Description of High Quality AKZ-99 Alumina Brick
High-alumina lightweight refractory bricks have high-alumina bauxite powder and refractory clay as raw materials and some inflammable additions, shaped by tamping or extrusion pressing and fired in high-temp tunnel kiln after being dried.
High-alumina lightweight refractory bricks have three brands in accordance with their bulk densities, which are decided by the amount of the inflammable additions. High-alumina lightweight refractory bricks with large bulk density have the features of high mechanical strength and small change of load at a high temperature.
Application of High Quality AKZ-99 Alumina Brick
Used in heat-insulating layers and furnace linings of thermal equipment, such as, roller kilns ceramics, heating furnaces petrochemical reforming, reforming furnaces, soaking ptis metallurgy and blast furnaces.

- Q:How can I dizzolve the cement that the dentist puts in you mouth to seal in a pallet expander? Can i use a house hold fluid? Or can i chip it away? Or what?
- If you are not still near your orthodontist, go to a general dentist as Jess said. He/she can polish it off. There is NOTHING that will dissolve it. Nothing. Nice picture, Jess.
- Q:when the dentist put the crown on to check to fit, he couldnt remove it to put the cement, if he did he said it'd break.it doesnt seem loose but when i bite i canfeel something happening under the crown. and when i bite down on my tongue it causes a foul odor in my mouth. im scarred :/
- Actually I have seen such a good fit that they did not require cement before. I have placed and fitted thousands of permanent crowns to prepare the crown to be ready before the dentist comes in and permanently cements it. When the crown is on it should snap into place without being too loose or too tight. The floss on both sides of the tooth should also go between the tooth without too much space or too tight to place the floss and without shredding the floss. Since your having issues I would have them take the chance of removing it with it breaking, it may or may not. If it breaks they need to re send the impression to lab and have them make a new temporary crown. @michelle I understand going by the book, I was saying I have seen a person who had a crown on without cement from another office and when it was removed (with a handpiece) there was no decay under it. Sometimes the crown prepped tooth is so fragile and small that the trauma from removing it can also break the tooth.
- Q:1)what do you mean by portal cement? 2)wt is the meaning of analar element? tnx.?
- You may mean Portland Cement. If so, see below:
- Q:Thinking about playing a trick on my kids with little footprints on the cement porch. Would food coloring wash out, or should I use something else?
- You would likely have to use something that is water soluble because cement is porous and will absorb liquids on its surface. If it were me, I wouldn't use food coloring, I'd use water color paint. You could probably find it at a hobby store. If the cement area where you are planning this caper is exposed to the weather, the footprints should disappear after a short time. If they need to disappear more quickly, some diluted bleach would speed the process along. You can also speed the process of making the tracks by making a stamp from a potato. Just carve enough away from the potato to leave a mound that sticks out/up in the shape you want the tracks. You can then just dip the potato into whatever colored mixture you decide on, and quickly stamp your tracks on the cement. That would be quicker than drawing the tracks if you're planning on quite a few tracks. Good luck with the prank!
- Q:How does cement work?
- When water is added it starts a process beginning with the formation of short hexagonal crystals. it is this process of crystal formation which begins the setting process and usually is substantially complete after 24 hours. However, the crystals continue to form and fill up the spaces for weeks and even months as long as the cement is not allowed to dry out. When mixing cement it is recommended to keep it wet for at least 3 days, when it reaches maybe 80% of its final strength, but a week to ten days is better. Cement will continue to harden for several years. The strongest cement you can get is that which sets up underwater and is never allowed to dry out.
- Q:Preferably in a bright white color.
- If you are talking about builders cement you can buy white cement from builders merchants. In the UK it is known as Snowcem and if mixed with silica sand it sets snow white. If you are talking about a glue type cement go to your local hardware store and seek their advice.
- Q:I am renovating a house and need to remove some cement/plaster. I do not want to break it off or saw it away. I have tried vinegar, hot water, olive oil. Is there any way to soften cement/plaster that has set?
- No such luck. The only way to remove it is to dig it up, smash it, cut it off. It's component uses water to create it. It is used to make foundations so it is made to withstand anything on the planet.
- Q:Technical question here. I know they can make marine cement by, essentially, bubbling CO2 through sufficiently basic ocean water and letting insoluble calcium and magnesium carbonates form. I don't know the details further than that, but it's something like that. One problem is that, in order to negate the acidifying effects of the CO2, they have to add a base.I know that at least some desert soils (maybe most of them) are fairly alkaline, and contain a lot of calcium and magnesium and such. So could you meaningfully take a bunch of desert soil, put it in water, then bubble CO2 through it to make marine cement? Or would there be a simpler (or at least less water-intensive) method to collect the calcium and magnesium carbonate from desert soils for use as cement? Or is there some other broad aspect or angle of the problem that I'm missing?
- Caliche is a hardened desert soil (rock) that is typically near the surface. I would think that you would end up digging a lot of desert to get much carbonates. There would be a large amount of heavy equipment use, lots of dust, and lots of lost habitat. Typically cement is produced by exposures of limestone that are ground down and converted to cement. I would think this would generally be a more economical and more environmentally friendly option. Since you apparently have a chemistry background, you may already know this, but cement is generally made by taking calcite or dolomite and heating it up to create lime / cement. This has been done since the Roman Empire. I have never heard of bubbling CO2 in calcium and magnesium carbonates. Are you suggesting that bubbling CO2 in ocean water will precipitate calcite? I think it would probably have the opposite effect and create more acidity which would tend to dissolve carbonates. Note: Ocean water is very basic. It is far from acidic and will almost certainly never become acidic. If you add a base to the desert soil, form a pile on the ocean floor, and bubble CO2 into it, you might precipitate some CO2 if the water is warm enough IMO. It would probably make more sense in most instances to simply use regular cement which is designed to form a very solid and strong structure. Carbonates will precipitate out of sea water in warm shallow water. Some of the beaches of the Bahamas are formed from precipitated carbonates called oolites.
- Q:I bought a cement ladder ( not edible ) yesterday. today i put the cement ladder in the cage but he starts nibbleing the cement and tasting it ( i can hear the crunch flavor in his beak an swallowing it ) . HELP WHAT SHOULD I DO!!!!!!!!!???
- Parakeets are mature at approximately 6 months. men have astounding blue seers (the section at as quickly as above the beak) and girls persons have pinkish to lavender colored seer different than while waiting to mate and then it turns brown. Parakeets do no longer decide on grit interior the meals plan, nor do they decide on sand paper or sand coated perches. a number of products are available at puppy shops that save the beak and toenails the main appropriate length. the two get a pumice perch or concrete perch(ladder,or swing) and the concern is dealt with Cuttlebone is taken under consideration necessary, incredibly if feeding a seed meals plan. It delivers calcium interior the meals plan. this is ultimate for the poultry's primary wellness to feed sparkling end result and vegetables and a pellet meals plan like Zu-Preem. Feeding strictly a low priced seed in basic terms meals plan will shorten the birds existence, in particular from dieing of fatty liver ailment. Parakeets are curious birds and prefer swings with bells, hyperlinks, mirrors and beads. they decide directly to bathe in a birdbath additionally. Many stable books are available, one stated is Parakeets by skill of Barron's books and available in many puppy shops for under ten money. by skill of utilising the above strategies, you will in all threat on no account could use an avian vet. commonplace vets are no longer advised because of the fact they do no longer look to be proficient in avian care.
