- eh....i guess the best way to describe it is it's basiclly rap lyrics (sort of) put together with rock. there's alot of bands that are put into that genre that really shouldn't be in that genre. some of my favoirte bands are: Linkin Park Limp Bizkit P.O.D Korn Rage Agaisnt The Machine Disturbed but really, it all comes down to your personal preference. you could like some of the nu metal bands and hate the others edit: but alot of people say nu metal sucks because it's just a rip off of metal and that you have a terrible sense of taste if you like any of the bands. find out for yourself if you think it sucks or is actually good. don't go listening to everyone elses opinions

- there is death metal: a documentary, but its not the best. A headbangers journey is really the best one there is but I would recommend one called Until the light takes us. its all about the black metal inner circle in norway during the 90's and the groups promotion of extreme violence, suicide, church burnings, etc. its not death metal, but interesting none the less. I know there's a number of black metal documentaries out there (their names are slipping by me at the moment), but i dont think there are too many death metals ones. Another one you might find interesting is Modify. you've probably already seen it, but if not check it out. not at all about music, but instead body modification, but still phenomenal. hope this helps.

(has some metal/southern breakdowns in , they are quite unique) but not metal . just potent ******* ROCK OUT MAN!! :)
