you need to realize it is just paint (even if its epoxy paint, which is much tougher than standard household latex paint.) It can (will) scratch and (will) scuff. The shine of the new expoxy surface will go away. If you are a meticulous house cleaner and never slide your pots and pans and dishes on the tile counter surface, then you can probably get away with it. So yes, it will work, but may not be a perfect solution, depending on your housekeeping style. Mike PS. I gotta chime in on Guy # 3's comments. He is right in that you can replace the offensive tiles. However, its not so simple, unless you are a good craftsperson. You have to be very, very careful removing the tiles, because you can very easily chip the tiles next to the ones you are removing.as he says, removing the grout is most important. Also, be very gentle with your hammering and chipping away at the old tiles. Its when you try to force it or try to remove too much at a time you run into trouble.

- They missed a step....Use a good clear silicone caulking in the 'crack' where tile and grout meet wall. Otherwise, if for example, someone showers and gets water on the floor, it will get into this area, go under the tile and start to ruin the flooring under the tile. Mold and mildew can also grow in these wet areas. Molding trim only covers the edge of the tile giving it a neater more finished appearance, but it's still cosmetic...to protect, you need to seal or caulk around the outer edges of your flooring. You will also need to use a sealant on the grout between your new tiles as well, or the same problem can occur, as grout is porous and can absorb water and soapy liquids which then go down into the underflooring, and different liquids can stain the grout.

- Q: I‘m getting some of my house tiled and would like to know if I am getting ripped off or not. It is going to be approximalte 600 sq ft with 2 upstairs bathrooms. The installer gave me a quote of $2400 to lay the tile (straight or diagonal, whichever I want). I will have to buy the tile and other materials on my own. The tile is going to be 18x18. - A porcelain tile is decorative and glazed only on the outside. If you were to see a cross section, you would find only a small decorative veneer sorta surface on the exposed side. The rest of the tile has a dirt colour. In a ceramic tile, the colour is uniform throughout the tile. Practically, say if a prcelain tile gets chipped, you will see the dirt colour where it's chipped. In a ceramic one, it would not be such a stark difference. - Hello, I assume your question is trying to distinguish the differences in the companies or the difference between ceramic and granite tiles? lol, if its regarding difference between ceramic and granite tiles I can give a little insight: ceramic tiles are usually cheaper and maybe weigh about 1/5th of the weight of granite. Granite is very hard to cut, since it is stone. Its harder to cut granite than it is to cut marble per say. Granite will last a whole lot longer and won't scuff up or crack if you drop something on it, like ceramic tile would. You have pro's and cons with both products. I have replaced floors using both tiles and although the granite tiles look better and are more classic looking, the ceramic tile is much easier to put down. Cost comparison on regular granite in the state of Georgia from Floor Decor runs about $2.00 sq foot. Where as in ceramic tile ranges from about .75 to 2.50 per foot depending on style etc... - remove the vinyl tiles. There are great products that will help with loosening the tiles. should you decide to not remove the tiles this is what could happen. the tiles will move under the ceramic floor and cause cracks in the tiles. replacing the grout is easy not the tiles. if you start with a sound floor then you will have a ceramic floor that will last you for a good long time.
