FAQ of TC5610 Tower Crane

Q: What is the principal to quote the right tower crane to the client?

A: First, we need to know clients’ requirements. Normally the following information should be clarified by the client: max lifting capacity, height (height under hook), tip load and jib length.

Second, we need to know what the foundation requirement from the client is. (Fixed/undercarriage/ undercarriage with traveling system), mast section type (panel/integrated), power supply source (voltage, ampere and frequency), the distance between the machine and power supply……

Third if there are special needs, we could suggest proposal according to clear data provided by the clients. End-user, as construction machinery buyer, knows the site situation well and should make decision, such as the machinery specification, type…….

Q: What about our tower crane's warranty?

A: Usually there is one-year quality warranty including main electronic parts (not including consumable parts). There are consumable spare parts together with whole machine and normally they are enough for one year.

Q: What is 3 main mechanism of the tower crane?

A: there are trolleying mechanism/ slewing mechanism/ hoisting mechanism.

Q: have you noticed that there has been an exceptionaly high volume of cranes falling over in the U.S.A. this year? 2 cranes went down this week, one in Texas killing a man. seems like there has alot of this lately, what the hell is going on with the cranes? ever night i turn on the news its like a deadly crane accident took place today . thanks.
Accident Reports Received for year 2007: 347 Deaths for 2007: 176 Accident Reports Received for year 2006: 314 Deaths for 2006: 109 Accident Reports Received for year 2005: 231 Deaths for 2005: 127 Accident Reports Received for year 2004: 287 Deaths for 2004: 142 Accident Reports Received for year 2003: 269 Deaths for 2003: 138 Accident Reports Received for year 2002: 171 Deaths for 2002: 96 Accident Reports Received for year 2001: 161 Deaths for 2001: 107 Accident Reports Received for year 2000: 184 Deaths for 2000: 74 (It gets really scary when you look at the increase of deaths in just a few short years.)
Q: how many different types of cranes and winches are there?
A bit more information might help. In England there are Winches and then there are winches. As for Cranes are we talking about birds.........actually there are only a few type of each.......but there can be quite a few variations of the basic types. let's say 6 types of cranes and 4 or 5 winches.
Q: is there something that i can add to my bug zapper to attract these bugs and kill them faster?
Crane flies are concidered mild turf pests in some place, but they don't bite people. They like prefer moist areas. So if you want to kill them you could get rid of small moist areas or also could try normal bug spray on them.
Q: I was wondering if this is possible. The wall we have designed is very close to an existing retaining wall. In order to properly form and waterproof the wall we would have to demo that existing retaining wall. My idea was to build it off site, waterproof it, and then crane it into its location. Is this possible? any similar methods? thanks
Possible but difficult. You could tell us what the wall is made of? Assuming stone, then you can't lift a stone wall unless you have a steel plate under it, as it will collapse otherwise. That gets complicated. Yes, you could build it with a 1/2 inch steel plate under it, and lift it that way, assuming it is not too long, and crane it into position, but you then have to slide the plate out without cracking the wall, also difficult. The plate is expensive, the crane is expensive. But what do you gain? You still have to demolish the old wall, you still have to build a new one, so what would you gain by building it somewhere else and moving it?
Q: I am looking for what the breeding season is for sandhill cranes?
Mid-April to mid-June is breeding season for Florida Sandhill cranes lasts from December-June. For most other cranes, like those here in the midwestern U.S., the breeding season is March and April. I'm fortunate enough to live not too far from the Jasper Pulaski Fish and Wildlife Area where the Sandhill Cranes migrate every spring and fall. I always go to see this spectacular event.
Q: Would David have made a better babysitter than a crane driver?
none of the crane accidents were fatal, a black lad was slightly injured though
Q: Is it through the rails? if so, then how? or is it by another method?
Hot rails running along side the beams Hot shoes on the crane make contact with the hot rails and slide along the hot rails. Hot rails mounted to the beams by insulating bells. The hot rails can be anywhere in size from trolley wires to rails the size of railroad track rails. AC cranes are usually 3 phase so they will have 3 hot rails. DC cranes will usually have just 2 hot rails. Main disconnect/lock out feeds hot rails. It is usually fused but can also be just a disconnect switch. The same arrangement also is used on the crane's trolley. But in the case of the trolley one set of hot rails feeds the trolley motor. One set of hot rails feeds the main hook {big hook} motor: One set of hot rails feeds the auxiliary hook motor {little hook} motor. If the crane is also used as a Mag crane {Electro magnetic can be used} it will also have a set of hot rails going to the trolley for the magnetic
Q: If anyone can find me a decent video of a Fujian White Crane Kung Fu simple hand block then I will be very grateful! I know sort of how to do it but I would like to get it spot on.Thanks
There is no simple crane block. This is a myth perpetrated by some of the Hakusturu people. I study Fukien White Crane and I gave you a reference in the question you asked before. Just like there is no crane stance. There are many blocks and stances in White Crane boxing and they are ALL crane blocks and crane stances. The blocking system is very sophisticated and takes hard work and proper mechanics to grasp the idea. Do you have a Fujian White Crane school near you? If you do, enroll in it and learn it the right way - under a trained instructor. I guarantee you that you will not be learning any blocking applications. In the White Crane Arts, you do nothing but Sam Chien for the first three years. So forget this fantasy of learning it here on Yahoo Answers. Edit: Let me correct myself - there are not even any blocks in White Crane Fist. All the movements you see are trapping and grappling techniques. It is an Internal Art so the idea is to trap the opponent and destroy the attack using explosive energy.
Q: Before the Advent of the Railroad Steam Recovery Crane Car (pictures below), how were Locomotive Steam Engines recovered after a derailment from the 1830's to the 1890's?
Its been carried out till now, many early vehicles have been steam powered. genuine it may burn renewable fuels alongside with trees, inspite of the undeniable fact that it has to hold those fuels with them (check out a steam loco - extensive soft or coal that's extra compact capability than trees) draw back may be the load of the part of get the overall performance needed, the smoke (and then smog), and the capability needed totransport the boiler, water tank and gasoline till now you even thinkabout the burden it is going to hold. extra suitable for busses could be to pehaps generate electrical energy and grant that to the bus - and thats been invented too -a tram! reward are that the gasoline doesnt could desire to be carried with the vehicle (extra useful - lighter), brakes canbe used to generate electrical energy, cleanser inthe cities, and the turbines could have scrubbers on the chimneys to take out the harmfull gasses
Q: I know it sounds like a silly question but I just wanted to know what kind of crane he is because I've never seen a crane with black feathers.
Red-crowned Crane is a large crane and is the second rarest crane in the world. In East Asia, it is known as a symbol of luck and fidelity
