Q: what is the best product to clean rugs?: For spot cleaning I use spray Resolve. It works great! I spray it on the stains and rub it with a dry rag and the stain is gone! When I shampoo my house rugs I use Bissell Rug Cleaner in my Rug Shampoo Machine. I also use this Bissell Rug Cleaner on my car matts. I just mix it with water and I use a scrub brush~~in my deep sink, NOT MY CAR, lol You can do it in your bathtub too, I would guess.
