- Q: is atom wheels a good brand?
- That would depend upon the laptop, and it might not be a do it yourself project.
- Q: What is the problem with a small car in a car?
- As well as rolling resistance becomes larger, the torque becomes larger, what will rise fuel consumption, ECU should re-adapt
- Q: I was amazon shopping for new bike rims and i came across one review that said it weighed 3lbs (being pretty heavy). I live in a place with a lot of hills and I read that wheel weight contributes to acceleration uphills. So what‘s the average weight of a 27in. road bike wheels?(Per wheel)Thanks in advance.
- Two ways come to mind. Either a compression union or a solder union. Both will work well but to install either you will have to dig up enough of the pipe to be able to cut and bend it up enough to slip the union inline. A small amount of the pipe will have to be cut out to allow for the center of the union.
- Q: Why some of the sports car wheel biased it?
- High-speed turn more stable
- Q: What is the composition of the wheel
- The composition and construction of the wheels of a wheel consists of wheels, rims, and the connection between the two elements (spoke).
- Q: What is the best wheels and wheel size for riding mainly street and a bit of park?
- size depends more on how long you've been skating. bigger wheels (52mm or so) will feel more comfortable if you're just starting out. you can get going faster with less effort and the little bumps in the ground won't run through your legs so much. this also helps for street depending on how rough your streets are. mids (50mm) should feel pretty good for street if you've been skating for a while. you'll have to push a little more to get going as fast, but the lower center of gravity will make your flip tricks feel more comfortable if you've been skating a long time and you've comfortable with your streets and your riding, and you want to get really technical with your flips and slides you can go with some smaller wheels. like 45mm or 47mm. your center of gravity will feel really low, but it's better for landing your more technical flips. it gives you just a little bit more space for them to come around. but the little bumps and cracks in the sidewalk will feel like mountains.
- Q: okay i had one of my wheel bearings changed about 3-4 weeks ago but now i hear that humming sound again when i accelerate, also a shaky feeling when im idle like at a red light, can the shaking be from the wheel bearings and what else can a bad wheel bearing cause, i have a 2001 pontiac bonneville sle with 65,000 miles on it.
- A bad wheel bearing CAN but (unlikly) cause the car to shake very little at idol it would have to be in extremely bad condition it can cause the ABS and tcs lights to come on if equipped and it sounds like they didn't correctly install the wheel bearing and or used a cheap wheel bearing or put a used wheel bearing on and if they just replaced the wheel bearing itself and not the entire wheel bearing hub assembly a bad wheel bearing hub assembly will keep ruining bearings and the 98-03 Pontiac Bonneville and grandprix's are bad about going through wheel bearings and wheel hubs I would take it back to the mechanic that replaced the bearing right away their should be some type of warrenty on the bearing through the mechanic or the manufactur of the wheel bearing as long as it wasn't a used bearing from a salvage yard take it back to the mechanic that installed the bearing and if they claim nothings wrong with the wheel bearing and or the bearing hub assembly take it to a GM dealership or any certified GM mechanic!
- Q: about 2 years ago my bunny died and my moms friend gave me her guinea pig its name was EddieLove, i got the cage and everything. but there wasnt a wheel. i never really knew they needed a whell. i kmow they run alot but i had him out for 6hrs everyday then he died from old age now im probly going to get another one. and when i was researching them i saw pictures and they all had wheels so do they NEED wheels????? thanks!
- Guinea pigs certainly don't need wheels, because they have very fragile spines that can be bent or stretched; when they run on the wheels their back gets squeezed together, which can cause serious problems. Also, don't get one of those little balls that they run in like hamsters, this can also damage their spines. Don't buy them wheels! Good luck(:
- Q: How do you determine off set for wheels. I have heard of high and medium. What do they mean?
- Wheel offset is the relative position of the wheel to the hub. The hub being where you put the wheel on the car. offset is in or out relative to having the holes in the wheel being exactly in the center of the rim. You will see that the space between the inside bead of the tire or rim of wheel measured to the attachment area may be different on the outside. -|-- or --|-- or --|- the middle one with zero offset. positive offset is where the wheel is wider on the outside and negative offset is where the inside is wider on the inside. offset determines the location of the wheel in the wheel well. too much positive offset puts the wheel out further where it may hit the body. too much negative offset may cause the tire to hit the inside wheel well when turning. too much positive offset can add additional stress to the wheel hub and the offset should only be as much as the wheel hub is designed for. Consider using the original factory offset for the wheels when changing wheels to fancy ones.
- Q: Just bought my first car, the only thing i dislike is the wheels. They are alloys, i just don‘t like the rims! i was considering buying a set of wheel trims (they might be otherwise referred to as wheel covers), but i am unsure if you can fit them on alloy wheels. So basically my question is, can wheel trims be applied to alloy wheels? If not why not?An answer to this question will be greatly appreciated! Thanks for reading.
- Visually inspect your pads to be sure. Anything more than 50% wear, I would replace.
