- Q: in a 1989 f150 i know how but the sterring wheel dont move what da heck
- As with anything, there is NO danger as long as you stay within limitations. The only negative for a car tire is less traction when leaning. There is enough traction that you can scrape pegs on clear dry pavement. The limitation kicks in only when hard cornering in the wet and/or over less than desirable surfaces. Which means that if you have a car tire on your motorcycle you take it a bit easier in less than perfect conditions. The people that run car tires do so because the vast majority of their riding is in the vertical position. When they use a motorcycle tire they simply wear out the middle, wasting the 80% of the tire that is used for cornering.
- Q: How is the bike wheel flashing? Bought a loaded wheel will not light up
- The car will be lit up, or your battery installed anti
- Q: Subway wheels with the operation of the wear and tear caused by changes in the roundness of the vehicle, the need for repair, but after repair car floor height does not change
- After the wheel operation will be based on the remaining wheel diameter in the two-line suspension (air spring) to add compensation pads. Such as wheel diameter (diameter) 镟 12mm, then the corresponding compensation pads will increase 6mm. It can also be adjusted by adjusting the height of the valve mounting base. (But can not adjust the height of the valve body, because the need for an absolute level of the site of the four corners of the train weighing, commonly known as leveling.
- Q: is 58mm 101a wheels good for street skate?
- Cool them and help stop squealing in certain brake pads.
- Q: Why do many high end bikes have more spokes in the rear wheel than in the front? I understand that the rear wheel supports more weight and it drives the bike. However when you brake hard weight shifts forward and most of the braking torque is thru the front wheel. I‘d think the front wheel should be as least as strong as the rear? Am I missing something?
- The braking is on the rim. No torque is applied to the front wheel. Rear wheel carries 2/3 of the weight or more. Also must endure torque loads from the hub. I've never been a fan of less spokes. The weight saving is negligible. The aero improvement is imaginary, as more spokes approach a disc aerodynamically. Stiff wheels deliver power to forward motion more efficiently.
- Q: What can each button on a five button wheel mouse be programmed to do? What are the advantages of using a five button wheel mouse? What can the wheel button be programmed to do? Any information about five button wheel mice functions, features, advantages, and performance would be VERY much appreciated!! Thanks
- Well, I have a 4 button mouse. A single back (thumb) button, the main scroll wheel clicker, and then the the scroll wheel will click if pushed to either side, left or right. The thumb button functions as a back button in web browsers and file system browsers. The scroll wheel clicker will start the auto scroller which allows you to very quickly and smoothly move up or down a web page very quickly. The side to side scroll clickers I don't use in windows, it is a gaming mouse and those could be programmed for any number of things in a gaming setup. The program that would come with your mouse for helping control it though would allow you to setup the buttons to do just about anything you want them to most likely.
- Q: what size wheels would i need for citroen saxo mk.2. and what size tyres.
- Standard wheels or aftermarket? Standard wheels will depend on the model and engine size of the car. I think standard Sxo wheels for smalle ngined basic models will be 165/70/13 or similar. Some Ford and Peugeot wheels will fit if you're after alloys as they share the same fitment which is 4x108.
- Q: Like the honda on the movie baby boy the wheels stick out on the side
- Install a set of wheels with a different offset. Offset is the distance from where the wheel mounts to the hub to the center of the wheel, so you can move wheels in or out by buying wheels with a different offset number. And keep in mind that trying to get this look by changing wheels will be murder on your wheel bearings and can have annoying effects on the handling. The suspension is not designed for moving the wheels outward four inches. I've heard accounts of people who had to replace their wheel bearings every two or three months. If you wanted to move the wheels out with no bad effects on your suspension's reliability or handing, you would pretty much need to give the suspension a complete redesign.
- Q: my neighboor street is very rough, some weekends i go to my cousin‘s house to skate there and do some gaps etc., but i dont know what size, hardness of wheels to get for my new board ; I dont know if like softer wheels could affect my flilp trick because i dont know if they are heavier or something, or could affect my grind tricks for some reason, something that i hate a lot is that when i skate with a hard wheel in my nieghboor my skateboard vibrates a lot and i have to do like 3 hard pushes to advance a little then i slow down very fast, do soft wheels helps with going faster on rough surfaces or do they only help with vibration?what size of wheels and hardness should i buy??
- Larger wheels willl help you negotiate rough roads. A softer durometer wheel will help cushion the ride but not much, and the variety of size and durometer is really limeted lately, so my best pick would be maybe those remake Powell wheels (like 60mm.ish 95Aish). But, alas, a smooth ride comes with more wieght every time. So it's a choice between a smooth ride or lightwieght, trick incompetant ride. Decisions, decisions!
- Q: i am going to be purchasing a 2002 lexus is 300 here in a couple days and i am just curious about its winter driving capabilities since i live in minnesota. ive heard real wheel drive cars are worse in snow, but ive also heard that its really a matter of getting used to driving with the rear wheel drive. im looking for anyone who can help me understand if it will truly be more difficult or if buying some blizzaks or something will take care of any slippery problems.
- In some instances it can give you better traction. Since you have the weight of the engine directly above the wheels, which is good in non-4 wheel drive cars.
