- Its harder then you think they live in the wood framing of the bed the box springs the matteress. and can spread to the living room. the rugs they are a hoorible thing to be infested with. Honestly you need to contact an exterminator. Some now use a trained dog to find them. the dog is like a blood hound and can smell them. After locating them in the bedroom they will walk the dog around the rest of the familys beds and in the living room to make sure your infestaion has not spread. I dont think any local store will carry the spray you can ask the exterminator you call to see if they sell something or know of where to go.

- DEFINITELY SUN TANNING!!! In fact, sun tanning is good for you. You're supposed to get 15 minutes out in the sun each day. It's good for your body too. A tanning bed is unnatural and it gives you wrinkles when you get older it's not good for you and it could give you cancer. But sun tanning WAY too much can also give you cancer. But I mean WAY WAY too much. Even though sometimes it might be nice to get a perfect even tan from the tanning bed, it's not the best decision. Instead you can get a spray tan, that can wash off and stuff. But I also am against spray tanning. Not as much as I am against using a tanning bed. Be natural and do something good for your body. - You want to cover all of the area that is subject to being scratched by cargo, but be careful to not cover areas that have to move like the hinges on the tailgate. Most installations mask off areas where you don't want the spray to hit just like for painting a vehicle. The recommended area is the entire interior of the bed and tailgate and the top of the bed sides and tailgate. If there is sufficient space between the tailgate bottom (at the hinges) and the edge of the bed so that the tailgate can still operate smoothly, I'd also spray the lip of the bed and maybe even down a little towards the area between the bed and rear bumper. - If you buy a platform bed - DON'T use a futon mattress, they're awful to sleep on. Buy a good quality pillow-top mattress, they're are made so well now days that you really don't need a box-spring.
