Q:I dont really know they names but the solid yard not fuzzy kind if preferrable in my instanceI love color mixed inI also have carpal tunnel in both hands so I cant do any major mixing of yarn, my hands cant take itI can barely crochet now, but I love it
Crochet is very versatile, and the yarn you use depends on what you are makingIf you are working from a pattern, there will be a description of the weight of the yarnLook for something that says how many yards or meters per oz or gram it uses, then pick a similar length to weight ratio from the yarn selection you have at your storeReally, crochet can be done with anything flexible that is longer than it is wideString, thread, raffia, twine, wire, jute, strips of plastic bags, cut up fabric strips - I've seen patterns that call for any of thoseBased on your concerns, I suggest a regular yarn like Lion Brand's Wool Ease worsted weight, or Lily's Sugar and Cream (a cotton yarn) worsted weight.
Q:I feel like I am running out of optionsThe high fiber o's I bought taste like dog food, she won't eat prunes or raisinsThe gnu bars from trader joe's are disgusting to herWhat can I offer my 7 year old that she will enjoy and that will be good for her digestive systemShe is in pain when she goes to the bathroom and bleeds at times with bowel movementsHelp me!
After 2000, run through a few polishing conpounds with a cloth wheel and finish with some Mother's billet polish.
Q:and floor vents on the second?? Probably go with a heat pump (mountains of NC) - would the ceiling vents help with the ac but NOT the heat? (iehot air rises - would help in summer with air coming from above but winter?) - - what is the best for saving elecThey will have a gas stove in living room - looking at TWO heat pumps (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs) so as to only use one when they are just alone - no children yet- house is running about 2, 400 sqfeet - spending is hopefully to stay around 220,000 - please give best advise on heating arrangements for future savings.ps - wood flooring/stone/siding.
All of the little things helpOutlet gaskets caulking and weatherstrippingIf you have ducts in your attic duct sealing will help as well Insulation will have the biggest impactBy far Home Depot offer free use of the machine if you buy the cellulose insulation from themThe parts should run a couple hundred bucks for a home that sizeGets some friends and or family to help Call your utility and ask if they have any programs that can help
Q:I'm so annoyed! I really want to have near perfect hairI have really dry kind of damaged hair from straightening, it is pretty longMy hair's always frizzy and has flyawaysAlso it has a slight wave to itso what kind of shampoo/conditioner and other hair products will help make my hair really nice???! Thank you so much!!!
uhm i use tresemme smooth and silky for dry damaged hair shampoo and conditioner once a weekuhm when straightening ur hair you need to use heat protection every timealso putting in leave-in conditioner a couple of hours before straightening your hair, it will help soften, shine, and thin your hairuhm right now im using Rusk thermal str8 ceramic styling toolsim not sure how much this stuff costs but i either got them on sale or they were cheap at the original sales price because i cant spend much on these things eithersogood luck and dont shampoo every nite! every other nite if you have to but thats it.
Q:I live in MarylandMy home is a pretty standard colonial built in 1966When I moved in, the blown-in loose insulation had pretty well settled, so I purchased some rolls of plastic covered Owen Corning insulationThey come in 25ft rolls and were simple to installIt helped a bit, but the 2nd floor is still cold in the winter and warm in summer.I'm a do-it-yourself kind of guy, so should I:1) Install another layer of the owens corning attic insulation (perpendicular) on top of the existing (I've heard I need to be careful with moisture buildup with plastic lined insulation???)2) Should I remove the rolls and just blow in gobs of insulation using a rental from Home Depot3) Should I just blow in gobs of insulation on top of the rolls of insulation that are there. Many thanks
An oxide is something that contains at least one oxygen moleculee.g., Carbon Dioxide 1 carbon molecule, 2 oxygen molecules Dihydrous Oxide (water) 2 hydrogen molecules, 1 oxygen molecule
Q:we have 2 inside dogs who like to lay on top of themone has long hair and one has short hair, any ideas how to get rid of the dog hair also?
For a quick touch up, toss it in the dryer on a low heat with a fabric softer sheet for about 10 minutes, a lot of the dog dander and hair will come looseAs to the type of yarn, if it feels really soft and faded it might be wool - do not throw in the wash machineYou can always take to the dry cleaners and ask them - you don't have to leave it with them to have it cleaned if you don't want toIf it feels more synthetic it's probably acrylic which is machine washable and dryable.
Q:I have thin dry hair and Im using a Wet To Straight straightener right now.But that straighter isn't doing ANY good to my hair xP So wat kind of straightener should I be using now?
the ones that are from wet to dry are bad because they damage your hair alotyou can invest on a chi which is a bit expensive but from everyone who has one i have heard they are really good and i have one myselfIf not a more cheaper one is the iso that supposedly comes with life guarantee and its good too
Q:So I bought a hair crimper recently, and whenever i use it on my hair it smells really funny, almost like it's burntThe same goes with my new curling ironAny way to fix this?
simple answer, when you first buy any heat tool it'll be coated with a special type of oil and that oil layer will burn on over time and until then you'll get a really bad burning smell, it should say that somewhere in the box or a little note stuck on the cord? the solution is to apply a heat guard that smells good and work it into the hair and then when you straighten you will get the smell of the product XD ps: next time include that in your question otherwise you'll b getting the wrong answers
Q:What do fiber pills (chew tablets) really do for you? What about the weight management ones?Has anyone tried either? What results did you hope for and encounter?
Foam is the best but it cost almost 5 times as much
Q:i only want to know about fiber blankets stopping my beads/other stuff from cracking easily
challenging point try searching with google and yahoo this will help
