- Q: I saw a photo of vacant lots in a very poor downtown neighborhood of Gary, Indiana, where huge buildings that had once housed big department stores (with full basements) had been torn down. I'm curious about how this is done, especially on the cheap: Is debris (bricks, plaster, etc.) from torn-down buildings ever buried to fill the hole, or is there nothing but dirt under these fields and parking lots? Kind of a silly question -- but I can't imagine where an impoverished city would get tons of dirt from, and I'm wondering if they simply pulled the buildings down and covered everything with dirt -- if that's ever done.
- Basements actually form the major part of a building ,because it include the foundations and columns.Demolishing a building is much much easier than constructing it.Obviuosly, what you saw, was an uncompleted work by the contractor or municipality. With regards to dirts beneath parking, I would say no way. Ground is totally cleared and neat below our basements.
- Q: My grandparents own a doublewide with a mother in law apartment in which we live. They would like us to quot;rent to ownquot; the land. We would like to take the doublewide off the lot and replace it with a modular. We do not need any construction coverage as my husband is an excavator. What kind of loan would this require?
- You can't get one at all. The land has to be own free and clear first.
- Q: If you have a Renegade Doppelganger on the battlefield and you put a Halimar Excavator into play, how many cards will you make the target player put into the graveyard (2 or 4) and why?
- 1 or 2 depending on how you stack the triggers. When the Halimar Excavator enters the battlefield it's enter the battlefield trigger and Renegade Doppelganger's enter the battlefield trigger go on the stack, you choose the order that they happen in because you control both effects. If you let the doppelganger's ability resolve first and then the Halimar Excavator you will mill 2 cards because you control two allies. If you let the Halimar Excavator's ability resolve first and then the doppleganger you'll only mill 1 card. You can't mill 4 cards because when your Halimar Excavator entering the battlefield triggers the Renegade doppleganger it will become a copy of Halimar Excavator when it's already in play and won't trigger.
- Q: we call a friend at work piglet he asked me to find one for his track hoe (excavator)
- truly despite you have written is unquestionably maximum suitable for the indian roads. the appropriate grow to be the marigold garland and the opposite equipment. great artwork you would be able to desire to submit this to a general magazine or newspaper.
- Q: We aren't looking for any fancy fence or tile or lights or a diving board (in fact we don't want lights or a diving board, and we were going to use a manual cover). So we would like to know how much all this would cost initially and how much it would cost to install. I live in Naperville IL., and help would be appreciated, thanks.
- Initially? Well, you know the price of your kit already. You'll need a contractor to come in to give you an estimate. Sorry, but all backyards are different. The contractor may have to go to a smaller excavator for access ( which takes longer to dig and drives up the price), he may even have to hire a crane to get the excavator in and out of a difficult backyard, the pool you want may not even be possilbe and stay within your municipal bylaws too. The contractor will know all this and they'll usually give you a free quote. There are just too many variables to answer this accurately without seeing it and knowing your own local codes. I can give you a ball park starting figure for the whole shebang. Expect a cost starting of at least 23 grand and it only goes up from there.
- Q: Bench tested altinator,it's good, new batteries, new belts, checked fuses, still only 24.8 volts at the batteries.Should be around 28 volts with engine running. Display in opperators cab reads quot;charging problemquot;. Is there a relay I don't know about?
- yes yu may have an external regulator fitted , some times its under the seat , maye be elsewhere , might be near fuse box , should be bigger than a normal relay , will have alt written on it , probably black and plastic , yu can try and call dealer parts section and ask them if there's one on yur machine , yu will need serial number of coz , if its imported serial number wont be any good , is the charge indicator light on the control panel working , did yu check the fuses ?........ move them around in case there's a corroded connection , how many wires on back of alternator ?.......should be big red one , and at least one small one ( signal wire ) make sure this is ok , make sure wiring harness from engine to chassis is ok , yu might find wiring diagramm on internet , this will show external reg , are there any small wires connected to the big ht ( high tension ) wire on the battery ?.......is there an inline fuse fitted there ?? .....is corrosion a problem with any part of the harness ? dont be afraid to cut open the harness with a box cutter knife if yu think yu have a problem , its ok it wont bleed , just retape back together in a proffesional manner when checked out ,
- Q: I'm looking on behalf of my company - who needs to get tracks and undercarriage parts for some Bobcat machinery.
- I have had good luck with a company called Gabberdeen. They have everything. I have a 331 and I got my whole undercarriage and tracks for them from CHEAP. Find them on the internet.
- Q: Hi everyone I'm an Australia moving to Norway at the end of the year and I'm looking for work as a excavator operator in or around Stavanger. can any one help please?
- I did a quick search on the main job site in Norway, and I found two positions that fit the bill. www.finn.no/finn/job/object?finnk... www.finn.no/finn/job/object?finnk...
- Q: today, a guy left his backhoe running for 5 straight hours without even useing it............
- Truck drivers leave their rigs running because 1) They are asleep and it is hot outside so they are running the A/C 2) They are asleep and it is cold outside so they are running the heater. 3) It used to be said that a rig used up more fuel when you turned it off and on compared to just running it. Depends how long, like restroom breaks, paying for their fuel. A typical big rig uses 1 gallon of fuel an hour just idling. Most trucking companies are finding other ways to keep the driver comfortable while he is sleeping. As for the backhoe operator, I cant answer.
- Q: Inspection and maintenanceof excavator?
- Yep you probably better inspect it. Dont want it breaking
