- Q: What the 5/2 mean on wheels?
- if your wheel is 7 inches wide then you will have the center of the wheel offset. the 5 inches will be to the center of the bike and the 2 inches will be to the outside of the bike. or the other way around. ether way will be 5/2 or 2/5.
- Q: from a two wheel bike (if possible) what do i need to change from the two wheel bike to create a three wheel bike
- Are you talking 3 wheels like a tricycle or two wheels in the front and one rear or two wheels very close together side by side? Which ever way you are thinking of, you will need a new frame or some type of frame modification to make this work. Basically if you know how to weld and work with metal you could possibly rig something up using two bike frames. You may also have to change the drivetrain of the bike. If you have two rear wheels but only one is pushing the bike it could unbalance things. Not too sure on this, but I believe having both rear wheels pushing instead of just one would work better.
- Q: I‘m thinking of getting skateboard wheels but I want wheels that are pretty good on rough concrete and good for doing tricks and grinding. I‘m thinking of getting a wheel size that‘s 52-54 mm and durability that‘s 95-98A. Would this be good for me?
- If you are into street skating, then harder wheels are probably better. I personally ride the same wheels every time. I get new wheels like once every couple months. I buy Bones Party Pack wheels. The hardness is their STF which stands for Street Tech Formula. I love the STF formula because i can get a brand new set and as soon as i set them up, my body remembers exactly what the hardness feels like when I do power slides on the ground. They never flat spot but sometimes if you hit stuff like screws or rocks they will chip on the sides. Its my personal opinion that Bones makes the best wheels and bearings in the industry but everyone has different opinions. AS far as size i ride 52's. 52-54 is perfect for street and flip tricks. Wheels dont have a lot to do with the actual grinding but they sure do help on the rougher approaches to things. I hear the Spitfires are decent too and I used to ride them in bowls a lot. Ive tried a lot of wheels.
- Q: Do you have to be 100% wii wheel usage to have it??!Ive used the wheel for weeks and i came home yesterday and my cousin was on my licsence using the game cube pad -_-and i really dont want to make a new licsence, so what percentage is it?
- I believe you need 50% or higher Wii Wheel usage and 100 matches.
- Q: its really bad, the metal next to the rubber wheel is all orange. Both wheels. Any ideas?
- Hi. Alex has actually answered your question well here, but I agree with some of the other points too. 1. If there is ANY way to keep the bike indoors, this is best. 2. Take Alex's suggested maintenance measures 3. If possible, dry off the bike with a cloth before putting the cover over it (as humidity will increase the rate of rust formation) and try to secure it on a non-wet floor (so, in a dry, covered bike rack, rather than against a lamp-post) when you are away from home. 4. Clean chain thoroughly before lubing it. 5. When removing rust, treat these areas with anti-rust and as others have said, you need to paint over and/or wax over any bare metal. 6. Trouble with rust is that once it takes hold, its very difficult to get rid of it. If there's no way of keeping it indoors, consider selling it (while it's still fairly rust-free) and buying an aluminium bike. An aluminium frame will feel different and you may or may not prefer it, but your investment will probably last longer.
- Q: Shirley is on a Ferris wheel which spins at the rate of 3.2 revolutions per minute. The wheel has a radius of 35 feet, and the center of the wheel is 49 feet above the ground. After the wheel starts moving, Shirley takes 14 seconds to reach the top of the wheel. How high above the ground is she when the wheel has been moving for 6 minutes? (Round your answer to two decimal places.)
- 1) Center of the wheel is 49 feet above the ground that means top of the wheel is 98 feet above the ground 2) in 6 minutes the wheel would have revolved 6 times 3.2 revolutions that is 19.2 revolutions 3) a (0.2 revolution is an angle of 360*0.2 72 degrees (Or 0.4 Pi() ) The elevation of Shirley will be 35 sin ( 0.4Pi() ) 33.29 feet
- Q: If I have 10,000, I was the first to upgrade the bike wheel or power meter, the bike is a large c of the money?
- Survive, consumption impulse to explain the leisurely
- Q: I hear that the steering wheel turns 900 degrees but how much do the wheels turn then?
- I've used oil paints on primed saw blades and on rocks, made nice pictures on them
- Q: so i bought hyperlicious wheels[they smell good!] and i need new bearings. first, are the wheels that good? and where can i get good bearings[at a good price too plz]thanks]
- well u could get RED bearings for like only 15 bucks and there fast too oh i neva heard of thosekind of wheels
- Q: So i have a 1991 honda accord LX. My car is perfectly aligned. but oddly my steering wheel is turened about 45 degrees to the left as drives straight and have no probles driving it what-so-ever. It has been in an accident before (only 1). Was hit on front passenger side, which left the wheel dented inward at the top. I was told i need to replace a few parts, and got a new hub bearing, steering knuckle, lower and upper control arm, and afterwards my tire was straight like it was before the only difference was the steering wheel. Could it be the whole steering gear that needs to be replaced? or the rack? what could the problem be?
- wen they did the alignment they didn't center the steering wheel. that's one of the first steps of doing that job. so i would go back and tell them to get the steering wheel centered.
