You don't need water getting into the workings! First, wash the item with warm soapy water to remove any grimeThen, in a glass, aluminium or stainless steel bowl (eg, sink) place: A sheet of aluminium foil Hot water (the hotter the better) 1 heaped dessert spoon of washing soda per litre (2 pints) of water (Washing soda is available in the laundry section of your supermarketNote - do not use Bicarbonate of Soda) Place the tarnished item in the solution ensuring contact with foil for several seconds(Soak severely tarnished items for several minutes) Remove from solution and gently wipe with a soft clothRepeat if necessaryThis solution will only remove tarnish up to the water lineIf tarnish is REALLY severe you may have no choice but to use a silver cleaning paste which has a mild abrasiveThis is only as a last resort because using pastes or abrasives will eventually wear off the silver platingIf plating does wear off you can actually get it re-plated by a plating of finishing company.

- Yes, you leave it in the aluminum trayYou will need to take off the cover (and ALL paper and plastic!!) and tent the cover so when you put it back on it won't touch the lasagnaSet the timer for about 15 minutes short of the full cooking time so you can take off the cover and brown the lasagnaAlso, make sure that after it's cooked, you take it out and let it stand 15-20 minutes so it sets up (gets more firm) - or you will end up with lasagna soupEnjoy!

- Yes, The foil is just to hold the heat in and the wax paper is to keep the iron from sticking to the shirt, but as the first answer says in the dryer will work fineThe customer can do this and there for your not responsible for that part and it won't take time away from your workYou should also be using the correct paint for this, such as Aqua-Flow, or another heat set paintYou can also mention to wash gentle cycle only.
