Q: Now, metals are made in high tech furnaces that blow pure oxygen through it, but the furnaces are made out of metal, so how did they get the metal to make the furnace with?: My favorite power metal groups are Hammerfall, Helloween (Keeper of the Seven Keys-era), Gamma Ray, Sonata Arctica, and Kamelot. I actually have DragonForce to thank for getting me into power metal; through them I found HammerFall, and I found most other groups through HammerFall. I like how Power Metal is so melodic, it's really unique in comparison with other metal subgenres.

Q: besides metallica,jimi hendrix,kiss ,slipknot,ac/dc,can u name some good bands?: The luster of metals depends on the molecular strucure of the substance as well as the state of refinement that metal is in. Copper, for instance, in its ore form, looks like someone smashed a crapload of old rusty pennies together. After refinement, it looks as shiny and orange as Zach Effron's skin. The phenomenon of something appearing shiny, of course, is caused by the reflection of light off the substance hitting the eye. If something is dull, it likely has small bumbs or ridges on the surface, causing the light to be diffused rather than reflected in a straight beam.

Q: What is up with these subgenres in metal like screamo, emo, punk, CORE etc.? Why is metal so ****** up; nowadays? Why can we turn back the clocks to the days of classic thrash real metal like slayer, exhorder, anthrax, pantera, sepultura, Meshuggah, metallica (before St. Anger), Judas Priest, Exodus, etc. Now that's true music.: Symphonic metal and melodic metal are metal in the more traditional sense (ie: think Judas Priest, but more technical). Symphonic death metal and melodic death metal are just like symphonic metal and melodic metal, just applied to death metal (i.e: think Cannibal Corpse, but more technical.)

Q: There is so many names and different subgenres. Thrash, groove, metalcore, deathcore, death metal, doom metal, black metal, gothic metal, speed metal, power metal.
