- well if their sum is 21.9 ft. and the excavator is twice that of the farm tractor then the farm tractor would be 7.3 ft and the excavator would be 14.6 ft seeing as 14 would be twice the amount of 7 and 7 plus 14 is 21 and the 3 plus 6 is 9 so it would equal 21.9. and you would get the answer by dividing 21.9 by 3 being that the farm tractor is 1 part and the excavator is the other 2 parts, i hope i helped and im pretty sure that is correct but if anyone else reads this and finds something wrong please correct me

You'd probably need certification of some kind. For government jobs (the most common) you'd probably need to bid on a project, and they take the best bid. Texas government sites should have specific information on this. Knowledge of soil types, environmental habitats, erosion control, etc. would be useful.
