Q:I'm eligible for an upgrade, and I would like to know your opinions on whether I should get the G2, or MyTouch 4G. Before anyone answers, yes I am aware T-Mobile (like many other carriers) may not be as strong in your area, as it is in mine. One is for your messenger contacts and the other is for other contacts-for example if the friends you want to send a text message to are not on your messenger contact list, this is the tab you want. When you click on the other contact tab, there will be a box you can enter someone's mobile phone number to send them a text message from your messenger. I hope this helps.

For those of you who cant get through to their live advisors it is because so many people are calling in trying to get help. I was told to wait it out and it should be fixed tonight. If it is not fixed I would call in tomorrow and keep pushing them to fix it for you, and when they say they will call you back, get a time limit. If they dont call you back, CALL THEM. It is the only way to get what you want, trust me.
