—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

It can be a mastic, a thin set etc..Either will work for the suggestion I had given you about painting the green board to allow any adhesive to adhere.. - Your 1 st 2 answers are wrong or partly wrong. 18x18 tile is 324 square inches, divide by 144 ( 1 s/f) and you get 2.25 s/f per tile. Divide that into the 15x11 area(which is 165 s/f) You get 73.33 tiles or a bare minimum of 74 tile. I would most definitely get 7/10 extra tile to cover scrapes and cuts. - Depends on where that tile falls off or is otherwise compromised. The black tiles take the most heat and would certainly be the ones to be concerned about. The white tiles less are used where the heat produced by the reentry process is less, so a missing tile there, would pose less of a problem.
