Description of 150mm2 acsr conductor made in china
1. Applications of Bare Conductor
AAC AACSR and ACSR Conductor have been widely used in power transmission lines with various voltage levels, because they have such good characteristics as simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance ,low cost and large transmission capacity. They are also suitable for laying across rivers, valleys and the places where special geographical features exist.
2. Service Performance
(1).The permissible long-time operating temperature for aerial conductor is 70oC.
(2).Under the circumstance that rare climate is occuring and ice coverage rate low in heavy ice area, the biggest stress of cable at the lowest point of the sag should not exceed 60% of the short-time destructive power.
(3).When connecting conductors ,the conductor beside the connecting tube cant be prominent.Otherwise, the force on the operating conductors will be unbalanced. After connectors are install, the connecting tube should be painted by moisture-proof varnish in order to protect it from corrosion.
(4).Under installation, the arc downing stress of all the conductors should be the same. With in the permissible distance of crossing buildings or dropping to the ground, the stress can be 10-15% higher than regular stress.
3.Product Performance
(1).The electrical performance of AAC Conductor and ACSR Conductor is indicated in DCΩ/km(20oC).The resistivity of the hard aluminum wire for stranded wires is not greater than 28.264 nΩ. m of international standard value.
(2).The rated tensile strength of AAC Conductor is denoted with the result of total cross-section of all aluminum conductors multiplied by min. tensile of corresponding size specified in the standard for aluminum wire.
(3).The rated tensile strengh of ACSR Conductor is denoted with sum of all aluminum conductorstensile strength and steels tensile strength.
a.The tensile strength of all aluminum conductors is denoted with the result of all cross-sections of aluminum conductors multiplied by min.tensile strength of corresponding size specified in the standard for aluminum wire.
b.The tensile strength of all steel wire is denoted with the result of all cross-sections of steel wires multiplied by the stress at 1% elongation of corresponding size specified in the standard for steel wire.

- Q: Does anyone with an Xbox 360 or someone that knows stuff about AC power cords tell me if the Belkin Standard Power Cable can be used with the xbox 360?Best answer gets 5.
- Yep its the same thing as the 1 that came with the Xbox 360 but not made by Microsoft. Only problem is you'll still need the power block that came with the xbox 360.
- Q: Hi everyone,I attempted to build my first PC; purchased the hardware, software, etc. Everything is assembled perfectly. After installing the motherboard, power supply and the respective cards, I connect the power cable.Upon connecting the power cable, the PC turns on and the only way to turn it off is to remove the power cable (from the back of the PSU). The PC boots up as if I pressed the power button!!I've read that this problem could be the power supply or the capacitors on the board??I'd be appreciative for any advice,Thanks,p
- Hmm that sounds like you have missplaced the cables to the motherboard from the front pannel (on switch, HDD led etc.) Kenny
- Q: We need 25cm distance between Cat series cables. Can we wire Coxial Cable in the same conduit with a power wire?if yes than whats the reason for both Coxial and Cat Series Cables
- No can do. You can run coax with your Cat 5e cable though.
- Q: this 40gb ps3 has no power computer cord or hdmi cable and i would like to know how much money i would spend all in all with allt he stuff i need...
- It's okorder A friend at work suggested I check them out when I was looking for various video and audio cables for my computer and flat screen TV. You'd be surprised how great the prices are. Hope this helps! It seem you've already gotten a ton of great suggestions.
- Q: How to distinguish between high and low voltage power cables
- The bottom edge of the bridge after bending (bottom bevel) and the width of the bridge can be the same length, but the range is controlled at 100-400mm, select the length of the two points, in the bridge side to help out on the side Two vertical lines, selected bridge bending direction as the cutting opening side; open the opening side as the bottom edge to draw the two vertical lines were used as two isosceles triangle in the sub-line, the waist triangle Edge length of the formula for the L = 2 × (bridge height × sin22
- Q: is not giving direct contact to my lights....so i just want to replace the power and ground cables for the headlights.??? please help
- The power for the headlights comes from the front fuse/relay box, usually on the drivers side wheel well under the hood. There should be a relay in the box for the headlights.
- Q: We have AT U-verse and we lost power during a storm. The picture returned and sound through the tv speakers but our surround sound did not. We have an Onkyo receiver along with the U-Verse cable box but nothing was changed.Any ideas?
- There is a chance a surge may have damaged some components in your receiver. Power Surges are brief spikes of abnormally high voltage spikes (excess electricity) that can cause immediate damage to sensitive electronics. Surges can be caused from lightning, the utility company (coming in through your breaker box) or electronics with-in your home such as a vacuum, spin cycle on the washing machine etc... Surges can enter your home through your cable line as well and damage anything connected to it cable box, TV, surround sound connected to TV or cable box at the time of the surge... You can prevent this by installing a cable surge protector on your cable line and using a surge protector strip to plug your entertainment system into so the surges will damage these items instead of reaching your electronics and causing you all this hassle. If storms seem to cause this scenario often you could look into getting phone protection as well as a whole house surge protector on your breaker box.
- Q: My setup is an alpine MRX-M100 powering 2 alpine type R 12's on 4 ohm, and also an old eclipse PA 5422 speaker amp. The main thing is I have 4 gauge running from my battery to my amps, but I have this sort of distribution block that turns the 4 gauge wire into 2 8 gauge wires. I know that this probably isn't the best for the MRX-M100, but it's all I had or what I could afford at the time. The main thing I wanted to ask was is this bad for the amp, and what would it be like if I had 0 gauge coming off the battery so then it would be 4 gauge going to the amps? Would it be louder? Could I turn it up higher? because right now if I turn up the volume past a certain point the subs will just stop playing. If I just shut off my head unit and turn it back on they start up again. Your thoughts and recommendations would be appreciated!
- okay alot of 4 gauge amp kits are not legit 4 gauge ive seen some more like 10 gauge of actual wire if you have legit awg wire you should be fine but you should have another 4 gauge strand to the alpine amp Id also recommend the big 3 upgrade your power will be increased greatly... if you want to run a 0 gauge you can but you could also just run another 4 gauge wire also make sure your grounds are sufficant because they shouldnt shut off either way
- Q: how much will a xbox360 power cable go for, and the tv wire to connect the xbox and tv.seprate prices please?
- If you mean the Power Supply Brick AC Adapter and cable and the Audio-Video cable, you should really sell them as a lot. On OKorder the two combined usually go from $20-30 with free priority mail shipping. If you are really intent on selling them separate you should expect around $10 for the Power Supply and around $5.00 for the AV Cable. Never say never, but you will NEVER get $50 for those items.
- Q: I'm putting in my new power supply and gotta take out the old. But there isnt any clips to slide the cables out. I don't want to pull to hard and damage anything. How do you get it out. Do you pull hard? Help me.
- there isn't any other way......just hold the edges of the cable(tip of the cable - the black part ) and pull it out(pull it harder till it comes out)......dont worry you wont damagae your hard disk by doing this
