I got a great orthopedic bed at Ross for $20 that my AmStaff loved, until I rescued a Boxer and she ate it. They should have a crate AND a bed. The crate in your bedroom either with a bed in it or a soft blanket, so they can sleep with you, and the bed in the living room so they are not all over you. Trust me on this. Your whole house will stay cleaner, and they won't decide it is their house and you just borrow it.

- why would anyone use any bedding thats not Carefresh? I do not think they make a finer aspen bedding...if it's finer then it can produce dusts and cause lung problems.

- Maybe it's a bed bug which hasn't sucked anyone's blood yet. I think it's the blood that causes them to look red. Either way, you need to fumigate your bed so there are no more bugs. Hope the link below helps!
- Q: I just bought a house and am looking for an inexpensive bed. I've been looking around and finding lots of platform beds for around $200. Apparently they use a futon mattress, which I've never slept on.
- I have two platform beds and I love them. One of them has a conventional mattress on top and the other has an eight inch memory foam mattress. I wouldn't do a futon mattress. They are not all that comfortable.

- If it is a crib that converts into a toddler bed then yes, crib mattress. I have no clue about if it is just a TODDLE BED, I never really paid much attention.
