Description of 150mm2 acsr conductor made in china
1. Applications of Bare Conductor
AAC AACSR and ACSR Conductor have been widely used in power transmission lines with various voltage levels, because they have such good characteristics as simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance ,low cost and large transmission capacity. They are also suitable for laying across rivers, valleys and the places where special geographical features exist.
2. Service Performance
(1).The permissible long-time operating temperature for aerial conductor is 70oC.
(2).Under the circumstance that rare climate is occuring and ice coverage rate low in heavy ice area, the biggest stress of cable at the lowest point of the sag should not exceed 60% of the short-time destructive power.
(3).When connecting conductors ,the conductor beside the connecting tube cant be prominent.Otherwise, the force on the operating conductors will be unbalanced. After connectors are install, the connecting tube should be painted by moisture-proof varnish in order to protect it from corrosion.
(4).Under installation, the arc downing stress of all the conductors should be the same. With in the permissible distance of crossing buildings or dropping to the ground, the stress can be 10-15% higher than regular stress.
3.Product Performance
(1).The electrical performance of AAC Conductor and ACSR Conductor is indicated in DCΩ/km(20oC).The resistivity of the hard aluminum wire for stranded wires is not greater than 28.264 nΩ. m of international standard value.
(2).The rated tensile strength of AAC Conductor is denoted with the result of total cross-section of all aluminum conductors multiplied by min. tensile of corresponding size specified in the standard for aluminum wire.
(3).The rated tensile strengh of ACSR Conductor is denoted with sum of all aluminum conductorstensile strength and steels tensile strength.
a.The tensile strength of all aluminum conductors is denoted with the result of all cross-sections of aluminum conductors multiplied by min.tensile strength of corresponding size specified in the standard for aluminum wire.
b.The tensile strength of all steel wire is denoted with the result of all cross-sections of steel wires multiplied by the stress at 1% elongation of corresponding size specified in the standard for steel wire.
4. Products range
1)AAAC(All Aluminum Alloy Conductors)
2)ACSR Conductor(Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced)
3)AAC Conductor(All Aluminum Conductors)
4)AACSR(Aluminum Alloy Conductors Steel Reinforced)
5)ACSR/AW(Aluminum Conductor Aluminum Clad Steel Reinforced)
6.Material Standard
(1).The hard aluminum conductor used for AAC Conductor and ACSR Conductor conforms to the standard GB/T 17048-1997(equivalent to IEC 60889:1987).
(2).The zinc coated steel wire used for ACSR Conductor conforms to IEC 60888:1987.
(3).Production can be arranged according to customers requirements for material standard, etc.

- Q: Hi, I'm looking for an external hard drive with 500GB of storage that doesn't require a power cable as I need it to be 100% portable. Any suggestions?
- I don't think there is such an animal. wdw
- Q: Big god speed to ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ much needed
- According to the total amount of household electricity to calculate the main line with how much, if the maximum load of more than 7 kilowatts, with 6 square BV or BVR line, no more than 4 square, branch kitchen socket with 2.. light line with .05-1.5 are Yes, air conditioning hang up 2.5 enough, Guiji take green 4 square
- Q: I want to install a Bazooka Powered Sub (EL84-HP) to my car. I currently have a Pioneer 4-channel 600-watt amp that has a direct power line from the battery. However, I do not want to run another power line from my battery to my Bazooka sub, which has it's own built-in 100-watt sub. Would it be OK to connect the power cable only from my Pioneer amp to my Bazooka sub?
- Yes and no. You can use the existing power line to your amp, but you need to use a power distribution block (available from Wal-Mart by Scoche). Run your main line into the dist. box and then run one line to your amp, and another to your Bazooka.
- Q: why is power cable not recognized by notebook?
- This most likely isn't a windows 7 problem at all. It's more likely there would be some damage to the internals of your power cable at some place. Usually if there is, it's in the connecting end or the power conversion box. I would try a replacement cable first if you can. If you don't' have one, take it to a pc shop and see if they can use a test adaptor. If theirs works, it's the adaptor. If theirs doesn't, it's then more likely the power port on your pc is damaged.
- Q: ive recently opned my external harddrive case so that i could put dat harddrive in my pc ... i was able to take out the ide cable but i cnt take out the power cable... plz help me.. how can i take out the power cable?
- try using a pair of plyers and moving the connector side to side while pulling
- Q: Things to think about: -valley has steep sides -the slopes are rain forest or small villages -no roads built in the area -the cable towers are 5000 ft apart at some points, but others only 3000 ft -the towers are 15000 ft above the floor, others only 500 ft*activities must not create significant noise*Cables are not allowed to sag below 120 its for my technical report for civil engineering technology....any ideas will help even the craziest ones..thankss soo much
- Like ships at sea transferring supplies: start with a thin line shot across, the thin line ties to a heavier one, and finally to the actual heavy weight (power cable in your case). Or how about a helicopter pull.
- Q: lost the original cable at a gig, but I have another cable. the outlet on the Behringer guitar amp reads quot;Use only with 250V fuse, but right above the outlet it reads 220-240 with a upside down triangle next to it (not sure if this represents volts or not...I know obviously V stands for volts, but this is a upside down solid triangle.)My power cable/cord that i found reads 10A 250VI know i should probably purchase one direct from the manufacture, but that is not possible right now. I have a gig coming up this weekend.thanks for any help.I also mention the original power cord was a two prong (that went into the outlet) - the one i might use is a 3 prong. will this still be safe? It does fit into the back of the amp perfectly.
- Assuming you're in a place where the outlets provide 220 to 240 volts, it's fine. The 250 volts on the power cord just means it's good for *up to* that.
- Q: im hooking up a system in my truck..im doing it the redneck way they way i have watched my dad do it many of many of times. im using jumper cable wire!! yes jumper cable wire, its plenty of juice the perfect size! but im not sure if he ever used a fuse link.do you have too? what if i dont use one? if so where is the cheapest place to get it?what size fuse is it?
- so in theory you want to make sure the wire you are using can handle the the same amount of amperage as the amp or more
- Q: Can someone tell me if the computer descibed below would have a plug for a 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connector?Intel G33 Chipset Supporting Core 2 Quad and Core 2 ExtremeFull HD 1080P video output4 DDR2 DIMM slots (Supports up to 8GB)Dual Channel Memory SupportFour SATA II SlotsSupports SATA RAID 1 (Mirroring)One PCI Express x16 - One PCI Express x1 - Two PCIIntegrated Intel HD Audio and Ethernet (LAN)Eight USB 2.0 (4 front, 4 rear)
- The 6 pin power cable will not come from the motherboard. It will come from the power supply unit into the card. Check your PSU has one before you buy the card. You may need to buy a new PSU but most of them do have it.
- Q: What is the difference between a YJV cable and a VV cable?
- Who have seen such a large 1000A estimate is almost 560 * 1.73 = 980A, the peak is almost the same
