- Q: Ok, so I figured out that last step after watching an origami tutorial thing on youtube
- It okorder / The animations on this site are good, showing what you have to do, without hands in the way.
- Q: what type of hydraulic oil does a 2007 liebherr LTM 1160 5.1 crane take?
- You're telling me you've been entrusted the control of a crane capable of reaching 565 feet up an you don't know what hydraulic oil it takes?? Jesus Christ mighty... First off, it's in the owners manual, second off it's probably on the resivoir cap.... If you couldn't figure that out you shouldn't be allowed near the damn thing...
- Q: Do self lifting tower cranes allow a small swing of the boom in jacking operation?
- The upper working structure of the attached tower crane is connected with the jacking sleeve frame, and a jack jack is mounted on the top lifting jacket frame.
- Q: I would like to buy KATO crane and I have its serial number. I wonder how I can check with serial number if the crane is Originally Made in Japan! Which site should I go for checking? It will be great help if you answer my question.
- Im assuming it to be a modern Rolex Oyster 1/ it is much heavier than you would expect. 2/ the second hand appears to move in a continuous smooth motion rather than in individual 1 second ticks. 3/hold the face to your ear, you can actually hear the extremely rapid ticking 4/the face glass will not scratch nor break 5/when new it would be supplied in a green box containing rolex wallet etc. and Authentification certificate. My box and contents are in pristine mint condition, only ever opened once to take watch out when new. thus the box alone adds ?200 to value. 6/Any Rolex dealer will check the serial number for you. Also every reported lost/stolen Rolex is listed so dealer can check! 7/ Assume its dodgy, any Rolex dealer would buy it from him either for cash or in part exchange for any other watch! 8/ Rolex dealers all have secondhand watches for sale. 9/Decide if you really want a Rolex, they look superb but are not accurate time keepers! the inside is based on much cheaper Zenith movement. A Cartier is much better watch for the money! 10/ I bought my Rolex new and with hindsight wish Id bought a Cartier, which would have also held its value better. Take it to a Rolex dealer and have it appraised first. if he wont let you then walk away and buy from a real Rolex dealer, who will sell you secondhand for half new price, or less!
- Q: where do they live, and what do they look like
- Blue Herons are (surprise) bluish gray, long legged long necked birds found in fresh water marshes and lakes, ponds. They are found though most of the US. There are several kinds of egrets, but I assume you are thinking of the great egret which is similar in size and shape to Blue Heron but is all white. They are found more around the coast from the Southern mid Atlanatic to Texas. They tend to be more in salt water locations or in rivers near the coast. There are several kinds of cranes, 2 inhabit the lower 48. One is a whooping crane and incredibly rare , nearly extinct species that breeds in the Arkansas/Texas area. Most likely any crane you would see is as sandhill crane tht inhabits various habitats in the interior of the country. It is smaller than the heron or egret, is grayish in color and has a red crest on its head.
- Q: Hi! I'm only going into 9th grade, but I'm getting a head start on chooising a college. I am absaloutley positive I want to be a musician. Hopefully a singer/songwriter, but my plan B is music production. So, I'm going to put Juliard aside (lol)and here are my choices right now:Crane School of Music,Fredonia School of Music, and Berklee School of Musicplease give me your opinion on those schools, and if you could suggest any others, please do. I need all the information I can get...Ive been doing alot of research but now I need other people's opinions. thanks :)
- It really depends on what kind of music you want to study. If you are interested in classical music, Berklee is not your best option. But if you want to study contemporary music, it's basically your ONLY option. It's also the only school with both a Songwriting and a Music Production major. I personally love Berklee. You spend your time surrounded by so many talented people, students and teachers alike, who love and play very diverse styles of music. The experiences you get performing and the feedback you receive both in and out of class about your own music are so valuable. The focus of your education is completely about you- the kind of music you want to play, your work as a unique musician, preparing you whatever you want to do in the future. The environment is very supportive and inspiring. Classes are small and you get a lot of attention from very experienced musicians. I could write forever, so if you have any specific questions or just want to know more in general, please message me =)
- Q: if a crane just shows up and doesn't go what does that mean
- The crane was usually considered to be a bird of Apollo, the sun god, who heralded in Spring and light. Throughout all of Asia, the crane has been a symbol of happiness and eternal youth. In Japanese, Chinese, and Korean tradition, cranes stand for good fortune and longevity because of its fabled life span of a thousand years. The Japanese refer to the crane as “the bird of happiness;” the Chinese as “heavenly crane” believing they were symbols of wisdom. Today this practice of folding 1,000 cranes represents a form of healing and hope during challenging times. After the events of September 11, as a gesture of support and healing, thousands of cranes were folded and linked together in chains and sent to fire and police stations, museums, and churches throughout New York City. Hope this helps! :)
- Q: I am looking for guidance on determining the optimal design parameters for the design of an overhead travelling crane when considering a span of 60m and a lift requirement of 2500Tonnes. If not possible what would be the maximum lift for the same span
- is the 60 is the traveling distance or the span? if it is the span then this no way can be achieved or found, also 2500 tons is not logic for a single lift, you need to verify the design requirements. Usually crane span is related to structural frame spans, the lift has to be a practical one, which ranges from 1 ton to a 250 tons which is again very rare, majority traveling cranes are from 1 ton to 25 tons
- Q: What is the most widespread animal Kung Fu style in the world?
- Depends on the area but I'd think Mantis and Crane would be one of the top styles. Crane style is also used in other arts such as Karate and does have it's origin in the Chinese martial arts.
- Q: How do Crane Motors Work?
- I'm not 100% familiar with this but this should be pretty close to the answer. Simple/standard crane motors work by applying power first through a rotating steel shaft into a gearbox. The gearbox allows the gearing ratio to be changed (to trade rotation speed for torque or torque for rotation speed). Another steel shaft carries the power out of the gearbox, again through rotation, to a spindle (think big thimble) around which steel cable is wrapped.
