3.Description

Physical

Aluminium is a relatively soft, durable, lightweight, ductile and malleable metal with appearance ranging from silvery to dull gray, depending on the surface roughness. It is nonmagnetic and does not easily ignite. A fresh film of aluminium serves as a good reflector (approximately 92%) of visible light and an excellent reflector (as much as 98%) of medium and far infrared radiation. The yield strength of pure aluminium is 7–11 MPa, while aluminium alloys have yield strengths ranging from 200 MPa to 600 MPa.Aluminium has about one-third the density and stiffness of steel. It is easily machined, cast, drawn and extruded.

Aluminium atoms are arranged in a face-centered cubic (fcc) structure. Aluminium has a stacking-fault energy of approximately 200 mJ/m2.

Aluminium is a good thermal and electrical conductor, having 59% the conductivity of copper, both thermal and electrical, while having only 30% of copper's density. Aluminium is capable of being a superconductor, with a superconducting critical temperature of 1.2 Kelvin and a critical magnetic field of about 100 gauss (10 milliteslas).

5.FAQ:

1)what is aluminum?

Aluminium (or aluminum; see spelling differences) is a chemical element in the boron group with symbol Al and atomic number 13. It is a silvery white, soft, nonmagnetic, ductile metal. Aluminium is the third most abundant element (after oxygen and silicon), and the most abundant metal in the Earth's crust. It makes up about 8% by weight of the Earth's solid surface.

Aluminium metal is so chemically reactive that native specimens are rare and limited to extreme reducing environments. Instead, it is found combined in over 270 different minerals. The chief ore of aluminium is bauxite.

2)What's kind of payment term we can supply?

CIF,CFR, FOB and other.

3)Can we supply samples?

Yes, we can!

Q: I have found several web sites that say aluminum is a better insulator which makes no sense to me but that's what they say. I know aluminum is a little more durable but I all the companies seem to only do mostly vinyl.
Both sidings insulate just fine but, there're some minor differances between the two materials....vinyl siding doesn't rust as aluminum siding does when paint is gradually lifted off by the elements over the long run but, vinyl siding does stains, and it does stains in a bad way, non-washable if the stain on the material penetrates, not even a pressure washer will clean these vinyl sidings if they're stained with chemicals or environmental stains. Good Aluminum siding, in the other hand, does resists many stains and is washable but, since it's aluminum...it tends to fluctuate with temperature, it gets hot when it's hot and gets cold when it's cold, these fluctiuations do cause certain panels to buckle and crack on the edges...that's why many home owners have to replace these regularly. I personally prefer vinyl siding but, now that I said that...you decide!
Q: I have been trying to get rid of a very large papyrus plant for about a weekIt is in thick soil and it's roots have wrapped themselves around some water piping for the sprinkler systemI have tried spraying it with killer and this thing is still growing it just will not dieWhat is the best way to make this job easierAlso it is weird because everything that I have seen about this plant says that it is aquatic yet the area around this plant is mostly dry but yet it is thrivingAny suggestions would be very much appreciated.
That sounds cuteFirst, you need handlesCut them out of cardboard or use a cut dowel or some such thingThen, cut 250 strips of crepe paper about 20 long and 1/4 to 1/3 wideTie them together in the middle, and secure them to a handleRepeat for the other pompon.
Q: is there any coating or other suggestion to avoid the same
Nope - that's part of using oneSome people pick them specifically because they like the look of the well-worn aluminumIf it really bothers you, you can polish it off with a soft rubbing compound (available at a harware store) but it will be a lifelong taskSeriously, if the look of scratched aluminum bothers you, leave it at home where it's safe and get a leather caseOr carry it everywhere and let people wonder in awe about the exciting life you lead when they see all the amazing scratches.
Q: As far as I know, there isn't one for sale, but there could be, so, anywhere I can buy one? If not, I'd like to make oneI've got a start, I'm thinking of buying an Edward Scissorhands costume then adding a cape and altering itIf you have any better ideas, I'm open to suggestionsAlso, how would I do a helmet? Any help would be great, thanks!
Dressing, Green Bean Casserole, Pumpkin Pie, Red Velvet Cake, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Corn, Steamed Carrots, HamAny type of vegetable or casserole is always good for Christmas.
Q: 1 Why does changing the shape of an object have o effect on the density of that object?2 Aluminum is used to make airplanesCast iron is used to make weightlifting equipmentExplain why the densities of these metals make them useful for these purposes??OMGGif you answer these questions, you don't know how much I would appreciate it! Thanks in soooooo much advance! :P
1) It's the same amount of stuff stretched out over a wider area(Think of Bubble Gum - it's more dense when is a little ball, but no matter how you stretch it out it has the same amount of gum in it.) 2) Aluminum is much less dense and much lighter than Iron.
Q: I want to bake an apple pieIt calls for 1 cup sugarHow much truvia/stevia would I need to use to make it as sweet as if I made the pie with sugar?
Apple Pie Pastry for a 9-inch, 2-crust pie (see recipe to right) 6 cups peeled and thinly sliced pie apples such as Jonathan or Winesap 1 - 2 tspfresh lemon juice 1 1/2 tspStevia Extract Powder Or 4 tps of green powder/ 2 - 3 tbspwhole wheat pastry flour 1/4 tspnutmeg 1 tspcinnamon Dash of cloves or allspice 2 tbspbutter Fit bottom pastry into a pie dishIn a large mixing bowl sprinkle lemon juice over apples and stir to mixUsing a cup or small bowl stir together stevia, flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves or allspiceSprinkle spice mixture over apples and carefully stir to coat applesPile apples into bottom crustDot with butterWith water, moisten the outer rim of the lower crustPlace upper crust on pie and crimp edges togetherSlit top of pie to allow steam to escapePlace on a cookie sheetBake at 350 in a preheated oven for 55 - 60 minutesAluminum foil can be placed over the pie during the last 15 minutes to prevent over-browningCool on a rack, cover and leave at room temperature overnight or refrigerate if you like Fresh Lemonade: Yields about 2 quarts 1 cup fresh lemon juice (from about 5 lemons) 1-2 tspStevia Extract Powder (depends on sweetness desired) 7 cups water Place the lemon juice, stevia and water in a 2 quart glass jarStir briefly to dissolve the steviaCover and refrigerateAdjust the amount of lemon juice and stevia as desiredTo serve over ice, reduce the water to 6 cups Take care Buff

Specs are pointless hereThe only reason why Mac is 'better' for graphic designers is because its industry (design) standardIt's used widely throughout the design / creative sectorsNothing more, nothing lessAdobe suite is 99% the same on both major platforms (windows / OSX)Pretty much the same with the rest of the software used throughout the industryI have a pc at home with creative suite and a few other programs, but I work with a Mac Pro with creative suiteI have no problems saving versions between the two and working between platformsIts fairly seamless.
Q: anyone know where i could get a picture???
Thernal conductors - materials able to conduct heatGenerally, metals would be a good choice, though some metals are better than others at conducting heatInsulators - materials poor at conducting heatExamples would be air, plastics, wood.
Q: which one, aluminum foil or tin does well in heat insultaion and with a lower cost?
There is no distinct difference between them in heat insultation. Aluminum foil is cheaper than tinfoil.
