They are excellent because dirt dust goes into the water to be tossed out instead of filtering back into the air as conventional vacs do. Believe not recent TV ads. they are not the origional nor the best. I have had a better one for many years.

- Q: The vacuum cleaner is a Toshiba brand (VC-702EX). I tried checking the local hardware shops but I can't find it anywhere. They are only selling filters for new models of vacuum cleaners. I can't even find the local Toshiba distributor here.
