- Q: my friend has been posting these weird FB status' and i started making fun of it but everyone said it was cool, what do you think?quot;when i come to a split is the path of life, i dual wield the two chainsaws i just pulled off my back and blaze a new motha F***in path!quot;quot;when i come to a crossroads, i hop in the excavator and make a new road! B**ch!quot;
- Hahah. Wow. Your friend is really funny. *Saaarcaaasmmmm* I hate when people make statuses on Facebook that a lot of people like, so they keep making statuses like the first one, like your friend is doing. It's an attention thing I guess? But I don't think you should worry about him. I mean, it's Facebook. lol
- Q: list 7 steps in parking a excavator
- start it up/put the pto on/excavate hole/drive in and park
- Q: I recently lost my vision in one eye (permanently) due to lack of maintenance (on there end) on equipment that I rented. I rented a excavator from a rental company and shortly after using it part of the machinery (the tooth from the bucket) flew off and hit me in the eye permanently blinding me. Also there was no windshield on this to pull down for protection. Is there a legal case to this? The piece that hit me was approx. 3quot; wide x 6quot; long x 2quot; thick of solid steel, hitting me at approx. 30-40 mph and almost knocking me out. I'm not talking about a little piece of metal that would bounce off of safety glasses. The metal of course did not actually go into my eye but rather hit me so hard it smashed my eyeball flat. Also, we found out later that the bolts holding the tooth on were not the ones made for this excavator, were not the right size and were not hardened bolts. They should not have been used period.
- Were you wearing safety glasses?
- Q: i was told i needed a class a cdl to drive a mason dump with a trailer with mini excavator on it in pa is this true
- To operate any vehicle with over a 10k GVW, or equipped with air brakes. A CDL is required.
- Q: Normally Excavators are used for digging earth. But sometimes the operators use the bucket to lift materials .
- Typically no. It's a matter of safety. The object being carried can spill out of the bucket and injure someone. For heavy loads you use a forklift and the objects should be securely held on a pallet. For odd shaped objects a sling may be used but it must be inspected for nicks and tears prior to every use.
- Q: I have been looking at selling my car and getting a diesel, Mostly a 02-03 7.3L PSD. I have really be looking for reasons not to buy one but i am really not finding any. I live in Missouri so its cold in the winter but as long as i have a block heater i can leave it plugged in, in my driveway so its not too big of a deal. I also know that oil changes are quite a bit more expensive but if you are going to drive it like i am... I.E. not hauling heavy loads you can go 5000mi between oil changes. Anyone have any reasons i should not buy one? Or good reasons too buy one.
- Good job at choosing to look at 7.3s. 99 is the best year for the truck but I own an 03 dually. It's a fantastic truck. No complaints. Only issues I've had is we have a fuse that keeps blowing but we just need to get a bigger one and starters will go out. But starters are a pretty cheap and easy fix. 2000+ you start getting into body rust. My 03 is pretty clean but my 2000 is half gone. Still runs great and hauls like a champ but fenders and cab corners rusted completely. We bought some bush walker fender flairs and now you can't even tell there's rust and it looks amazing! Good luck with findin a 7.3. Whatever you do do not think you can get away with gettin a 6.0. You might find better looking ones but if you plan on hauling get a 7.3 or 6.7. 6.4 king ranch f450s are really good at hauling too. That's what we use for our horse shows. We pull a 40+ foot gooseneck horse trailer around the country and that truck is never in the shop and you can't even tell it's pulling a trailer!
- Q: I am related to building and construction business. I want to buy new and second hand building and construction machinery like cairns and excavators. Can you tell me any good web site where I can check the prices and specifications of these machineries and buy them?
- Try okorder / Hope you can fiind the thing you want.
- Q: Where should I draw the line on declaring an item a fixed asset? I have our vehicles, scissor lifts and excavators down as fixed assets, but should I also include power tools (e.g. band saws, drills, sawzalls, etc.)?As far as office equipment goes, I have declared computers, desks and filing cabinets, but what about other smaller items (e.g. desk organizers, calculators, label makers, etc.)?
- You can include all your above mentioned items, but small tools and inexpensive items may be depreciated very fast, or charged off as a daily expense when purchased. These may be listed in the case of sale of a business, but a buyer may not place much value on some. Large equipment and power tools generally have a longer life, and in some cases, such as vehicles, the IRS does not permit accelerated depreciation. Some equipment depreciation has been allowed to be accelerated in recent years but that can change periodically. New tax policies must be reviewed every year. Desk organizers and/or office supplies/stationery should not be included. These are generally considered daily expenses. Again, in a sale situation, large quantities may be considered. I'm not an accountant, but am retired after 50 years in retail. An accountant may agree or disagree with me.
- Q: Excavators are hard at work at freezing sites? Why my excavators are hard at work at freezing sites? what's the problem?
- What kind of sites? What kind of activity is going on at the sites?
- Q: Was it his inability to keep the country safe during 911?Or the lying about the WMD's? The Iraq War?His absolute greed with Halliburton? The torture?Or just being totally full of S*H*I*T?What is it that makes all CONS want to suck on his wiener and A*S*S*HOLE non stop?
- Cuz cons are dumb and they'll kiss the *** of whoever is on their side just like libs
