Model Number:TC7021(QTZ250)

Place of Origin: China (Mainland)

Brand Name: CMAX

Certification: ISO,CE

Warranty: 1 Year

Application:Building,Construction,Industrial

Main Features of Tower Crane

1) This kind of crane adopts standard section hydraulic lifting and connecting. The max. height can reach 180m with wall tie ins.

2) It has high working speed, good speed-adjusting performance, steady operation and high efficiency. Three-speed motor and mono-speed ratio decelerator are applied in the lifting struction, which enables heavy load low speed and light load high speed.

3)The range-change structure drives the trolley moving on the horizontal crang jib, with good positioning performance. Planet gear decelerator is applied in the circumgyrating structure, together with moment-limiting hydraulic coupler, which can relize high load capacity, steady starting and reliable operation.

4) The crane has complete set of safety devices, which can guarantee the safe and high efficienct operation. The crane is equipped with lifting height limiter, trolley ranging limiter, moment limiter, weight limiter etc..

5)The cranehas scientific layout and handsome appearance. The drivers cab is set independently on one side, with good vision field. It creates a good working environment for the operator.

FAQ about Tower Crane

Q: What serice you could provide?

A: Providing timely delivery, standby engineers are ready to slove any of your problem

Providing all-embraced warranty of products quality, worksite installation guidance

Providing ample spare parts and training of operation and maintenance

Engineers have more than 20 years' experience in tower crane, ready to solve any of your  problems.

Q: What kind of steel used for  tower crane ?

A: Normally, as for the main force bearing steel structure, Q345B is adopted; as for the assistance force bearing steel structure Q235B is adopted. All of the raw material is outsourced from qualified steel factory in China.

Q: What about our  tower crane  warranty?

A: Usually there is one-year quality warranty including main electronic parts (not including consumable parts). There are consumable spare parts together with whole machine and normally they are enough for one year.

Q: What is 3 main mechanism of the  tower crane ?

A: there are trolleying mechanism/ slewing mechanism/ hoisting mechanism.

Q: Can you equip with light on  tower crane  jib, monitor, remote control and anemometer?

A: Sure. All of these could be provided with extra cost upon the clients' requirements. But according to general practice, remote control is not suggested because most of the operator feedback operation in the cabin will provide a wide working view.

Q: I would like to get some advice from Martial artists of the training that Crane style Kung Fu go trough especially the balance. I would like to learn how they learn to balance without difficulty and the training they go trough.
I don't train in Crane style Kung Fu but I can give you some balance training tips. 1. Stand on one leg whenever possible (doing the dishes, waiting in line, etc.) 2. Walk on a Balance Beam (a wall, a line on the floor, a large long block, etc. can all be used as a balance beam), just walk heel to toe and work on staying balanced. When walking becomes too easy try practicing kicks on the beam, then spinning kicks, then jumping kicks (NOTE: if your balance beam is off the floor make sure you have a spotter when you do any jumping or spinning) 3. Practice, practice, practice Ask your instructor for more exersizes internet videos can be good but are unreliable and dangerous in the hands of people who don't know what they are doing.
Q: What is the book about? Is it a good one?
My teacher read it to my class a few years ago so its kinda hard to remember, but it was about a girl living in Japan who gets diagnosed with a disease (i think cancer, but i'm not sure) and she beleived from the old Japanese story, that if you make a 1001 paper cranes, you would be granted a wish. Of course her wish would have been to live without the disease. Though, sadly, before she could make 1001 paper cranes, she lost to the disease and died. It had some really sad parts in it too, like how her best friend in the hospital with her died too. Also, this was a true story Her school desided to finish making the cranes for her, (which was very sweet) :) Our school also did it too hope you read it!
Q: don't its wheel provide the same amount of friction?
To make it harder for them to tip over.
Q: I need step by step information on how to make a paper crane.
An okorder /d
Q: Do self lifting tower cranes allow a small swing of the boom in jacking operation?
The upper working structure of the attached tower crane is connected with the jacking sleeve frame, and a jack jack is mounted on the top lifting jacket frame. The upper crossbeam of the jack is connected with the jacking frame, and the lower cross beam is provided with a movable claw, and the lower supporting point can fall on the step of the standard section of the tower body. During lifting, first trim jib and balance arm, unlock the top are connected with a lifting sleeve frame with the standard section, start lifting system, lifting jack will superstructure.
Q: Where can I buy Crane Lake wine in Orange County?
I'm looking for them too
Q: My hubby just passed his crane test yesterday, and I was wondering how much they pay? He was told to ask for 50k a year..that includes crane time where he works. Can we really ask that? He sets trusses for a big lumber company in Missoula Mt. Any help would be great.
The little that I do know is that it's one of the most dangerous jobs in the construction field including working around them...so it easily pays that much...
Q: What other animals are there in an Eurasian Cranes habitat?
For example the Spreewald is representative of an ecosystem, the Eurasian Cranes live in. You find there also: Eurasian river otter (Lutra lutra), black stork (Ciconia nigra), white-tailed eagle (Haliaeetus albicilla), osprey (Pandion haliaetus), European fire-bellied toad (Bombina bombina) and several dragonfly species such as the beautiful demoiselle (Calopteryx virgo), banded demoiselle (Calopteryx splendens), several club-tailed dragonflies (Gomphus vulgatissimus, G. flavipes, Ophiogomphus cecilia) and a range of other invertebrates. www.bfn.de/0203_spreewald+M520875...
Q: I need to know exactly how much weight they can lift also how much do they weight?how long is thier life-time?in what temprature they can work?does mosture do any harm to them?for installation , do they need foundation?the exact height and width?
You need to be more specific. The lifting capacities for container cranes varies significantly, as does any other crane. Some of the variation is based purely on load (horsepower) availability; some is based on speed (rpm) for lift/drop portions of the cycle. Cranes like these operate year-round, at ports all over the world. Some ports have average ambient temperatures in the range of 45 C, with highs up to 60 C. Others can be as low an average as 10 C, with a low peak as much as -50 C. Moisture will, over the long haul, harm them - they're metal constructs, and thus are prone to oxidation. Using corrosion-resistant materials and/or coatings will certainly prolong their usable lifespan. The crane drives (electric motors and power electronics) are also susceptible to moisture and other contaminants. All true dockside cranes require some sort of permanent foundation; it's usually part of the pier construction itself. However, there are portable cranes that operate without one. There is also more than one crane manufacturer out there - all will have their trade secrets that will make each look a little different than the rest. It will generally also reflect in their operation parameters, and in their expected life cycle.
Q: Who was the guy called the Headless Horseman in the story of Ichabod Crane?
He doesn't really have a name, just a Hessian mercenary whose head was blown off by cannon fire during the Revolutionary War. Or if I may quote that guy from wrestling, it doesn't matter what his name is. Of course, his oh-so-coincidental appearance in the presence of Ichabod Crane is largely thought to be the work of Abraham Van Brunt. Ichabod was getting a little too close to his would-be old lady, so he used Ichabod's superstitions against him to scare him out of town. And it worked. The next morning, Ichabod was nowhere to be found and all that was left was a saddle and a shattered pumpkin. When I was a kid, the Disney version of that story scared the living shat out of me. It wasn't so much the headless guy, it was that demon horse with the glowing eyes.
