Q: What's the difference with cyclonic to multi-cyclonic filtration system?

Multi-cyclonic is where the dust container has a plastic filter section inside and has many little tunnels in it that separate the finer dust and dirt for the next filter and there is no HEPA filter in the middle plastic filter section.

Cyclonic filtration is where there is a central HEPA filter that sits inside the dust container and catches the finer dust.

Q: My vacuum just stopped while I was using it! What do I do now?

All of our vacuum cleaners have been fitted with a thermal safety cut-off switch which activates to stop the motor from burning out. When it does that it will prevent the unit from turning on again until it has cooled sufficiently to reset, which is between 2 – 4 hrs. The most common reason for safety cut-off switch activated is the filters needs to be cleaned. Please read the instruction manual and follow the instructions on how to clean the filters.

Is it dead now or is there a possibility it will crawl right out?: In order to use a spider killer effectively, a person must first identify the hiding places of these creatures. The house must be routinely cleaned with attention being given to areas susceptible to infestation of spiders. People can use vacuum cleaners for instantly killing the spiders on the spot. It must be remembered that spiders spin their webs on things / clutters kept in an unkempt manner. Hence these spots ought to be arranged at the earliest. Apart from the natural spider killers, chemical killers are available too. But the chemical spider-sprays often contain toxic constituents which if consumed mistakenly can have fatal consequences. Hence these sprays should be administered as the ultimate resort, when all eco-friendly methods have failed to deliver satisfactory results.

Q: I had sales people come to my door last night. I was just getting in the shower. I told them I had very little time. Two came in and demostrated. The woman was very understand and went through it fast. When they were getting ready to leave the big boss came in. I am assuming to close the deal. He went throught the demo all over again. If you really want one, you can haggle them down. You can get them down to 1,100 or less, and if that doesn't work, get a new sales person. Kirby's do last for a very long time.

Q: Can anyone/everyone help me in knowing what to buy as far as vacuum cleaners go?? I am in desperate need to replace the piece of crap that I currently have and are having a heck of a time doing it, for there are oh I don't know millions of them!!! I certainly have wood flooring and carpet and it does a great activity on the two. It has a change to transform to regardless of floor you're vacuuming on the time, and an adjustment for the peak of carpet. good success.
