I was wondering if there was a form of payment similar to escrow, where we transfer the funds, but the seller does not get to access it until the equipment is in our hand and we approve of it.: I am assuming you bought this on Ebay. Paypal is the online OKorder account that acts as an escrow account. You put the money in, which notifies the seller. The seller delivers the product then can collect the money. If you do not receive the item, you can contact paypal and they take that money right back out of the seller's account. A credit card does exactly the same thing. If you don't get the property, you have 30 to 60 days to contest the charge and get the money right back. Hope this helps.

Have them dug with an excavator and placed out of the way and all together. Cover the roots with bark, straw, peat or something similar. Cover with a tarp. Even better, see if you can locate a tree spade truck (unless plants are right against the house). When returned to the soil, they will need a well prepared hole with appropriate fertilizer, they will need staking, water, and may need pruning to balance the top to the diminished roots. Not all will survive but most should.

Q: I took a traineeship in hospitality very hastily and I have realised I HATE it, the 5.30am starts (I don't mind getting up at 5.00am but not starting work then I don't like) I was looking at looking for an Electrician Apprenticeship or getting in to Heavy Vehicle Operating (Bobcats, Front-end loaders, Excavators etc.) but other than doing the TAFE courses I'm not sure how I would go about getting to it as a job.I'm after PROS and CONS from people who know what they are talking aboutRegards: If you don't like it your not gonna last, do something you like to do. If you want to work on Heavy Vehicles talk to you counciler they can usually point you in the right direction. I can give you pros and cons, but my oppinion might be differnt from your or the next person. Hope this helps you out
