High quality galvanized iron wire
Hot Dipped Zinc Plated Wire General Introduction: Hot-dipped zinc plated wire is also known as hot dipped galvanized wire or thermal galvanized wire. It is made by mean of wire drawing followed by heat treatment and zinc plating. Wire Materials: Iron wire, carbon steel wire.Advantages: Excellent flexibility and softness. The zinc coating can be 100g/m2, 200g/m2 and 300g/m2. Single coil package for hot-dip galvanized iron wire can be different from 10 kg to 1000 kg. Application: As tying wire in agriculture for vines and orchards, as weaving wire in the fencing and netting industry, as material for packaging of products and other daily uses. |

- Q: Please help, I'm stuck on this problem:An aluminum wire and a steel wire, each of length 4m, are hung from the ceiling. A 7 kg mass is suspended from the lower end of each wire. The aluminum wire has a diameter of 1.1 mm. What must be the diameter of the steel wire if it is to stretch the same distance as the aluminum wire, so that the two wires maintain equal lengths after masses are attached? Young's modulus for aluminum is .70 x 10^11 Pa and for steel it is 2.0 x 10^11 Pa.
- The cross-sectional area of the steel wire must be (.70 x 10^11 / 2.0 x 10^11) of the aluminum wire. So the area of the Al wire is pi*(0.55mm)^2 = 9.50331778 × 10^-7 m^2 The area of the Steel wire must be 3.32616122 × 10^-7 m^2 now solve for the radius of the steel wire. A = pi*r^2 - r = 0.32538 mm d = 2*r = 0.65077 mm
- Q: OK, so pretty much this is where im at, I clipped the connector off the wires that went into my stock stereo and now have the wires from my new deck and pretty sure I just have to connect them. Is there A good diagram or tell me what goes to what here.... I'm a bit lost. Its to late to buy a wiring harness seeing as I clipped off the connector... so I dont need to here how I should buy a wiring harness. Thanks
- why doesn't my amp or rear speakers work
- Q: 4.A uniform semicircular sign 1.00 m in diameter and a weight of 325 N is supported by two wires. What is the tension in each of wires supporting the sign?
- Assuming the wires are vertical, connected evenly to the sign, and that nothing else is supporting the sign, then each wire carries half of the weight. T = 325 / 2 = 162.5N
- Q: Blue and white wires contain insulated strands and red wire has a bundle of non-insulated strands. How are the two types of wires (insulated and non-insulated strands) used in homes (i.e. what are they used for?).
- The bare wires in house power wiring is used as the grounding wire. I don't think you mean stranded wire. The wiring in your walls that goes to outlets and lights is solid wire. If you are just calling them a strand of wire, that is not a good idea because it is too easy to confuse with stranded, especially if you are not careful with proper grammar and spelling. The other insulated wires are used as hot and neutral. In most homes, white is the return/neutral line and the other colors (except green) are used for different phase of hot wires. If you have green insulated wires, they are used for ground.
- Q: Two current carrying wires are perpendicular to each other.Wire 1 is placed on top of wire 2.Wire 1 current direction is pointing North, wire 2 current direction is pointing east. Is there a force on either of the two wires?Does one wire spin due to the produced force? Please explain to me how to do this questionThanks
- There is no force between the wires. Draw a daigram and use maxwell's screw rule to find direction of magnetic fields created....since both are perpendicular, no combination of fields are seen. Thereby, n movement seen.
- Q: I get how to solder one wire to the inverter, but how do I do multiple wires? Do I connect end-on-end, or all at the same source? I couldn't find a good website for doing multiple wires...
- don't okorder /
- Q: i have two 12 gauge wires running from my battery to my sub amplifier, does this effectivly mean i have 6 gauges. each wire has a 15 amp fuse so does that also mean i have a 30 amp fuse?
- Funny you should say that. Since if you look closely at the grade of wire in each of the bundles of wire and compare them to a 6 gage wire bundle. 12 gage wire is a little thinner and not quite and strong and 6 gage wire is heavy and thick and really sturdy. this is so it carries the load of power better and it doesn't have many small wires that can overheat or become frayed because the bundle is stronger as a whole. Essentially by running the wires in sets of 2 different 12 gage wires you double the risk of a fire, short, or other electrical damage caused by the possibility of each or both wires becoming overloaded. 12 gage wire can only individually support a certain amount of power, and whether you double it or not you have basically violated the wires ability to have a safe current run through it as a constant. So, You better get down to the store and replace all that wire you doubled before you burn out your system, melt the wire, or torch your car.
- Q: Electron flow in a conducting wire.?I have some confusion regarding the flow of electrons in a wire when voltage is applied across it. Intuitively, i see that when i apply voltage across the ends of the wire say by a battery. The voltage pushes the electrons in the wire. As, a result the electrons flow in straight direction rather than going zig-zag. Some of the electrons reach the positive terminal of the battery, now my query is what happens when the electrons reach the positive terminal.Do they loose all their energy? Also, how is there a constant flow of electrons in the wire because since electrons are flowing constantly from the negative to the positive, is there no instance all the free electrons in the wire have reached the positive terminal? Basically what i mean to say is do the free electrons ever gets extinct? I am sorry if my question sounds stupid but can anyone please explain me a little bit in a conceptual manner?
- The pace of the electron is variable relying upon the the style of energy you are dealing with. In our case, electrons waft within the conductor, though it's sluggish, it is only like ping-pong balls(Analogous to electrons) inside of a say, plastic pipe slanted down ward. When you provide a bit little bit of strain( i.E. Electrical Voltage or emf in our case) one pushes the other and the other one to the subsequent one so on momentarily (Which is very rapid action). This is how you to find the light turned on immediately once you turn the swap On. I feel is the brief answer for the query. Thank you.
- Q: hi i have been wondering what to get Wireless or Wired for my Xbox 360 the xbox is about 30 feet away for the router. the router is a sagem router which sky provide me with and if i am going to go wired i will use a netgear etlernet HUB mainly what i want is a fast internet link hoping for lag free connection my contract with sky has ended and now i can switch what internet supplier sould i switch to
- Mostly wired because wireless lags sometimes or the connection gets bad.
- Q: there is a loose wire in my labtop charger wire. can i fix it or prevent it from happening.
- Loose wires just happen - from the way a cable is bent, moved, stored, wrapped, etc... I think (providing it doesn't happen right after you get the product) that it's pretty much normal wear and tear over time. You could try to repair it, but it would involve removing the cable sheath and re-attaching the loose wire which may need soldering. You're probably better off just buying a charger. In my experience, cables tend to last longer if you don't tightly wrap or twist them during storage; I generally just loosely fold them.
