It's my version of yakisoba: Brown tofu/chicken whatever protein Add vegetables (ie broccoli, chopped carrots, peas, peapods etc) While this is cooking (on low!!) get a block or 2 (depending on how much you need to make) of ramen noodles (the cheap kind!) and parboil (that's fancy restaurant speak for cook mostly) while STILL IN THE BLOCK, ie don't break them up in the waterI find waving em for a minute and a half does the trickTake the WHOLE BLOCK and put it in with the veggies/protein and stir it up really wellThis is one of those situations where a wok comes in handyThen add the seasoning or your own soy sauce-esque creation, stir and serve!! you might need to add water, but it's pretty easy to tell if you doAlso, using aluminum foil and making bakeable packets is really easy and fast, use stuff like chicken with some herbs and zucchini, broccoli and carrotsRemember that raw chicken has lots of germs though so don't mix it with anything before it's cooked!!
