Q: What does "D341X-16Q" mean? What do D341-16Q letters and numbers mean for butterfly valves?
D - valve type code: Butterfly valve;3 - valve drive mode code: worm gear;4 - valve connection form code: flange;1 - valve structure type code: vertical plate type;X - seat sealing surface or lining material code: rubber;16 - nominal pressure value: PN1.6MPa;Q - body material code: QT400 - 15.
Q: Butterfly valve is the control valve?
The flow characteristics of butterfly valves can be approximately equal percentage characteristics, with the positioner can do adjust, is mainly used in large caliber, straight stroke control valve more than 200 volume weight will be great, it suggests using the butterfly valve.
Q: How do hydraulic butterfly valves work?
Butterfly valve hydraulic drive device working principle1. manual operationWhen the hydraulic system suddenly fails, the valve can not move when the butterfly plate at any stop. Then, shaking the manual device, the guide block guide block in front of the manual shaft together with the driving shaft end, the cogging and drive shaft spline manual corresponding to the slot. Then, by dialing the driving device, the dial is shifted to the left end, and the transmission spline is connected with the manual shaft by a gear sleeve (the driving device is provided with a limit for preventing the tooth sleeve from jumping up), and the crank is disengaged from the hydraulic cylinder to disengage the hydraulic cylinder. Then turn the manual device and use the manual device to realize the disc movement.2. hydraulic operationWhen the hydraulic system returns to normal operation, the actuating device needs to be operated by hand. First, adjust the hydraulic cylinder to its initial state (0 digits) or at any position. Then manually adjust the opening of the disc to the position corresponding to the cylinder stroke (by observing whether the mark on the gear sleeve is in accordance with the mark on the crank, and judge the position of the disc and the cylinder). Then pull the gear sleeve and engage the spline on the crank by poking the driving device. Then fix the shift to prevent jumping. At this point, start the hydraulic system to restore fluid flow.
Q: oil coming from valve into turbo charger
The last two answers were wrong. Duramax motors have a Pcv valve. It stands for positive crankcase ventilation and every engine has one that I am aware of and it's to relieve the air pressure built up in the crankcase from the pistons moving up and down. The Pcv allows atmospheric air pressure inside then crankcase. If there is a lot of air pressure coming out of the Pcv you could have bad valve seals or worn piston rings allowing massive amounts of air being forced into the crank case. The Pcv valve on 2003 and older have the Pcv built into the valve cover. It is a box shape cap that has a spring and diaphragm under it. Old question just thought I would clear that up for the 2 people not so mechanically inclined that answered last.
Q: Butterfly valve model D373F-16C, ask God answers
D butterfly valve, 3 turbo rotating, 7 pairs clip type, 3 eccentric F PTFE seal, 16 nominal pressure 1.6MPA, C valve body material, carbon steel
Q: For example, the arrow above is from left to right, and the direction of my current is from right to left. Is that ok? I have a diameter of 700 of the hard seal butterfly valve is so installed, but it will leak water, it will not leak, very serious
The direction of the arrow on the valve body is cast, refers to the flow of media, users see the arrow, the arrow direction according to the logical and installation, this installation has become a habit, it is easy to accept the installation instructions, according to the national standard is not what error. But in the eccentric butterfly valve is installed so that sometimes there will be some problems, said the following example: according to the flow of eccentric butterfly valve with the medium flow consistent installation, tube medium is liquid, after the valve is closed, if the original direction of medium inlet pressure, reduced or zero, the export of medium reflux reflux, if senior supply, resulting in the high pressure medium, the pressure is greater than the inlet pressure, the valve will be subjected to reverse pressure, because the hard seal butterfly valve as a one-way valve so that the use is not conducive to sealing butterfly valve, and there will be leakage.
Q: Butterfly valve D71X-1.6C, DN50, there is no difference between C and no C? What do you mean by "concrete"?
D stands for butterfly valve. 71 represents the clamp type, X represents the sealing surface material, and 16 represents the valve to bear the pressure 1.6MPA, C position is the valve body material code, omitted to represent gray cast iron valve; C represents the valve body material is carbon steel.
Q: D what's the meaning of "one 71x one 1 butterfly"?
According to the provisions of the JB/T 308-2004 valve type programming method:D== butterfly valve7== clip typeLinetype in 1==X== sealing surface material: Rubber-1== pressure rating: 1.0MPa
Q: Hi guys, i asked a question before pertaining to the amount of cylinders and asking if it meant V4 or V6 or whatever.I actually meant to say VALVES, not cylinders. IS there a direct correlation between VALVES and Clyinders..Eg, My car, which is a 2001 Neon LE states right on the engine block quot;16 VALVEquot; in bright letters. I am sure this is a 4 cylinder engine. I haven't had a car that broadcasted the number of VALVES before. Another car I had broadcast that is was a 3.3 Liter V6 right on the engine. Is there a mathematical relationship between VALVES and cylinders, or would my car be braodcasting 16 VALVES, because a 4 cylinder doesn't typically HAVE 16 valves, or what is the story??Recently, I was looking at an altima, and it said 24 valves. Can you tell just by the number of valves if it is a 4 cylinder or 6 cylinder or whatever??Thanks.
Simply the engine size and the number of cylinder, the 3.0 has 6 the 2.3 has 4, however both engines have four valves per cylinder(2 intakes 2 exhaust) and dual overhead cams(dohc)
Q: What is the D37-10Q butterfly valve?
The model is too simple, right D37A1X-10QB1, D: valve, 3: turbine head, 7: on the vertical plate clamp, A1: type A, X: type of rubber seat, 10: nominal pressure valve Q: is ductile iron, B1: plate is made of ductile cast iron
