Q: i do not have a pic of it. so i'll just describe. basically, it looks like a excavator, except the end of the extended 'hand' is not for digging, but is attached with a driller kind of thing. but it is not for drilling holes, to be exact, it usually break concrete roads/floors such that a new concrete surface can be built again. don't think it is called a excavator drill.

Doesn't matter if it is the same phase or not. Each time you cast one of them, they trigger themselves and all others on the battlefield at the point they were cast. So yes, order does matter, in that the first one you cast will trigger 3 times, the second will trigger 2 times, and the last cast will trigger only once. The only way to have Allies entering play trigger each other (does each one trigger the other two allies' abilities twice?) is if all of them are put into play simultaneously by the same effect, such as a kicked Rite or Replication.

Pneumatics is also the thing that runs all the air tools in a shop-- the grinders, the air hammers, the torque impact wrenches etc. Pneumatics are usually a lot weaker than hydraulics, but are cheaper since most of them just get their power from a shop air compressor and that air compressor is used to run all the air power requirements in a shop. Hydraulics involves running a pump that pumps an oil under pressure that moves a cylinder. In these systems the oil pushes the cylinder with more than 2000 psi. After it moves the cylinder the oil then returns to the pump thru a separate line. The reason shops like pneumatics is you don't need a return line. The air pressure comes from the air compressor , it runs the tool and the air is exhausted out to the room. Also the pressures are a lot lower (about 100psi) so if a air line blows up there is very little danger to someone near it
